Christianity EtcRe: Don’t Take COVID-19 Vaccines - Oyedepo Tells Church Members by obailala(m): 1:31pm On May 10, 2021
uchaymart:
Someone around me here, went to yaba where the vaccine was given to him .. 25/4/2021.. he didn't say anything to anyone as to why he needed the vaccine.

Probably maybe because he has seen adverts and he heard from the government of the "need"

He almost died that same day. He was complaining of his heart and whole lot of stuffs happening in the inside of his body. Thank God, his Mom being an experienced nurse, rushed out to get some medicine for him...well, he is still alive but has been seriously sick since then...2weeks now.

Please flee from this vaccine if you can...it is more deadly than the covid19 we fear for..
Over 53 million people in the UK (i.e. about 80% of the UK population) have received covid vaccines and only a very very very insignificant number have had severe reactions. The reactions they even got didnt keep them seriously ill in hospital for 2 weeks and counting like your friend. Advice to your friend and his carers is for them to go check and diagnose properly what his problem really is so they can treat the right illness.

Every vaccine in this world has side effects, including all those vaccines you've taken in your life growing up (TB, polio, yellow fever, meningitis, small pox etc). COvid vaccine cannot be any different. The only reason vaccines would still be rolled out despite the side effects is because only a microscopic / insignificant population suffer these adverse effects.

It's okay to not take the vaccines if you don't want to. Besides in Nigeria, the number of doses are extremely limited.

Ruthymoon:
Its wrong in every way,as a Christian, because the holy bible warm us about tattoos on our body but that was in old testament, but the the new testament says old things have past away and all things have become new, seriously people with tattoo are being view and seen as demon or agent of darkness, or irresponsible, and this same tattoo has denied soo many beautiful girls marriage just because they have tattoo on their body
Tatoo denied many girls marriage? Tatoo makes you irrespinsible and an agent of darkness? grin cheesy People who harbour these ideologies obviously have never left the shores of Nigeria.
Christianity EtcRe: Is It A Sin If A Christian Has A Tattoo On His/her Body? by obailala(m):
faceland:
YES!

The old testament forbids it (as a chosen people you are not to mark your body)...

The new testament said your body is the temple of God...

A real Christian (which there are very few like 0.5% of those who claims to), wouldn't get a tattoo. Why? Even take tattoo of Jesus or Bible Verse is disobedience.

Obedience is better than sacrifice and God said rebellion is equal to WITCHCRAFT
4dStreet:
Yeah,
people with vsible tattoo are seen unprofessional in their work place and may even limit one's attribute to a potential career unless he or she is in the entertainment sector.
Meanwhile
Leviticus 19:28—"Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you"—so as to prohibit tattoos,
Preaching Levitical Laws, wow!! In the same chapter in the old testament where tatoos were prohibited (Lev 19:28), if you go just one verse above (Lev 19:27), men were prohibited from shaving their side hair or trimming their beards. It's also written that if you fail one of the Mosaic Laws, you fail all, so in essence, if tatoos are a sin, then shaving your beards also is a sin, and if you've ever shaved your beards as a man, you're also a sinner grin

Apostle Peter in Acts: 15:10 referred to those Mosaic laws as "a burden / yoke whcih neither they (the apostles) nor their forefathers were able to bear". Christ already said he came to fulfil the Laws, i.e. to pay off the debt and release new covenant believers from the yoke of those weird and excruciating old laws. But somehow, someway, some Christians chose to disregard Christ's sacrifice by preaching Mosaic Laws in 2021?

But please out of curiousity, for some of you guys that still opt to preach the laws of Moses, how exactly do you guys pick and choose which laws to uphold and which ones to disregard?

I should leave my businesses and start travelling all the way to Akwa-Ibom to go find out the status of Ibom seaport because I'm such a jobless person who has nothing to do with his time or resources?

If there's any progress in the project, why is it a high level secret like it's some kind of nuclear enrichment program? Why cant I find anything on it online? If I can sit in my house anywhere and tell the progress of random little projects in USA, Russia, Indonesia etc, why can't I find anything on the progress of Ibom seaport if any exists?...

