I like how all you guys are against many govt officials but let me tell you some facts
1. Whether we want to deceive ourselves or not the truth is niger military is not upto 30 % of Nigeria military in anything

2. Tinubu is the president of ecowas and he's supposed to act in the best interest of the commonwealth (mind you ecowas has a principle to maintain democracy in every of its member states
Which all members countries agreed On). I belive if Tinubu had kept mute with all that is going you guys will still criticise him
3 Russian might not be able to back up Niger with military assistance and food supplies or utility
Reason is this
- Russia is fighting a direct war against it's neighbour which has affected their economy so bad that the currency has lost value not only to the dollar but to some other countries currency such as the yen, even Brazils currency and that of Germany is performing better than it
- not only is Russia fighting war with its neighbours it is also assisting some other countries in fighting some of their wars, this also has increased their military spending, while many nato countries and their allies have stopped trading with them, these countries have been the major countries buying from russia
Which implies low income large spending
Many of their assets have been frozen since early last year
- Russias main ally China will frown at any involvement in the situation by Russia that opposes the decisions of ecowas, this is because China has a principle where it feels that a continent or region should settle it's issues themselves that's why China is not to much involving itself in the issues btw Russia and Ukraine even though their common enemy is the US

Any organization that does not benefit the common man is a fraud. I am looking at Ecowas as a fraud organization, such organizations has nothing to do with democracy and shouldn't be encouraged. Let the masses breath abeg. How can west Africa be so wretched and poor for decades yet, nobody is saying or doing anything. Let there be change though not to military rule but something has to change.

We have just 1 tank of 3k litres. Bringing in tenants means we have to buy another tank but we don't have enough money for the renovations and the extra tank.

We either renovate, and rent out without connecting water. Tenants will have to fetch using the backyard tap. In that case rent will be 120.

Or we get a loan and buy a tank and connect. Then rent will be 180k.

My own observation so far is, the deposed democratic leaders must have been so unpopular and unbeneficial to the masses for there to be so much support for the military take over.

And besides, I've always thought that democracy is not always the best system of government, as it's not really about merit, but popularity.

Yes and the electioneering process in Africa is not standard. Africa is not yet matured for democracy. We have to look for another way that's not autocratic

Good day to you all, I'm on the verge of buying a house for a close family, I bare the responsibility of making payment and verifying that the property is genuine because I'm the one that introduced him to the agent.

I'm trying to be careful because of some clauses that involves the originality of the seller. Mr. A built the house from the ground, lived in it for like seven months then relocated abroad, he appointed a representative ( I think his brother) to sell the property, Mr. B ( also from abroad ) contacted a company to buy the property on his behalf, the property was inspected buy consultant C ( A company ), payment was made and the house was taken over by consultant C but Mr B never occupied the said house since Inception of the purchase, after 15 months of procurement Mr B decided to sell the property through same consultant C.

The neighbour can't ascertain the relationship between Mr A and consultant C , but Mr A has been informed by a neighbour about the presence of consultant C in the house and he confirmed that the house has been sold off . Consultant C do visit the house periodically but the house remains under lock.

The problem now is that consultant C want me to pay directly to him, refusing to give me Mr B. phone number for verification, sighting that the consent letter given to him by Mr B is enough proof. I suspect he's hiding the real price from the owner but I don't want to go ahead without verifying the identity of Mr B ( the current seller). The intending buyer is so in love with the house and cant wait to make payment but I'm hellbent of hearing from Mr B
