Obi is getting 95% of votes in Anambra. |
Lol... I can bet my life, Adamu Garba will be voting for Atiku. These guys are extremely predictable..... |
Why exactly do they even need to have these meetings in London? Imbecilic and irresponsible African leaders only know how to squander resources even in acute lack. This is the reason you would hardly find a single one of these elite political leaders supporting a person like Obi; Obi's lifestyle of detesting wastage is something they would never align with. Useless scoundrels! |
peepydelano:You guys never get tired of deceiving your old selves... |
ahiboilandgas:What's the essence of having money if you're not sure of getting home each day without a bullet in your chest? People are leaving Nigeria largely cos of the damning insecurity. Also, whilst there's cureently a crazy inflation in the UK, there's also mad mad mad inflation in Nigeria. |
sapele914:Too many delusionists on the prowl! Not sure if these kind of deluded statements are just a way you guys console yourselves.... |
Thinkam:Lol.. December has only 3 days left and you're still spewing this? You sure say you never soak yourself with ogogoro? |
swaggerjack: APCnaPDP:This isn't really about being insensitive to jokes, rather the primary reason Tinubu supporters are angry with this is cos they're ashamed of their candidate. |
OsunOriginal:Losers always worrying about the welfare of the people they are supposed to hate. What a confused lot! |
Donbunchis:No insults intended but the bolded above viral opinion sounds really silly, i.e. that Tinubu is the one who directed Nigerians to revolt against fuel price increase. Some others even ignorantly claim 'APC' was responsible for the revolt against fuel price increase under GEJ. When making political statements and assessments, can we be decent enough to stick to reasonable facts and not always chip in unintelligent points? Since Day 1 Nigerians have always revolted against every pump price increase. The pump price increase in 1st January 2012 was the largest single fuel price hike in recent Nigerian history (i.e. a 112% increase from N67 to N142 in one day).... People who travelled home for Christmas couldnt even afford to return cos of the unprecedented hike.... All Nigerians revolted against that increase, protests erupted all over Nigeria, and I remember Flavour even releasing a song about it then... but suddenly, unintelligent revisionists have twisted the narrative to say "Tinubu and APC" directed Nigerians to revolt. Abeg make una dey try use small sense for una political analysis. |
THe guy mimicking Tinubu literally repeated EXACTLY what Tinubu has said on stage in the past few months. If these guys believe TInubu is a good product for Nigeria as they claim, why exactly should they feel offended when someone mimics Tinubu's speeches almost word-for word? The fact that we have Tinubu supporters feeling offended by this mimic, it just tells you how sick a lot of us are in the country. It only means one thing; i.e. Tinubu supporters know that TINUBU is a bad product, yet they still support and want to impose him on a sick nation of 200million people. For what reasons exactly? Greed, tribal affiliations, tribal hatred against the other contestants? May God deliver Nigeria from these unscrupulous charlattans who dont care if Nigeria sinks further, so far as their pockets (and/or tribal egos) are lined. *Spits* |
jeromestarks:Oh my God! Just imagine the backward agbero illiterate mentality of the person I'm talking to.... - That leaders should steal and allow the masses chop". - That corruption has advantages? - That GEJ didnt fight corruption but economy was better... Very typical representation of the slavish mentality that plagues Africa and ensures Africa remains a shithole... The people have been so raped by useless leaders that they now celebrate crumbs as achievement and progress. What we really need in Africa is a reawakening and lots and lots of education. The system is so bad that even graduates quite ofte reason like they never saw the 4 walls of a school. The people he picked somehow kept Lagos finances going?... Going where exactly? Into his pocket isnt it?.... That explains why every festive season, over 10,000 people queue infront of his Bourdillon gate to receive pittance from the very same diabolic elite that enslaved and impoverished them. That is what you glorify as 'progress'. Some of you urgently need to leave the shores of Nigeria. Lagos is the 5th largest economy in Africa; the state, though the smallest, is richer than several African countries combined. Yet the place is still a shithole where you can barely find any good roads without potholes, where you can barely find standard hospitals good enough to treat any of the so called 'good leaders'. With the chop-chop corrupt system you glorify and endorse, do you really think Lagos is living up to 20% of its economic potentials? Do you know what Lagos would be if just 50% of its resources are used for actual developmental work and not stolen? |