IF there's any progress on the project as you claim, no matter how small it is, how come it's so difficult for you to say it? You've been asked several times to give us details since you claim to be informed, but you've repeatedly dismissed the question.

It is true, I have experienced it in Omoku, a place close to Port Harcourt, when I was working with Saipem, my immediate boss who is a pirate aka sea dog offered me an opportunity to join them so that I can grow in the company. I had to turn him down, because they turn their backs before they enter his office and they drink human blood a lot during their meetings at night.
He brought their forms to me three times, but I rejected them and had to run for my life when they told me that I have to kill my first son to join them and make wealth.
Pyrates drink blood and sacrifice their children?... The same pyrates we all know?... There's no nonsense one wouldnt read online.

Why should akwaibom waste 2 billion dollars to build a Seaport wen the FG thru the NPA has made sure that Warri, Onne, Calabar, Porthacourt seaports are comatose.
Huh? Is a person really asking this question?

The massive economic benefits Akwa-Ibom state stands to accrue in terms of infrastructure, employment and revenue from the seaport means nothing to you? It's USELESS and a WASTE because FG isnt managing Warri port well? This has to be the most bizarre form of logic I've encountered in a very very long time, Wow!!!

Okay no problem, let the state keep going to Abuja to collect handouts from the FAAC; they can use the handouts to build more places of worship since economic benefit means nothing to them. Anyway, allow Akwa-Ibom people to decide for themselves; nothing in the world would make them tow your bizarre line of reasoning.

That person is a bastard and a heartless enemy of peace. I'm from Imo state based in the USA, and I have so much plans this year when I return to the East part of which is to start a business and create job opportunities in my community, now this UGM madness has created so much insecurity and fear that its potentially driving away lots of investors from our land especially those of us in the diaspora. I see how lots of our people hail the activities of our youths who attack security personnels and I feel pity cause we don't know the monsters we're creating for ourselves... trust me I hate the Nigerian security system as much as the Igbo man next door who has suffered untold hardships in their hands, but we have to be more tactical in fighting back the injustice, for one we don't have the logistics for a prolonged war against the government like Boko haram and ISWAP do, secondly we don't have the vast geographical terrain that gives massive advantage for assymetrical type warfare like is the case in the North-East region... lastly Ndigbo are not naturally cut out for terrorism and fanaticism like the North cause we're too sophisticated for that nonsense, and we value and love life too much. With all these factors, I hope the voice of reasoning however few prevails and calls out the need to put a stop to all these insecurities plaguing the peace of our land. We can't keep wasting our youths to needless violence for goodness sake!

Stop this UGM madness and revert to the original plan of driving out the fulani and other terrorist/criminal elements in our forests and rural farmlands!
People who support the activities of UGM are actually IDIOTS. You cannot reason with them and you know why?... cos they are IDIOTS!

Not everything is reported in the media.

I've seen a fulani herdsman destroying a farm in igbo etche in etche local government area of Rivers state. The fulani herdsman noticing I was watching him took his cattle out and even offered me a sugar cane he was chewing. Imagine I was the owner of the farm, do you think I should have handled it calmly?

I was at ozoro in Delta state few weeks back. I saw a herder in a farm on the expressway grazing his cattle on that farm while he sat down on the farm and watch.

Because this things are not fully reported doesn't mean it is not there.
I was referring to violent herdsmen attacks in Imo; it's never happened, and if it has, it wouldn't be secret.

Herdsmen have always grazed with their cattle around Nigeria for ages; the issue at hand is the recent rampant occurrences of violence by the herdsmen militia. The fact that the ones you met even offered you sugarcane for just looking explains it all; those are the peaceful ones you encountered.

Well, herdsmen are a menace all over the place, but never for once have we had any herdsmen incident in Imo state. That's why its totally bizarre how ESn who should be chasing away useless hersdmen are now having a herdsmenless Imo state as the epicentre of their activities, sacking police stations and releasing prisoners. Just pure evidence that the gunmen in Imo are mere political thugs fighting the governor.

