PUERILE

You are repeating it upandan
I couldnt think of a better word to describe the kind of reasoning that could produce what you and the other guy wrote. So pardon my repeated use of that word

I don't know book
Who are you tryiing to impress?
Is this between Seun and Peter Okoye or
Seun and PSQUARE?
OR
Peter Okoye and Fela?

Seun said his SOLO CAREER FAILED
And Peter has no talent
Where is Psquare in the discussion?
Oh! So the logic you're trying to whip up now is that Peter isn't PSQUARE? ... You go fear desperation na! grin

Let Seun go and take a walk on the streets of Lagos and let's see how many people would recognise him.

Afterwards, let Peter take the same walk in your neighbourhood and let's see whether you can get home that day (cos of the traffic jam).

I suggest you do an online search to see how many countries Seun performed in last year?

Just imagine the peurile analogy! So Seun Kuti is now a bigger artist than PSquare because he insulted Obi?

At least, seun Father is known. Who is P- Square father?

Even in Anambra his father is not known
Just imagine the peurile reasoning!

Peter worked hard and made a name for himself; he is known all over Africa and even globally. But you're here asking who his father is?.... In your wisdom, you think an adult whose only asset is his late father's name is a bigger achiever?
CelebritiesRe: If Not For Your Father, Who Knows You? - Peter Okoye Tells Seun Kuti by obailala(m): 3:10pm On Feb 08, 2023
Throwback:
Peter Okoye is fighting a battle he cannot win. He will never understand what it means to inherit a legacy from one's father.

You cannot canonize an olosho wey change location.

Seun is on a higher level of political consciousness, but Peter Okoye who has been castigating Tinubu cannot stomach the fact that other Nigerians know that Peter Obi is of the same political set as Tinubu, Atiku and Kwankwaso.

Peter Obi is corrupt, Peter Obi is a desperate political prostitute, Peter Obi is a hypocrite, Peter Obi has no integrity.

What is worse is that Peter Obi is a failed Governor who invested heavily in the hardship and poverty faced by the people of Anambra who wailed bitterly and promised he will never amount to anything significant in future.

Even Ngige in less than 3yrs achieved more than Peter Obi who spent 8yrs after the standard set by Ngige.

Must we all suffer like Anambrarians suffered under Peter Obi?

Suffer no dey tire you?

Does Peter Obi have the courage and leadership that Tinubu has and has shown over the currency swap disaster?

Peter Obi has shown that he is still that wicked, visionless politician that Ifyalways and other Anambrarians lamented bitterly about in 2012.
- Peter made a name for himself and is known all over Africa and even globally.

- Seun is living off his fathers name.

So in your own wisdom, Seun whose only asset is his father's name, is better than Peter who worked tirelessly and made a name for himself?

Exclusive101:
Many Nigerians especially igbos supporting Peter Obi are truly daft.

People have always migrated to Lagos long before the coming of Tinubu but he sustained that n now even more people migrate to same Lagos today.

Igbos migrate to Anambra n work in Anambra civil service as well long before Peter Obi but same Peter Obi chased all non indigene from Anambra civil service n today Anambra indigene are fighting to the death to escape from Anambra daily. Just check how many refugees Ekene dilichukwu GIG Peace Agufore Ifesinachi Okeson GUO Young Shall Grow etc load from Anambra escaping to Lagos daily.

You either have to be brain dead if the criteria the lady spoke about here is use to chose the beta candidate n still go ahead to vote Peter Obi instead of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The fact speak for itself.

One Igbo idiot called from Sweden wailing about how the caller migrated to London n he is in Sweden. The idiot does not aknowledge people migrate towards more economical prosperous n stable state.

How many Nigerians, even Biafrans are moving to Anambra after Peter Obi turn it into paradise n how many Nigerians keep flocking into Lagos after the misrule by Tinubu. Use this n your medulla not skull n vote wisely.
One has to be spectacularly dumb to even remotely think that Igbos (or anyone else) relocates to Lagos because "Tinubu developed Lagos". Lagos has always been not just the commercial capital of Nigeria, but also the commercial capital of west Africa probably even before Tinubu was born.

Igbos are nomadic by nature and being into trade and commerce, will tend to migrate to wherever they have customers for their commodities regardless of whether the place is a heaven or a hell (that explains why you would find Igbos in even Borno selling their wares). With the population of Lagos alone, even a dullard can deduce why Igbos will definitely be disposed to Lagos.