Kewtt:Nope! Whether GEJ was sensible or not, it has nothing to do with the fact that he built the Abuja-Kaduna railway from 0% to ~90% before leaving office. Likewise Buhari, whether sensible or not, it doesnt change the fact that he built the Lagos-Ibadan railway from 0% to 100%. So there you have it, it has nothing to do with GEJ or Buhari being sensible or not. Rather it would only amount to me just being silly and insensible if I go about claiming the 2 railways I mentioned above were OBJ's achievements simply because he created a "Framework". |
LegendHero:Per capita my indeed! Per capita economics is useless in a country like ours where the government provides almost no welfare packages for citizens. Citing the population of Lagos as the reason behind the slow progress is just a dubious diversionary argument which doesnt apply in nigeria. That not withstanding, the governor of Delta and Bayelsa, and all the Niger Delta states since 1999 have always been useless rogues. That doesnt in any way exonerate Tinubu from his righful position as the chief rogue of the federation. We can all point out to Fasholas achievements, Ambodes achievements and Olu's achievements. Fashola indeed takes the crown as the best of them all, having started all the meaningful legacy projects in Lagos today. Despite this, your so called godfather Tinubu wanted to kick him out for no other reason than that he was trying to use the state's resources prudently. The diabolic interference from Tinubu is the reason this Blue Line rail wasnt completed by Fashola cos I remember tbe level of progress made on this project within the first tenure of Fashola. The big question is, besides handpicking governors and lording over them, what exactly are the tangible achievements of Tinubu as Lagos governor for 8 years? |
LegendHero:This is just like me saying "OBASANJO's Abuja-Kaduna railway" or "OBASANJO's Lagos-Ibadan railway". Afterall , the framework and rail modernisation masterplan were drawn under OBJ. How dumb would I be sounding by doing that? Someone didnt drop a down payment or mobilisation funds enough to buy roasted boli, but you think it's sensible to call it his project after the construction fro 0-100% was completed by others? |
jeromestarks:Lagos is the smallest state in Nigeria but its richer than almost all other states put together. With that level of financial power, anybody who governs Lagos would look like a messiah, even if they steal or squander 90% of the state's resources (which unfortunately is usually the case). I remember how Buba Marwa, the military administrator just before Tinubu was also touted as an outstanding messiah. But no sooner than he left office, oga launched an airline (Albarka Air). How does a Colonel in the military whose salary then wasnt even up to N200k afford several aircrafts? Tinubu strangely is one of the few Lagos governors who after 8 solid years, doesnt have any single legacy project to his name. His only achievement as governor was to privatise the entire resources of the state, while becoming a godfather extraordinaire who has since 1999 been handpicking every single political office holder in the state and large parts of the south west. For a lack of what to ascribe to him as achievement, his sycophants now claim his handpicking of candidates from councilors to Governor is an achievement? I never knew godfatherism was an acheivement to be proud of. Africa I hail! |
Tagging it TINUBU's rail has to be the most deluded nonsense I've heard from sycophants since this election season. A rail that has been in the PLANNING stage since the 60's, Tinubu was governor for 8 solid years but couldn't even make a down payment for roasted corn. Tinubu didnt drop a dime for the railway and didnt buy a single block for the project. But After Fashola, Ambode and Sanwo have built it, sycophants here are calling it "TINUBU rail'. |
Nchenches:I should stop quoting you? Of course who wants to keep quoting a brainwashed lowlife without a brain? I only quoted you because I got severely irritated and angered by the nonsense you wrote. Against the silent voices of reason, people like you supported this UGM madness when it started. And now, instead of acknowledging the error, you still foolishly try to defend the madness by claiming it is caused by outsiders. Up till today, even with the visible crisis at hand, we still have some stupid IPob adherents glorifying and defending the sit-at-home nonsense. WHen the brainless overzealous ones go out to forcibly enforce it, people like you who nurtured the foolishness still have the guts to come publicly to claim Fulanis are responsible. And you dare talk of IQ? Are you sure you're okay upstairs? ![]() Like I said before, the criminals who invaded and extorted innocent people right in the centre of my community were Igbos; they literally disarmed and brutalised the vigilante guys and on several occasions, and on several occasions have gone from house to house extorting money from whoever they deemed fit. There are numerous witnesses to this, some of the culprits were even known, yet you foolishly sit behind your computer to tell me they are FUlanis? You must be really sick! |
