Yes, or are they less than miracles? How do you calibrate what is a miracle then? By the way there are many, many more. Check my entry in August or early September this year on the thread of Pligrim.1 titled "the greatest miracles in Islam!" While Jesus performed mircale on the eye, just one time, Muhammad (AS) did it 3 times at least. That is what we call doubling the surety of said capability, except the Muslims know that this capability, Jesus' and Muhammad's are from Allah their God!

Is the number that makes it miracle worthy? How do you dispute a miracle that you were not there as eyewitness? How do you know that Jesus (AS) performed any miracle except that you read them? Arent you ashamed to say that the Bible did not record them all? Then give us ten (10) miracles that the Bible did not record for him? If the disciples performed miracles, know that Umar ibn Khattab (RA) from the mimbah on Jumuah, will giving the Qutbah said "look back", a statement which was completely out of place, except that Allah allowed a muslim on the battlefield hear it, and he look back as instructed, and saw the enemy coming.

In time , the muslim defeated the enemies who were sneaking from the back. After the Qutbah, Umar was asked and he said that he passed information to the muslim fighting on the battlefield. When the muslim whose name Umar mentioned returned, he related that on such and such time and day, he heard the voice Umar, that he should look back as if warning of some danger from the enemies. As he turned back, he saw the enemies, whom he and his comraes, the other muslims prosecuting that war were able to defeat!

And Muslims do experience Miracles. I remember after 9/11, a police Captain walked up to masjid Taqwa on Fulton and Bedford in Brooklyn, in the afternoon, telling us that we should not make a public call for prayer, any longer, a thing already agreed since 1982 or 3 within the community. Brother Umar Shakir, a former army ranger in Vietnam told him that the community had no problem with it why should you who does not live here? The Captain said he will come in the morning to take away the eqipment if it is made for morning prayers. People told him to come and we wanna see him walk into the mosque without authority and take the equipments.
We were expecting him in the morning, but did not show up! Later that day we found out that as he walked in to the station, there was an order from his superior that he had been demoted for some thing that he had done. Now thats a miracle, and Karamallah happens to muslim, all the time;

Karamallah is for example a person passing by a dumpster, with all its stench, which everyone is waking so quickly to get far away from, yet this person was experiencing the best of fragrance! As I try so hard to accomodate Nigerian Christians that I know, they never stop trying hard to preach their religion to me. One of them invited me to Fire Mountain crusade/revival in Philadelphia, Pennslyvania, while he knows that I am a practicing muslim. Funny and ironic at the same time that when a christian does evil, like the gang rape of the young girl by her peers in Richmond, California, or the Jamaica Queen New York City Subway station rapist, they will say it is just human nature and not based on religion. The women say rape occurred, that how we know.

If a husband sleeps with his wife, and the only condition is that she is young, the Christian says he is a pedophile, a child mostester, a rapist, inshort an evil man. How does a man who is not in the bedroom of a husband and wife concludes that the husband abused the wife who never complained about the husband, even though you said the wife was an outspoken woman?

When a Christian does any good, he says its based on his religious virtue. But when a muslim does even a greater good, the christian will justify it to be just the human natureness of the muslim, but not his religion! You see whats wrong here? It is obvious that the Chrstians in their hatred of Islam have developed a double standard syndrome, a bias against Islam and muslim.

How is it possible to misunderstand a muslim goodness because of his religious injuction, except there is that denial of any possible good from islam?

when the muslims preach One God instead of three that you are trying to fit into 1, do you listen? No, except that you tell us that one of the three is a son also a father god, whom the father god before he became son god sent to die for you, a clearly copping out so that you dont take responsibility for your own actions. yet you wil turn around and say that everyone is going to be responsible for himself, as long as 'the belief in blood and ressurrection' stands.

but you see, you cant have it both ways; if God is 1, and not part of creation, He will not e with human being or a son of a woman! God Who created without prior example and is the Only One Who can forgive, since He forgave Adam and Eve their personal sins, which you still call a carry over for yourself, and I say not for me, we realise that Adam and Eve will not be punish and shall not enter hell, because they seeked repentance and mended their ways, no other sin was mention about them, that God is capable of forgiving without having to kill anybody for it!

