MManuel:Lol... I imagined everyone should have known the very simple and obvious fact that it was for entertainment. But since you chose not to know, and since you went ahead to ask that weird question, you cant blame anyone for giving you weird responses... all na part of the entertainment, and the joke was on you this time. |
Ciaos:Did the creators of the program tell you anywhere that they were trying to instill any morals in you?... What happened to facing your local church or sticking to the morals instilled in you by your parents? MManuel:Did the creators of the program tell you the program was a school were you come to learn things?.... That notwithstanding, I personally have already learnt a lot about the behaviour of Nigerians from the program. One of the learning points so far is that many Nigerians would rather go to a brothel or casino or football stadium to learn maths and geography rather than going to school, and then the very same people would come online asking what's being learnt . |
indiegen:Just like a leper, once you have a scandal, everyone denies you. CAN has denied him, PFN has denied him, now his university has denied him. Next on the line will soon be the so called Osun polytechnic where the above report claims that he got a diploma, and UNIBEN too.. |
CGMedia:Kaii... |
akelicious: ![]() A very simple solution provided there... |
joseph1832:A lot of people still dont know how these things work. Forget the social media and outward appearances and speeches, a girl like Tacha might be the last girl to actually go all the way on Tv. There are many girls like Tacha who sell a LovePeddler personality to the world all for show, but deep inside, they're naive and aren't anywhere close to what they portray themselves to be in public. I suspect this Tacha girl to be one of those types; I wouldnt even be surprised if she wouldnt as little as kiss a person through the whole show. |
Not even H.Samuel have this kind of stock.. Haba! |
johntolu:When more states in the region genuinely adopt the same policy, it would go a long way to cripple those powerful people creating the havoc. |
johntolu:Governors need to sit up, man up and stop licking balls in Abuja like gays. That's the only solution as things stand now. State assemblies also need to wake up, their job isnt to just collect salaries and blame Buhari for every problem from security to the economy. Even though we might say we currently don't run a proper federal system, the fact is that we still run a federal system and governors are still emperors in their states. In my opinion, what Fayose did was the solution; ban open grazing completely, get the state assembly to ban open grazing of every kind and set up state appoved vigilantes. |
..and this is supposed to be an arrest?... Kaii... The black man! ![]() |
executive12:I knew someone was going to say this, but you too, just like very many others Nigerians still don't even know what's going; you actually still think this is a Buhari thing. The land grabbing of the Fulanis predates Buhari, and it will also continue after Buhari is long gone. In my previous comment I mentioned that the political tides since 2014 only exposed the agenda, it didn't start it and it wouldn't end it. Prior to 2015, do you know the thousands of people killed by the Fulani militia in the middle belt? Southern Kaduna, Taraba, Nassarawa, Benue etc. When the Fulani militia were named the 4th deadliest terrorist group globally, Buhari wasn't anywhere close to power. Of course none of the cases were ever really reported because Bokoharam at the time was a bigger crisis stealing all the air time and also, there wasn't really a political reason yet for people down south to talk about the Fulani militia not until a hated Fulani man became president. Like I said before, if there's anything the Buhari presidency has done, it has made the hitherto unknown and undiscussed Fulani agenda become a national discussion. With more awareness for the first time, it now makes it more difficult for them. At least the folks in the middle belt now have their voices heard because southerners (for purely political reasons) have now joined the discussions. In regards to not voting Buhari being a solution, I laugh!... the only alternative in the last election was Atiku, another Fulani man. A lot of people are obviously ignorant of the fact that every single Fulani man (irrespective of education, exposure or mien) also has a sworn allegiance to the very same agenda to take over lands and colonize the length and breadth of west Africa. The only difference between AA and PMB is that whilst PMB isn't smart enough to promote the agenda stealthily, AA being a wise man would covertly still promote the same agenda without a single opposition; not a single person would cough about it because the loudest voices currently speaking against it are AA supporters. I also laugh at people who think this is a religious issue; religion has only just been a tool they have used to subdue those on their way without much violence. They've conquered the entire northern Nigeria using religion, and anywhere they go, they must rule - just about all the leaders in the north, from Adamawa to Borno to Yobe to Sokoto to Kebbi are all Fulanis while the original indigenes of the areas are their subjects. The only place where they haven't been able to conquer despite the religion is Zamfara, and they're currently waging a bloody war there to take over the lands by force. Every other place they exhibit violence today are also locations where the inhabitants have refused to fall for their religious ruse/bait and have refused to easily give up lands; i.e. Southern Kaduna, Plateau, Benue and Taraba. |
The desperation of the Fulani pastoralist to grab lands across Nigeria is appalling. The political tide between 2014 to date has revealed their agenda and awakened the awareness of all and sundry. But will they ever give up? |
But Nigerians sef! Why does everyone keep emphasising the "at a sex shop" part?... ![]() For all we know, this could have happened anywhere else. |
GoldChest:Wouldnt PDP had done the same?... By now oga Secondus woupd have called a world press conference . |
The only reason people say 'step down' is because stepping down is the worst possible punishment that can be meted out on a public office holder in Nigeria. For a 'big man' in Nigeria, every other punishment you can think about will certainly not happen. |
Kreamie:So what exactly is the point if basketball?... Why is it a priority?... How could a full grown employed human just sit down watching 10 adults running about a room chasing a bouncing ball and running for baskets? What's the sense in that? |
