Yoruba BASTA-RD.. So na so only Igbo people wey dey corrupt?

What about Tinubu and Atiku and numerous other hausa and yoruba past leaders?

I blame GEJ for not using his powers to deal with you guys when he had the chance.
First of all, I am Igbo, and I'm one of the many sensible ones.

Secondly, you are the BASTARD here and whoever it is that eventually raised you raised an iimbecile.

Thirdly, I would be very happy if Buhari arrests and kills all the corrupt Igbo leaders; that way the south east would be the only region without thieves as leaders and there would be accelerated development. I cant wait for people like T.A Orji, Udenwa, Mbadinuju, Nnamani and the rest of the rogue south-eastern leaders to be incarcerated.

Finally if only your hero GEJ had done the needful, Nigeria would have been rid of at least half of the rogues presently in Abuja hijacking the government of Buhari.

Chiaka:
Your explanation is incorrect. As usual you resorted to insult to cover up your inadequacies. I will not go your way but explain to you the difference, source is from best yahoo answer, difference between sibling, brother and Brethren

Best Answer: Sibling refers to either a brother or sister who shares at least ONE biological parent with you. Even if the brother or sister is adopted, use can still call them sibling.

Brother: generally refers to a male who is related to you through at least one parent ( again if they are adopted the same rule applies but it's both parents).

Sister: same as brother but female version

Brethren: This term is usually used when dealing with certain cultures or religions. Certain churches will refer to the women of the congregation as Sister and men as Brother or Brethren ( sometimes they will simply refer to the entire congregation as Brethren). The rules for brother/sister apply here just not in a 'biological' way.
https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20091019184927AAmGAi2
Very interesting!.... I never knew you had problems in English language. So in your own understanding of the English language, the term 'Brother' can only be defined as a male sharing one or more biological parents?...

Have you ever tried a dictionary or do you even know how to use one?... or are you just deliberately exhibiting one of the Jonathanian symptoms?

You guys are all just a bunch of bitter Jonathanians losing your cool over a non-issue.

First of all, there's absolutely nothing wrong with what both Jonathan and Buhari said. But if we must argue about the English words 'Brothers' vs 'Siblings' then I would say 'Brothers' is a general term which could represent even a whole nation but 'Siblings' is quite specific to family level.

But then again, you guys need to vent your energy on more meaningful things and quit all these emotional outbursts.

No doubt, I was in PH 2 weeks ago and I was impressed by the number and quality of roads. With the way people of the state seem to hate Amaechi, I expected much less and was stunned at what I saw. Although the government can do much more considering the kind of funds the state has.

Something else which PH needs badly are traffic lights. Half of the silly traffic in PH could be solved if there are street lights at junctions instead of those lazy traffic wardens that motorists don't obey.

Buhari is not an option.....................

Sorry, he is not my President.
1. Everyone has a choice to like or hate

2. Buhari is about the most respected statesman in the North (you aren't from the north and aren't aware of this, but that doesn't change this fact).

3. Buhari wanted power to correct many of the ills of past leaders. He knows his capabilities and he knows he has it in him.

4. Buhari condemned the 2011 post-election violence perpetrated by his supporters. You probably aren't aware of this simply because you don't want to

5. Buhari continually condemned the activities of Bokoharam. But again, you aren't aware of this simply because you don't want to. Buhari even called for the government to stop the mass execution of the captured ones and follow a more reasonable approach to tackle the mess. But of course this happened at the beginning before the BH militants metamorphosed into the dreaded blood thirsty terrorist they are today. I do not expect you to also know this because you never cared to know. I'm sure the only bit you know is where Buhari called on the Army to stop the mass executions; you will surely know this bit because it is the kind of story you want to hear to fuel your present hate.

6. But like I mentioned earlier, everyone has a choice to love or hate; everyone also has a choice to seek full information before they begin to love or hate.

This is what the PDPians and Jonathanians understand by the word CHANGE. They wanted Buhari to sack within 2 days, all service chiefs including police and civil defence and customs and immigration. They also wanted him to clear the board of NNPC, NPA, NSE, NAFDAC, NCC, NRC, ETF, PTDF etc etc etc, all within 2 days and then appoint people (including the ministers) all within one week. These bunch of people obviously wanted an opportunity for payback by calling Buhari clueless. But PMB disappointed them all!