These are some parts of the issues with Christianity that Islam is preaching and urging you to correct.

Lets start first with the prophecy of Isaiah - Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be on his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

is born is not a future or past event, but a present event, David! For sure Isiah and Jesus were of no same generation, so inferencing that it was Jesus that Isiagh was talking about is ridiculous! Read the "is born" as it means that time, presently! And Jesus did not have any governance, and if you call him son, you also call him father? If you do, then know that what you said happened to him on earth also happened to father. No? Prince of peace who brought about "war and not peace?"

What on earth was Isaiah saying here? Calling a mere "man" born of a woman the "Mighty God"?

I wonder, too. But was he talking about Jesus, since the phrase "a child is born" killeth the effort to drape it on Jesus, a far away "after" generation.

The above proves that not eerything you find in the Gospel was from Jesus! Verses 6 thru 8 at least speak about "John", then we see other verses advancing the idea that the Maker of the World was in the world. You see the gimmick of peotry, since we dont know who the poet was?

If Jesus said he was not God by verse 29 of Mark 12, and many others, including his many prayers to the Lord, God, etc, can we say that the postulation put forward is correct as indicated above? Afterall, it is reported that no one can see Him and live. It is reported no one has ever seen Him!

whether the story lacks substance or not, it is a fact that "fathers" in the catholic church here in Nigeria sexually molest/abuse young girls.

I personally know someone;a girl, who was molested sexually here in nigeria by one of the priests of her parish for close to two years when she was between the ages of 11 and 12.

She hasn't made it public yet;I'm the only one she has told so far.
I convinced her to report the case so something should be done about the priest or else,other young girls would be subjected to the same trauma.
She agreed but is yet to go public with it.

And you did not take the effort of confronting the priest about this? If I were in Nigeria and I hear something like this, the police would have heard about it long time. Further, I would have walked up to that clergy to slap his face so hard that he will not be able to turn the other cheek!

I remember a senior boy in high school who simply mentioned my older sister's name in passing conversation. The next thing he knew what my palm kissing his face for being careless in speech about my family member in my presence.

1). Allahumma Sally Ala Muhammad, Kamma sally aleyhi Kulla Naas, wa asally ala Muhammad kamma lam an yusalli Aleyhi Kulla Naas

This bolded is simply saying Oh Allah bless Muhammad (AS) as much as the number of those of mankind who do not wish him blesss. Luvola, your curse has been turned to a great blessing on Muhammad by this supplication from "many Muslims!" While the Christians are so much afraid that they always do "return to sender", we in Islam by Allah, are confident that we simply pray that any curse becomes a thing that will not be accepted!

The full prayer I make in my final Tashahuud before I teslim out of Salah. After the bolded, th prayer continues;

2). Allahumma sally Ala Muhammad Kamma armartuk alayhi.

My church (which i consider very good by biblical standards) is hosting a "trunk and treat" party on halloween. Its just one more example of how the church is bending over so badly to accomodate the world.

The fact that Jesus forgave the adulterous woman of her sin should tell you that He as God is the only One who can forgive sins, but I suppose your islamic spectacles would not permit you to see that.  No person was righteous enough to pay for our sins because we have all sinned and come short of His glory.  Jesus Christ paid for the sins of humankind because He had no sin of His own, again this should tell you that He was God in human flesh.  He had to become human so as to pay the eternal penalty for our sins.  I know that your beliefs does not believe that all things are possible with God, the fact that you do not believe that God can become a man makes you an unbeliever, thus, limiting God.

Ogbeni, you now the prayer called the Lord's Prayer? Jesus of the Bible along with his disciples said "Forgive us our sins, on earth". This shows that Jesus is not what you said he is! Please be serious, man. And if he did not have a sin, he would have thrown "a proverbial gesture" stone to show that he was not one of the "sinful!" My brother Olaadegbu, if I am to calibrate the three personalities or persons of God as you say it in Trinity, then whatever happens to Jesus also happen to the others; father and ghost?

