Way to go... It's really sad that the black man always has to wait until the point of death before he uses his head. There's absolutely no reason why there cant be a nationwide revolution in rice and other food production. Nigeria has no business importing any food stuff, rather we should be feeding other hungry African countries. Kudos (in advance) to the Lagos and Kebbi governments 'IF' they can achieve this within 1 year. And yeah! 1 year isn't impossible. |

SleekMallam: Na woah for my fellow country man. You said the info is readily available in the public domain and I went to public domain and got one then you said it's fake and doctored. I ask you to provide the original and you again say it's in the public domain for anyone with access to internet! Is this your original budget occult?
Which address of a primary school where it is been taught so I can visit and access from there? I'm sure you know there is something called budget office and they have a website?.... If you like stay here and be asking me for budget' or you can just stick with your gossip blogs, or you can go back to akara school. |

Zoharariel: Spot on! Buhari is doing his best to disintegrate this Country. As an anti-corruption crusader, if Godwin Emefiele is not fired for the CBN's secret & illegal recruitment, then the difference between Ebele Jonathan & Buhari in terms of corruption is only their Caps. TonyeBarcanista: You are a patriotic Nigerian Sir!!! Is this a case of ignorance or is it a case of 'feigning' ignorance? Does Buhari have the powers to arbitrarily sack a CBN governor?... Or are you guys just talking for talking sake knowing fully well that most of your followers are empty skull zombies? |

SleekMallam: You should be charged with withholding evidence. You mean the 2016 budget is been studied in primary schools? Oh yes, the budget has since been made public and anyone with access to the internet can have access to it. Strangely you chose to obtain your info on the publicly available budget from the gossip peddled by a gossip website, a gossip which was made even before the budget was released. And while the peddlers of that falsehood have since been put to shame, have been shut up and have since moved to other propaganda, someone (you) wakes up in March 2016 and is basing his argument on a long forgotten and long debunked piece of misinformation. I should have told you 'good morning' but obviously, you are still sleeping. |

SleekMallam: Is it too hard to present all evidences to support your case? show me your own budget. I am not going to show you any evidence; for someone who has access to the internet but chooses to be uninformed on even the most basic facts about a forgotten topic, I wouldnt expend a single iota of my energy educating you cos there's absolutely no need for that. I would gladly leave you to wallow in your ignorance but if you really need the right info, google is your friend. |

Meanwhile, for the records, Kayode Ogundamisi was amongst the people that independently campaigned for Buhari on the streets (Ikosi-Ketu, Magodo axis) that I know first hand Of course Kayode isnt denying his support for Buhari. But obviously, sycophant groups like the istandwithbuhari etc are just made up of political jobbers looking for cash. |

SleekMallam: Mr Buhari alone spends approximately 12 billion naira annually to maintain his luxurious traveling addiction. By 2019, it must have cost taxpayers a whooping 48 billion naira on travelling expenses. for Mr Buhari.
Now when you factor in Mr Buhari feeding allowances which on official record is pegged at 1.7 billion naira per annum, that's 6.8 billion naira by 2019! In essence, it would cost the nation 116 billion naira to foot buhari travelling expenses and food! Yet, we are daily getting slaughtered in our sleep by the fulani and Buhari looks the other way. 1.7 billion for feeding allowance? This is how you spot the desperate wailers, they keep feigning ignorance so as to have what to say. Or who knows, maybe they might actually just be as ignorant as they appear to be. |

nineteenth: Hello everyone,
I need your candid opinion on a burning issue which has been troubling me for some time now. I am really ashamed and remorseful of my actions, it was just the situation I found myself. I was once a footballer and once had an opportunity to travel to Europe for my footballing career but this did not work out as planned. I got a passport for this purpose where I did not use my real age, as advised by my coach and agent. I later dropped football and went back to school. Now I am done with my first degree and I intend going abroad for my masters degree. The old passport with my false age expired and I proceeded to the NIS office where I met an Immigration officer who assisted me and got me another passport after I did the Biometrics. I actually paid him 100k for this. I really don't know if it was renewal or re-issue he did but this new passport has my real age and name which tally with my academic documents. The new passport has the old and new passport numbers written on it its data page. Now my question is, with the old number available on the passport, will the embassy verify and compare the information on the new and old passports?
Thanks for your useful contributions. Hmmm... I didnt know new passports have the old number written on it. That's strange cos I renewed my passport not long ago and the old number isn't written anywhere. |

judondasylva: those of you that are ranting here should shut up. after all when the south east refused to vote him many of you called us all sorts of names that we always miscalculate political decisions. now who was right? those that voted him as President or those refused to vote him as President? I want you guys to react to my comment. who is wiser? The people who voted out the lootocratic government are definitely wiser. Oil prices were at over $100, your lootocratic heroes were busy doing what they knew how to do best, sharing our collective patrimony, byuing private jets like pure water and not bothering about saving a dime. GEJ met $47bn in reserves (in addition to over $20bn in the ECA account), but despite unprecedented earnings (the highest ever), he left about $28.6bn in the reserves (yet some zombies still argue that this was an achievement). Even just before GEJ left power, when oil prices began to crash, the CBN forex reserve was crashed by $10bn in just 7 months (Oct 2014 - May 2015), the FG even borrowed to pay salaries early 2015 cos they had already shared the entire liquid cash in the treasury; and all these happened when oil was still selling above $60. If there is ever anything Nigeria and Nigerians have ever done right, it was the removal of GEJ from power just before oil prices eventually crashed to $30 (it was really an urgent requirement for our survival). I cant imagine what would have become if GEJ was still in power when oil prices fell to $27-$30; Nigerians would have been queuing up and begging for food by now. |

Fuckgratulations: how will this help the economy, thats how GEJ pumped in $10 billion to defend the naira in 8 months between september 2014 to april 2015, but the money ended up in some people pocket, without leaving any impact. Fingers crossed, this is no longer Jonathan. This is the only aspect of governance where I have hoppe in Buhari. Moneys like this wouldn't randomly enter personal pockets any more, or at least only insignificant portions might enter personal pockets (I don't trust politicians). |
Romance › Re: Help! My Fiance Is HIV Positive, I'm Not; What Do I Do? by obailala(m): 10:35am On Mar 23, 2016 |
iSellUsedCars: Fellow Nairalanders, my 22yr old fiance who came to my place just a day ago got a call from her family doctor that her attention was urgently needed prior to some tests that were conducted on her 2 days back. I had to tell her to go see her doctor immediately as it could be something very important, so she left.
She calls me up some hours later to tell me her doctor says she's HIV positive. My head spun and I started thinking of where I must had gotten it from! We've been intimately together for 4years, and we make love as often as we feel like although our busy schedule hasn't made us see for up to a month now.
As I got the news, I felt so restless and just had to go join her at the hospital so they could carry a test to confirm my status. It came out negative. I promised her to always be by her side and wouldn't leave her cos of the disease. I trust her a lot and I believe she must have contracted it through sharp objects her makeup business exposes her to like razor blades.
Dear nairalanders, I need your advice. It's 3am in the morning, and she's called thrice already; she's depressed and suicidal right now. Pls air your matured and helpful opinion. God bless you. This is a very precarious situation, but like my doctor friend would always say, "it is only poor people that die of HIV/AIDS." Any comfortable person who can afford to feed well doesn't have a problem. HIV/AIDS has since been conquered and is technically not a killer disease any more. |