@Exclusive101, you mentioned Ekenedilichukwu, GIG, Peace, Agufore, Ifesinachi, Okeson, GUO, Young Shall Grow etc loading passengers to Lagos regularly. Did these largely Igbo owned companies start existing and moving passengers to Lagos during Tinubu's tenure?... Igbos have always made up up to 30% of the population of Lagos; I'm guessing in your wisdom, the 30% Igbis living in Lagos pre-1999 moved to Lagos cos of Tinubu's spirit?

If you arent a Gen-Z child who perhaps can be excused for being too young and ignorant, how exactly does one explain this lame assertion that "Igbos are in Lagos cos of Tinubu"?

Peter Obi has Losed because Igbos are too rude.

Aren't you the idiot calling me a bigot? Why do you wanna educate a bigot? Can i see your evidence, non bigot?
Of course you're a bigot and that bigotry is the reason you've exhibited a tough resistance to education.

Despite several people here trying to educate you, you're still here insisting the gas for the AKK pipeline is from the SE. Is that normal behaviour?

Also, gas that's being wasted through flares, the long overdue infrastructure is finally being built after 60 years to reduce flaring by selling the gas for revenue; but NO! You're angry and opposed to this development cos you heard the word 'north'. If that's not bigotry, kindly tell us what it is?
PoliticsRe: Update on Ongoing Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano Gas Pipeline Project by obailala(m): 11:13am On Feb 06, 2023
pocom16:
The gas isn't given to any region for free..

the south south uses gas to generate electricity and power a few industries there particularly in port harcourt and warri..
the excess is being flared

it is that excess that needs to be transported to other regions (North, europe) to generate wealth rather than being wasted
The ScamHunter fellow you quoted, no matter how much you educate him that it is the gas being flared (i.e. wasted) that is about to be sold for revenue, he would still be opposed to it simply because he sees the word 'north'. He would rather the gas be wasted than to see it being sold to anyone in the north.. Yet he doesnt think he's an ethnic bigot, rather he thinks it's the people correcting bim that are bigots.

The gas is from tbe Southeast. They cleverly hide it because they know the evil they've done to the Igbo. They can pipe gas from Igbo land to the North, but cannot build railways through Igbo land.
ImpregnaTor:
Why are they taking our gas to the North?

Divide Nigeria now sad

Imagine if the south never got amalgamated with the parasitc north, with all our natural resources, we should be competing with Singapore now.

But here we are sad
Where/how exactly did some of you on this thread arrive at this flawed conclusion that the gas is from the south east? People wey get gas never complain, na people wey wan claim the gas dey complain pass. Abeg you guys should stop embarrassing Igbos abeg.

Besides, if I have a commodity in my backyard and I'm not using it currently, there's absolutely nothing wrong in having it sold for cool money instead of just burning it away with flares which end up damaging my environment (this is what has been happening for over 60 years since these pipelines have not been built).

All this opposition to the gas being piped across Nigeria or for export is just born out of IGNORANCE and bigotry.

Lol... This fellow has no clue how the Starlink satellite service works; he's asking what rural coverage level is and even comparing it with MTN that has to install masts every 5-10km before their service can get to an area.

Oga, Starlink did not have to install a single mast or hardware on ground to achieve 100% network coverage around Nigeria.

And on whether it is affordable for rural users; it is affordable, convenient and excellent for those who can afford it (not every commodity is meant for the masses you know).

Why don't you watch the video up there? He was specifically asked of his opinion on Obi's seeming popularity and polls projecting him to win. Did you expect him not to address it?
The point is that, if Obi didnt have a high chance, that question wouldnt' have even come up. If Obi wasn't a problem for them, he wouldn't have bothered answering the question. The same El Rufai who not too long ago claimed Obi wouldn't even gather up to 200 supporters is now bitterly listing states and regions Obi can win - That is progress!

Same Obi which BAT himself claimed i would be an insult to mention his name, in all recent rallies, the name OBI hasn't left their mouths. If you still think Obi isn't a major headache to these associations of looters, then your naivety is legendary.

I'm pretty sure there'd be some dubious APC and PDP agents in rural enclaves where Obi is popular who are deceiving people that Obi is in APC or PDP. A lot of work still beeds to be done. All these political parties need to simplify their logos too.

obailala, this was the exact question I asked you.

Where did Obi get his money from?
Lol... Obi has never shied away from talking about how he made his money. The man is a chronic trader that trades in everything he touches. He got so successful and even became largest shareholder and chairman in Fidelity bank. Yet you still wonder how he got rich?

On one hand, you're accusing him of owning one of the biggest retail chains in Nigeria and trying to crucify him for selling lots of imported stuff; even your principal (Tinubu) labelled him "Obi-Obi-Obi Import and Export". The next second you're here asking how he made his money. Dont you see how your desperation is leading you to confuse yourself?