Imo state has never had any case of herdsmen attacks. If ESN/Unknown gunmen claim they're in Imo to fight herdsmen, then there's clearly something wrong with that logic since we've never ever had any herdsmen incidents in the state...

The unknown gunmen/ESN shooting around Imo state are nothing but political thugs being paid by Imo politicians to fight Uzodimma.

When you say big wings hope you know that whoever pdp fields would still get the support of ss/se (so the so called big wigs don't do shlt)

In the west Yoruba Christians would majorly go to pdp while Yoruba Christians loyalty lie with apc (infact who are the pdp big wigs)

In the middle belt, votes are always splitting but the people use votes to make political statement when need be (e.g still voting Ortom after he decamped because of fulani herdsmen), alot of votes would go to pdp because of Fulani terrorists (so called big wigs don't decide that)

In the north they vote based on sentiment, they would not want to see a Christian rule over them because of their Islamic believe (big wigs don't have a say on that)

Bigs wigs are useless where they people want certain direction
Lol... How quickly you have forgotten that you need a lot of money and political influence to win an election in Nigeria. In the 2019 election, was Prof Moghalu not by all standards, a better candidate than Atiku? But yet, I doubt Moghalu even got up to 10,000 votes in the entire south east where Atiku got 7 figures; yet you think the influence and support of political bigwigs is useless in elections?

If the political big boys don't support a candidate, that candidate already has an impossible task to accomplish; such a candidate wouldn't even come close to clinching the PDP ticket.

That's not exactly true; if the PDP produces Adesina and the PDP bigwigs support him fully, there's no way APC can win. The only reason a Tinubu can win under such circumstances is because 90% of PDP cheiftains wouldn't support an Adesina even if he's their party flagbearer. They'd rather secretly support a Tinubu with hope of switching over when he wins.

Reason why Nigeria will continue to be a shithole, cos our brand of politics and politicians only make it possible for filthy individuals to be president.

Considering the level of insecurity in the East today, I think it's important he speaks out or don't he really care about his peoples?

So they came back bombing churches after gathering enough amunitions, what is the difference between what you said and what the other person said?

You and I know boko haram is a religious war ,jihad to be precise. While we are still unclear about the motive of unknown gun men , I can assure you it won't be a jihad like bokoharam ,so you can rest easy.

The issue of bokoharam is beyond you and I, only the president ,the northern elites and their sponsors both national and international know what's up,stop racking your head on big issues.

By the way, are you a northerner?
Someone warned that bombing and attacking of police stations was exactly the way boko haram started. The lady I replied doubted it saying NO, boko haram started by bombing churches. All I did was to step in and correct the statement by saying "hey, they actually started their violence by attacking police station". Hope you see the difference now?

I'm not from the north, what does that have to do with this?

Liar!
The internet is your friend; we dont need to argue about like kids. Your knowledge of recen history is flawed. The very first violent acts of Boko Haram was bombing police station after police station, releasing prisoners and stealing arms. This was circa July 2009. Afterwards, their leader Yusuf was captured in the afternoon on camera, and extrajudicially executed in the evening of same day (specifically on 30th July). After the killing of their leader, they disappeared for a while and when they resumed, they became ever more violent, bombing churches and all.

Forget it let me just refresh your memory that boko haram started with the bombing of churches ,then to schools. Let me also remind you that your political elites and their muslim followers all saw it as "doing the work of allah".Lets just say karma is still too kind to the north east, una never see anything.

Don't come here and change the narrative next time. Whatever is happening in the north east is still being pampered as boko haram members are "deradicalised" and treated better than their victims in idp camps.

And lastly ,you and I know you have nothing but pure undiluted hate for the entire South ,left for you we infidels can all burn, so stop all this famzing ,it doesn't suite you. And I also know you won't reply me with this moniker as you have an alternate you use in spreading your hate so you would rather use that one instead of compromising this one. nonsense and ingredients.
Boko Haram started with bombing of police stations. THat was the first ever violence attacks of boko haram, before they even made the news The first time bokoharam made the news as a violent group was in July 2009, and it was about an unknown Islamic sect attacking police formations.
