I have worked with Chinese, British, Americans, Italians and Russian.
Chinese: They are politician , if they asked you to do a job and the equipment failed, they can deny it and tell management you went their on your own to destroy the equipment. When you are working with them, they don't like you discussing with any Nigerian team, they think you are mocking them. Safety compliance is zero Wearing tennis shoe instead of safety shoe. You can manage them if you are smart.

Americans: People have describe them above. In addition, They love keeping records ( field service report). They are guru. They close at stipulated time and go for break at right time. Buhari's govt prefer Jonathan and they even want him to defect to APC,so that if he spend a term he will handover power to the Fulanis.The plan B to them is Osinbajo because he will dance to their tune.But God basically told me that Tinubu will pay Nigerians better and we will all enjoy well. Tinubu will spread round, he will have the mind set of leaving a legacy behind since there's nothing he lacks .
3.Internationally, Osinbajo will be preferred because of his educational background, his "Yes Sir Nature" Osinbajo will be preferred,the other reason also is that Tinubu was the one that presented Buhari to all and the result is terrible hence they will reject Tinubu.