Kreamie:What exactly is priority of football? That game drives almost everyone crazy in Nigeria. If you can answer that, then you already have the answer to your BBn question. |
mmb:You will not be missed... ![]() |
gregyboy:Just being curious here... Going by your logic, If you arent lazy and jobless, how exactly do you have the time to abandon all the other 'meaningful' threads on Nairaland to come and comment on BBN threads? |
doublecross:Till it loses traffic? Between you and those who sit in front of their tv watching BBN from dawn till dusk, abeg who is more jobless?... Meanwhile I'd love to see how you can navigate so called 'lazy Nigerian youths' away from BBN traffic. If you can achieve that, I'll recommend you to be head of LASTMA
|
Juliet11111:At every moment in time, there are at least over 50 topics on the front page of Nairaland, and many more when you open up different sections. If you don't want to see anything BBN, you can simply navigate to the numerous other alternative threads; how can that be so difficult?... Or could it just be that some humans aren't in control of their fingers that they keep opening up the very threads they love to hate?.... Why would you want others to be punished for your own lack of control? |
doublecross:Lol... some people hate the show so much, they call those who enjoy it 'jobless or senseless', yet they will be here everyday, opening the BBN threads to complain about how those who watch it are jobless... Sometimes I wonder whether the definition of 'jobless' has changed. |
Another season open for the resident Nigerian and Nairaland hypicrites to come and mumu themselves. Some tadpoles will soon ignore the over 100 other threads that open on Nairaland everyday, navigate into BBN threads everyday to complain about how BBN doesnt make any sense. Without even looking I can already see several of them. |
naptu2:I am not understanding! So is someone trying to say that little fire on a single transformer caused the entire nation to be thrown into darkness? Kaii.... The entire Nigerian power grid needs to be smashed and rebuilt from scratch. |
MetaPhysical:This is the same Reno that denied the abduction of over 200 Christian Chibok girls and even went ahead to insult and ridicule a distinguished personality like madam Oby for daring to urge the government then to do something about their release. This same scallywag, because he's now out of the corridors of power and away from the dinner table, is now calling someone else anti-Christ for being unable to rescue Leah?... I dont even think anything is wrong with Reno, we know he's just a dubious political manipulator, a very divisive one at that, and we know he does what he does for his daily bread. But where I have a problem is in the people who take the words of the clown seriously. |
sarrki:This long statement is coming from someone who insulted Nigerians for demanding the release of over 200 chibok girls? First of all, he echoed to all who cared to listen that no one was kidnapped, he even went about insulting and ridiculing a notable personality like madam Oby for calling for the rescue of the Chibok girls who were mainly Christians (he even still foolishly says unprintable things about the woman till date). Now the buffoon is the one that has turned to an activist carrying Leah Sharibu's case on his head and turning it to religious politics like he really gives a damn. If Anyway, Reno can't be blamed for this; the real mumus in this case are the hordes of people who take this divisive clown serious. |
famzynet:Of course there are many cases of false rape accusations, and sometimes, only the principal parties and God knows what the truth really is. But your reference question above asking why she's only spoken up 10 years later, and why she hasnt reported to the police completely gave you off. First of all, over 95% of rape cases are never reported especially in places like Africa where the victim will typically be treated as scum. Victims are either too scared or ashamed or traumatised to even talk about it to close family or friends. Then of the few cases where the victim speaks up, they are usually reported very much later, after the victims must have been able to gather up the courage and strength. Victims usually keep the hurt and trauma and suffer from it (sometimes even to the grave). But something always triggers some victims to eventually speak up; e.g. seeing another person speak up gives others the strength to, or sometimes when the victim is just sick and and tired of harbouring the trauma and needs closure, or again, when the victim encounters the predator again and maybe sees him doing same to others. In over 90% of reported rape cases, the victims hardly ever spoke up immediately. A little bit of research on rape cases or simple exposure would have made you understand the above. You're obviously not half as smart as you think you are, so stop labelling others "backward" |
After looking at those pictures, I dont think I would be able to say anything but the truth on this matter; dude is ugly as F*. Like someone above mentioned, he can start helping himself by cutting off that horrible looking hair he's got; there's no rule anywhere that says African footballers must make terrible looking hairstyles. But then again, with a lot of cash in his pocket, he would look far more handsome to more girls in this world than you can every imagine. |
All the arguments and directionless blabbings all over this thread, not a single person has been able to point out any single sensible instance or example where Buhari specifically targeted Christians for persecution. |
OlujobaSamuel:The matter is quite amusing... Every single thing is criticised... |
Another case of 'much ado over nothing' by the very same set of peoplethat just hate the man. All these people running amok over the statement of the VP, in their right senses, what else were they expecting him to say? That Nigeria was upside down and out of control? athaboi:As the VP of Nigeria, what were you expecting him to say to the whole world?... that Nigeria is disastrously dangerous and overridden by criminality and that his government is helpless, clueless and has lost control?.... I guess if he had said that, you would have jumped and jubilated in wild excitement because you would have been armed with the best missile to attack him for the next one month on the basis that he spoke loosely about Nigeria in the international stage. Face it, when you dislike someone, no matter what the person says or does, you will definitely find fault in it. |
DuBLINGreenb:You obviously read only the title of the report, that explains why you could only come up with this. |