Meanwhile I got no words for the other desperate fellow you quoted. Wealth from drug trafficking indeed! Imagine people rooting for Tinubu, a shady character with verifiable history in the drug trade, are trying to tag another as a drug trafficker.. Jokers! grin

PoliticsRe: The Only Reason I Don't Want Peter Obi To Win! by obailala(m):
N3TRAL:
Nothing Peter Obi touches succeeds.

Peter Obi inherited more than 100 million dollars from his father. He has failed to increase his inheritance at the rate of even 2% in the last 3 decades.

Peter Obi was a rich kid. He was what the likes of DJ Cuppy, Paddy Adenuga and Jowi Zaza are today.

With the money Peter Obi inherited, his brand should have dominated Africa if he ventured into retail. In fact, there shouldn't have been a ShopRite if he was innovative. Next should have dominated African countries.

Look at Access Bank and GTbank. That's what Fidelity bank should have been if Peter Obi had a Midas touch. They started around the same time.

This is not political banter.

He invested Anambra's State money in a brewery right? Isn't the investment a loss of billions of Naira?

That's who Peter Obi is. He's worth less than he inherited from his father today by saving more and buying failed stocks.

He's acknowledged that he inherited 100 million+ dollars from his father. His foreign accounts that were spied on and published during the Pandora saga revealed he had less than 30 million dollars stacked in safe havens.

Dangote, Bua, Tony Elumelu, Adenuga etc inherited less but see where they are today.

Buhari isn't so different. He failed at everything he ever did apart from politics. His cattle husbandry was reported to have remained stagnant with the same number of cattles for more than a decade.

What Buhari and Obi have in common is that they preach integrity but una go suffer die because they have no idea about money making. Make honest Anambra people confess as boys migrate during his time. Hardship no be small.

Let's face it, businesses will enjoy better under an Atiku government than Obi's government.

Tinubu is the ultimate. Na baba for wealth creation. He turns everything to gold.

Knowing what Buhari and Obi share in common made me reject Obi from day 1. I swear I know say we go suffer if Obi wins.
Besides stolen funds and Alpha-Beta which Tinubu uses to siphon public funds, please can you give us the names of the flourishing businesses that Tinubu owns that gives him his billions?

People worshipping thieves and looters and still think they have sense!

BluntTheApostle:
Well, you can't define character in your own word.

When you call someone a person of character, you mean they are reliable and honest.

Unfortunately, Obi is neither of the two.

His propensity for lying is legendary. Dishonesty is a real issue.

And when it comes to being reliable, Obi fails that test as well. After vowing to remain in APGA till death, Obi has since changed political party twice.

His show of desperation which saw him willing to sacrifice the Rivers LP gubernatorial candidate's aspiration for his own presidential dream shows that Obi will leave Labour Party should he lose the presidential election.
You mean TINUBU is a man of greater CHARACTER than Obi?

Whilst your country is grappling in the choke hold of corruption, embezzlement, profligacy, mindless wastage and plunder of its resources, thuggery, bribery, greed, insecurity, dishonesty, election rigging, blatant disregard for the rule of law etc., your preferred definition of the CHARACTER expected of a potential leader is "a person who stays in a single political party, regardless of the moral conflict the party throws at him"?

Like I said in my previous post, you are entitled to your opinon; you're free to believe that TINUBU is a man of greater CHARACTER than Obi. But Nigerians are no fools; enlightened Nigerians know the truth and have repeatedly expressed this through several opinion polls online and offline where Obi won with outsanding landslides.

Unfortunately for Nigeria and fortunately for you and your principal, there's still a massive population of uneducated and unenlightened rural dwellers, and these are the only people you and your candidate hope to exploit to win the coming election. But God will intervene and the will of the enlightened population will prevail!
PoliticsRe: 2 Days To Go... Is Obi's Lead Widening? by obailala(m): 4:07pm On Feb 01, 2023
BluntTheApostle:
You have not operationally defined character

Because, if we define character, I don't suppose Obi can stand Tinubu.
When I talk of CHARACTER, I refer to the propensity (or antecedents) of the individual to not be involved in corruption, embezzlement, profligacy, mindless wastage and plunder, thuggery, bribery, self enrichment, lootocracy, dishonesty, election rigging, blatant disregard for the rule of law etc.

Like I said before, even a deaf, dumb, blind and mentally impaired Nigerian can tell that Obi is a SAINT when compared to Tinubu in terms of CHARACTER. How could this even be an argument?
