Why exaclty is this dude going on a tirade over Buhari?.... Is Buhari the National Judicial Committee that promoted the man from cradle to the level of being the second most senior supreme court justice?.... The way Nigerians blame president for everything can be amusing and just ridiculous at times.

Meanwhile, I can't claim to understand the question asked and can't also claim to know what the right answer should be. As a dummy in the law, I must admit though that I couldn't understand the technicality of the explanations made by Oga Tanko; people should learn to break things down to simple language when speaking to an audience who aren't from similar backgrounds.

Likewise you both, if the bunch of apc/buhari leave power tomorrow and Nigeria gets another set of even more terrible leaders post-Buhari, would that make you regret your current attacks on Buhari/ApC?

This report is confusing... N10,000 paid to police by party agents, but it was not bribe. The money was probably meant for refreshment for the soldiers, just to encourage them as they maintained the peace.

These fulani herdsmen/militia/kidnappers/robbers have been perpertrating this very evil acts long before 2015 without any opposition from anyone. They also have forest camps somewhere along the Benin bypass and even around the Kwale axis of the Ughelli-Asaba road in Delta state from where they launch robbery attacks periodically and dash back into the forest to disguise as herdsmen; I know of these other 2 locations from personal experiences which precede 2015.

So since you tag this a political problem, if the PDP govt couldn't stop or curtail the nefarious activities of the marauding above the law herdsmen for 16 years, how exactly would voting back PDP in 2015 or even 2019 have been a solution to the problem?