Anyway GEJ disappointed me by accepting defeat, he didn't have to.
He had all he apparatus of state to quell any resulting protest but chose not to.
Jonathan claimed he was using TECHNOLOGY to fight corruption, card readers for election accreditation was one of such technologies. But fortunately for Nigeria and unfortunately for Jonathan and his PDP, they were the first victims of their TECHNOLOGY.

PDP has never really won any election since 1999, the card readers in the 2015 election just proved that.

Wow!!! He deceived you highly learned and influencial group for five years and you still ask us average Igbo men to vote him back into office for anther term! Wow!
How about this unpaid workers salaries issue in the country presently. Recently the lime light has focused on Osun state, the hunger, sufferings and hardships endured by the unpaid workers who are owed six months salaries and the world is horrified. The workers of Abia state are owed 9 months salary! Those of IMO state 12 months! These are the two worst states in the country where the suffering is crushing. Relative and dependants of unpaid government are roadside beggers down in those 2 states and no one seems to know or care. I know what I suffer.
All kinds of aid is being rushed down to Osun state one controversial Senator has donated trailers of rice, churches have mobilised to render more aid. OHANAEZE the least you rich and comfortable Chiefs can is make the world know that things are far more terrible in your homeland or perhaps some of you might consider emulating this 'controversial Senator'. People are starving to death on daily and no seems to care.....not even the billionaire governor of IMO State and his new multi billion naira mansion complex really cares.
What do you expect from a group made up of greedy and selfish charlatans who are out there to just secure their pockets?

Apart from collecting billions from successive political leaders for their personal aggrandisement, what does Ohaneze even stand for if I may ask?... What has Ohaneze ever done for an average Igbo man on the streets?

It was raining a cool evening when I decided to pick my friend's wife that was trapped due to the rain, then I got stock on my way to pick her, because of the bad road I had to take an unusual route, then suddenly as I was driving pass the road my car just stopped running, then the water underneath was just at the tyre level, then I was trying to get the car running by attempting to start the car severally but it didn't start, so i stayed there hoping when the rain stops I will come down to check what it was...I stayed for about 30 minutes but then it was still raining so I decided to slide the car seat back to lay and relax, suddenly I started feeling water underneath my feet, I was shocked to see that the water outside has increased, almost half way to the door, but then water was coming in slightly through the door and underneath, before I knew it there was so much water in the car and there was nothing I could do because if I open the door, more water will come in...then I opened the car window and came out through it, looked for a bow and started bailing water out of the car...till the rain stopped, this was an awful experience and I wish never to encounter such ever again...This happened in Owerri, imo state, it is one project that the governor of the state has failed to address and it is causing a lot of harm, I spent about 400k to get my car running again, wasn't easy at all... someone please tell the governor to do something about this...have a wonderful morning my fellow Nairalanders..
I'm totally lost here... undecided Maybe you can try to explain a little more. undecided

You said your car stopped running as you were driving along the road?.. how does your car breaking down on the road have anything to do with Rochas?

After your car broke down, the rains continued, there was a flood and your car was almost submerged; what does this act of nature (heavy rains) have to do with Rochas?

What project are you talking about and what does it have to do with Rochas?

Apologies for your damaged car but I find it hard to understand what your predicament has to do with Rochas. You simply sound like someone who hates Rochas and have decided to transfer the aggression from your misfortune to the governor.

I’ll make Naira equal in value to dollar, says Buhari

Owerri – The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, on Monday said he would ensure that the Naira was equal to the dollar in value, if voted into office.

Buhari stated this during the South-East presidential rally of the party at Dan Anyima Stadium, Owerri.buhari-Naira

“It is sad that the value of the naira has dropped to more than N230 to one dollar; this does not speak well for the nation’s economy,’’ he said.

He urged the people to vote for APC, noting that he would ensure that corruption was tackled headlong if elected.

Earlier, Gov Rochas Okorocha had urged APC supporters to vote for the party’s candidates at all levels, noting that a vote for Buhari without support to others at the state would amount to nothing.

Okorocha said Buhari would address the problem of electricity, bring back the kidnapped Chibok girls and promote industrial growth.

He said that Buhari was loved by the people in the region and urged them to elect him and other APC candidates during the March 28 and April 11 general elections.

Former governor of Anambra, Mr Chinwoke Mbadinuju and former Minister of Education, Chinwe Obaji, were formally welcomed to the APC at the rally.

The rally was attended by APC supporters from Abia, Ebonyi, Anambra, Enugu and Imo. (NAN