Nchenches:Nothing has obviously been learnt by this one and nothing has changed. We're talking about hoodlums terrorising and robbing and even killing people in the south east, some sick clowns are diverting the story to the south west. Apparently, some ignorant idiots will always remain ignorant idiots till death. A very easy way to identify retardss with this strain of dumbness is that their slow brains always automatically concludes that anyone who speaks against the crisis of the UGM and the foolishness of those who support them MUST BE YORUBA. What an easy way to identify your brand of idiocy! I am an Igbo man, have always been and forever will be till death, and both the UGM hoodlums and the idiots who foolishly glorify their activities are pure Igbos. The criminals have visited and extorted people right in the centre of my community; they've even literally disarmed and brutalised the vigilante guys in my community and on several occasions, gone house to house to extort money from whoever they deemed fit. Like I said before, anybody claiming that the UGM aren't Igbos is either a silly ignorant fellow, an armed robber himself, or just an idiot. THe people aren't ghosts; they are normal humans, pure Igbos, and are well known by the communities they terrorise. The people are nothing but armed robbers who receive endorsements from idiots and ignoramuses like yourself. |
Nchenches:THis deluded mentality needs to be thrown in the bin as quickly as possible; can we stop fooling ourselves and denying an obvious reality. The people killing Igbos are Igbos and when this monster was being birthed and nurtured, sensible people warned and cried against it but the larger mob of ignoramuses always found a way to drown the voice of reason. Right here on Nairaland, when the whole IPob movement started assuming a fanatical dimension, several people warned about the outcome but were insulted by your likes. When the useless sit at home thing started, several sensible people spoke against it but were insulted; or was it when the fanaticism metamorphosed into UGM, several people desperately warned against it. Even a person with the most basic form of wisdom could easily predict as far back as early 2021 that the UGM thing would degenerate into a crisis for Igbos and Igboland, but the mob of ignorant fanatics always shutdown this alternative opinion. I can't count the number of insults and threats to life I've received right on this forum simply for airing my opinion on the dangers of UGM and Ipob fanaticism. But here we are, the ignoramuses who birtherd and grew the monster instead of admitting guilt, are still foolishly turning around to blame FUlanis. Anyway, at least some progress has been made; at least some of you who glorified the madness of the hoodlums just a while ago have now finally realised they are a problem. |
Unlike the UK, Nigeria is a country marred by mind boggling insecurity. So I dont think there's anything out of place for the police to provide armed security for visiting foreign personalities who would only be around for a brief period. Where the real problem lies is the 'big men' all over Nigeria who 'possess' the policemen, using them as personal bodyguards, maiguards and personal thugs. |
ecolime:As a 2 term minister under this administration, how exactly was he used an dumped? Perhaps Buhari should have resigned and handed over Aso Rock to him? |
MandelaLives:You're actually responding to a post by brainless people who have since lost ideas on how best to pull Obi down. Nothing they say surprises me anymore... |
donbrowser:So because Okupe supports Obi, it automatically makes him a 'messiah'? So me too I'm a messiah because I support Obi? I think some of you qualify to also be described with that Okupe brainless analogy. |
The very same people accusing Obi of deporting destitutes to Ebonyi and Akwa-Ibom are the very same set of people who vehemently defended Fashola for doing same thing just about the same period. Likewise, the very same people who called for Fashola's neck for deporting beggars to Osun and Onitsha are the very same person defending Obi for the same act today. Politics has a way of turning adults to clowns. |
This is really sad! |
owobokiri:This recurring display of toxic bigotry and hatred by some of you keeps getting more and more disgusting by the day. You claim this bridge is the only project completed in the south east by Fashola in 8 years; kindly point out the projects completed by the same Fashola in the following zones: North-West North-East North-Central South-south and South-west Myst everything in Nigeria be put in the SE before we go rest? Someone reading what you wrote would think Fashola has turned every other zone in Nigeria to Dubai. |
Self inflicted problems. Meanwhile one imbecilic baboon is still running loose in Finland. |
yemex04:The issue is that you don't just get born today and start running immediately; Nigeria barely has the basic systems in place to support cashlessness. |
Entprys:So you're saying that thing we all heard and watched in that video is booing?... Sometimes one wonders how people just come onlline to embarass themselves because of politics. |