So lets say when Jesus was doing # 1, or # 2 or eating or sleeping or being tempted by satan, or driven into the wilderness, when he was praying in the Garden of Geshemane, when he was weeping and petitioning, when he was so angry that he turned the tables over or when he was so hungry that he cursed a tree (LOL; where do you want me to stop?), you are saying Father and Ghost are in the same exact condition. No? Then I ask you, is any of these worthy of God? If I am a disbeliever by this, I am grateful to God Who prevents my heart from following or accepting any of these! God will never do things that do not fit His Majestic Quality, so for me all things are possible wth God is within Godly Domain, separate and distinct from man's. Jesus was man, was he not; check your Bible before you answer!

The funnier stuff is thinking that somebody's blood will save you! There was no transfusion of the blood into your vein and its been long any how; 2000 years, it should have caked by now. No? And he was not willing to shed any blood for anyone, in the first place and by every account, it does not help you, if you belief in it, without worshipping The Creator in the way He says He prescribe for you; Jesus himself worship that God. And the God worshipped by Jesus said in the Quran was not killed and was not crucified!

What do you think Yusuf Islam calls Allah when he speaks his British Cocnie Lingo (English man to English with his British Muslim friend), except God? What will a Christian Arab calls God when he is talking in Arabic to his Arab Christian friend, except Allah? What do you think the Muslims in your Tribe will call God in conversation with an Ashante Muslim, except Allah, and what will Port Harcourt broken speakers call Allah in Broken English when he is talking to equally expert broken english speaker from Benin city, except God?

@ abuzola, do you  have a problem with simple english, someone said My Father and I are one meaning there's no difference between him and the Father just as your mind and body are one, they specifically took up stones to stone him because the phrase meant He made himself equal with God, God's Spirit was in Him, ask any jewish rabbi, he'll tell you the same thing.

You sleek dont know the litmus test of possibility of being one and you confused "in Him" to mean just that. Well they are not and here is why; from human understanding, a father and son are not the same in the eye of the Mrs (Wife and mother) and even in the eye of others like (the father's other children and sibling of the son, etc). I can give you a ton of example, but I will stick with Mother of the son, the woman who is the wife of the father; the son cant mount her as father will, and the father never was a fetus inside her womb, while the son was! Now you get the reality? Finally, every human leader guided by God, as a messenger, or prophet (AS) of God, examples are Nuh (Noah), Ibrahim (Abraham), Musa (Moses), Isa bin Mariam (Jesus son of Mary), and Muhammad (AS to all, just to name a few) had God "Spirit as in whatever it is since God is the Only One Who knows what that means", and I am not going to second guess but very certain that it is not like the visual thing of "mouth to mouth", had God Spirit in him!

And I know a lot of Jews, including Rabbis of ultra conservative, no one of them will accept your premise, the reason they, according to the Bible stoned him, since "spirit in Him" is not the same blasphemous statement "are one" as it was taken to mean equating himself to the "Unseen, Irresistable, Supreme being", while they saw through him as a human being who could "not do anything out of his own power!"

God is a Spirit, His Spirit lived in Christ and Christ promised another comforter, alos(another of the same kind) parakletos, the same Spirit that dwelled in Christ is the Holy Spirit(John 8:11).

Read the response, above. He was not the only one God Spirit ever lived in. Moses was a clear example, yet he died and you can not say that God's Spirit died with him! How many Spirits of God were or are there, except the One  which is indivisible? I thought the "another" Comforter would be different from Jesus? And if one was already living inside Jesus, while he was promising a future one, then did that one living inside him get out and come back as another? This will show that there will be a time, based on your statement that Jesus would have no God's spirit inside him, at least when he the another was here, and while he was talking promising the another, that spirit was right there with him; a proposal that opposes the other and the OT belief that there is always that spirit of God in existence, while you may have to tell us there are many spirits of God around, my other reason for labelling you as a multigod worshipper!

So its simple, God is an unseen being(spirit), that unseen being(spirit) lived in Jesus, and is now living in the Church which is the body of Christ(romans 8:14), Christ being the first born of the new creation(those that are led by the Spirit of God)

This make any sense to you? The church that did not come from the mouth of Jesus, who knew Jewish Temple/ synagogue only? If God is Unseen, how is Jesus a clearly seen entity man is termed to be God to you? Whats the first born of the new creation, when there is a continuum of the creation of man, without any interruption from Adam till now and I predict, inshaAllah a no interruption, until the last generation. This is completely ridiculous!
