comtem2011: Nobleking1994:Okay guys, go and kill him! Afterall he stole maggi. Bleedy murderers! |
Rachelsblog:Another lazy one goes public... Luckily for them, they can now cover up the laziness with the "I am a feminist" tag. |
comtem2011:This dude us a 'break n entry' hungry man thief, not an armed bandit that threatens anyone's life. Tell me one reason why this guy desetves death but people who steal billions meant for schools, hospitals, fixing of death-trap roads etc dont deserve death? |
MrErudite:Typical mindset of people from the s******* part of the world. Political leaders brazenly steal billions and place your entire community in squalor, but when they are caught, you defend them vehemently based on tribal and religious grounds. But when a hungry victim of the mess steals a hand chain, you shout "KILL HIM" probably thinking its funny. |
Okorocha in the news everyday. Is he rhe inly governor in this Nigeria? |
Jonathanians on the prowl... |
mantosa:Lol.. I was careful enough to mention only the governor and you also acknowledged that. So I wonder why you still accuse me of sentiments and involving Saraki. That notwithstanding, the governor is known to be Saraki's toy boy, and I read of the link of the boys to Saraki elsewhere. Saraki singlehandedly installed the governor and these were the thugs who did the in-field hatchet jobs. It's just like saying thugs with arms were captured in Rivers state and were found to be Dakuku Peterside's boys in the governorship election; under such circumstances, how exactly do you extricate Amaechi? |
AkpaMgbor:There's nothing wrong for a pastor to live a good and comfortable life. But then, even though there's really no defined rule to distinguish between "living a standard good life" vs "leading a materialistic life of obscene opulence", the fact is that every discerning human (who isnt brainwashed) knows the difference, most especially in a poverty stricken country like Nigeria. Going by Nigerian religious standards, all Anglican and Catholic priests are heathen and publicans and this is evidenced in the simplicity of their lifestyles. |
limitless777:Another pointless political analysis by Omokri which will only appeal to shallow minds. Reno has access to info far more than anyone else but its amusing how he picks and chooses when he wants to comprehend the information he receives; feigning a lack of common sense in order to have something to say. From the little I read and heard from the confessions, the robbers never said they were sent by Saraki to go rob a bank. Rather they said they were just his political thugs and were provided vehicles and arms and generally empowered by the governor (who happens to be Saraki's boy). You provide vehicles and Kalashnikovs to jobless thugs and pay them during elections, what else do you expect of such miscreants when elections are long over and you no longer pay them if not this?... |
Abjay97:That notwithstanding, the post he just made clearly isn't nonsense if only you can put away your political sentiments when viewing it. Whilst we can say the captured robbers were not sent by the governor to go rob a bank, a fact is that the guys clearly have an established link with the governor of the state; they are political thugs and hatchet 'good boys' of the governor and their arms and vehicles were obviously gifted to them by the governor to execute his dirty deals (a very common phenomenon in Nigerian politics). This is a fact that cannot be wished away sentimentally simply because we think Saraki and his boy (the governor) have a battle with the president, or because the Op is a Buhari supporter. |
Saraki would simply go and show Dino how it's done.. |
The US thing is just a major dent on Atiku's image... |
GavelSlam:Each man and his own problems/needs. While there are many educated brains longing for job opportunities via initiatives like the Infotech hub, there are also numerous uneducated and idle hands out there whose dream of owning their own buses or okadas for their little transport businesses have just been fulfilled. So there's nothing stupid about this donation. |
Charity they say, begins at home. Hence why he had to get his wife a G-wagon first last week. |
Why do Nigerians take pride in hiding their age? |
This MURIc of a thing has succeeded in showcasing itself as a useless religious based political pressure group. |
Nothing gives a labourer more joy than to be recognised by the oga at the top - Tupac |
meobizy:Lol.. no one complains when things work. |
Akpacha:Did it really say unemployed youths?.. cos I only heard of vulnerable Nigerians (whatever that means). |
I would imagine the class of people who could be beneficiaries of such can NEVER be found on Nairaland; they wouldn't even know what the internet is. |
Onisokuso1:Not every statement must have a literal meaning; if I have a basket full of tomatoes and half of them are bad, I am not wrong if I make a blanket statement that "the basket if full of bad tomatoes." |
The gospel truth is that over 50% of Nigerians are criminally minded. Whatever the reason behind that scary statistic is inconsequential to the matter. Shying away from this damning truth is nothing but self deceit. |
Reno, pastor; Femi adesina, pastor ![]() |
MightySparrow:Haba! is the church now a secret organisation or cult where internal activities or doctrine should be kept secret/confidential?... If the doctrine wasn't ridiculous for starters, there would have been no need to hide it. |
SnowJay92:What do you mean by scraping?... That you hate someone isnt enough to just go around concocting weird stories to malign the person.. Haba! |
Why is Okorocha always on the news? ![]() Another opportunity for haters to come masturbate.. |
Wow! Congrats to the psycho; I hear he's been craving male children for a while now; nothing gives more joy than this kind of blessing. |
Innocent is a billionaire, he is loved and enjoys support of millions. Innocent can afford to hire 100 bulldog SANs to present his case in court. A lot of people have turned this from the onset into a tribal matter, tribal persecution as is always the case; going on this basis, Innocent can easily walk into the courtroom with several senators and representatives and praise singers. All in all, unlike a common man like me, Innocent has all the human and cash resources to quash the case instantly. But the question that keep boggling my mind is, why is Innocent ignoring court summons?... So why mess the case up by ignoring the summons?... Why does it have to be dragged to the ugly point when policemen would then have to break into his house?.. and then of course it becomes another "I am persecuted because of my tribe case" wailing matter? |
joudini:Oga stop embarrassing yourself even whilst trying to brag about your understanding of contractual or construction processes. From the onset I was referring to the contradictory statement deliberately made by Hon. Okechukwu to twist sentimental lazy minds like yours into excitement. The preliminary earth works being done are a part of the overall bridge project so quit trying to squeeze out an argument from dry matter. You cannot build a bridge without carrying out the preliminary engineering works taking place now, a bridge isn't just the flat surface which you drive on, so it amounts to sheer ignorance for anyone to try and argue that the ongoing works aren't a part of the 2nd Niger bridge project. Hon Okechukwu obviously isn't the ignorant one here cos he only made a political statement for the sake of sensationalism to bait lazy minds; the ignorant ones are those on this thread masturbating in excitement. |
This is one of those representing the youths in power... Anyway, the context of the video isn't clear so no further comments till the full video is released. |
joudini:Can't you see you're the confused buffoon here?... The bit of the report I quoted stated that the "construction being done by Julius Berger was part of early earth works", the report then went further to say "it was not part of the building of the bridge". So I asked, if the early works aren't part of the bridge as Mazi Okechukwu claims, what exactly is Julius Berger working on? Daura supermarket? @Oga Joudini, English language isn't so difficult (at least for Nigerians who have passed through secondary school). That you are sentimentally aligned to any particular political side isn't a reason you must send your brain cells responsible for English comprehension on vacation. Honorable Okechukwu obviously made the contradictory statement to excite rampaging clowns like yourself. |
"The committee said the construction work being done by Julius Berger was the early earth work which is in four stages and not the building of the bridge as the public was being made to believe..."Just wondering, this part of the report is difficult to understand... If money has indeed been paid and the money is being used for early works, is the early works being done on Daura supermarket? |
