We have a humble, responsible noble highly educated man who is ready do good work and to respect Nigerians even to retract and apologies foe errors identified that is what we need.
Has GEJ apologized for the 300 abducted Chibok school girls ? Has he apologized for the 1,000,000.00 internally displaced persons ( refugees) and the thousands of deaths caused by his misrule and incompetence ? Has he apologized for the $20 billion stolen from NNPC? Has he apologized for the clandestine arms smuggling from SA ? Has he apologized for Stella Oduah's blatant corruption which he ignored Nigerians and carried the criminal along with him in his trips? Has he apologized for the 10 billion Naira rent of aircraft by one of his corrupt ministers even though he has 11 presidential jets maintained by the country? My countrymen we need change - and not paltry ten Naira change the clueless government gave us as a bribe for our votes. No way! Nigeria WILL NEVER experience the evil change been promised by satanic APC. And for your information, Jonathan is not bound to make any apology on Chibok girls but the governor of Borno who facilitated the fertile ground for the abduction should do. For the IDPs, let the north apologise to Nigerians for breeding an almajiri-turned terrorist called Shekau. If the animal had been sent to school, he wouldn't have become their nemesis today. Was it Jonathan that created Boko haram? With regards to the alledged $20b "missing" money, ask the evil party called APC to apologise to the nation for contracting that marabout ex CBN governor to deceive the nation. From $48b to $20b and finally $10b, what do we beleive? Were APC legislators not part of the committee that cleared NNPC of any missing money? As for Stella and Oduagates, tell your demonic people in APC to go to court if they have any evidence of their involvement in those corruption allegations, or else they should keep their evil mouths shut now and foreever. |

" A little relieved to hear the last image isn't Kano right now, I was beginning to worry about the heat :-) Kano wants #Change"
"I have to stress hear, that some of the pictures we get are sent by you, the Nigerians on the steering. Again thank you. #Change. " I have said it times without number that APC is an assembly of clowns and dubious personalities. The other time, Lair Mohammed relied on a post from Nairaland as the basis for accusing GEJ of including Modu Sheriff in his entourage to Chad but it turned out to be lie. Now, picture from Bonke crusade was sent to Nigerians just to deceive the unsuspecting public. Why? So, Osibanjo and his co-conmen did not bother to verify information sent to the public and they are talking of "change"? It's even more damaging and disturbing that a whole proffessor of law and VP candidate was involved in such childish blunder. What a mess! |

ifeci: Unless u were born today; d name mandela is synonymous with revolution & change in south Africa & beyond, he brought about d much needed change in south Africa and today we can see how far they have developed with so many young nigerians hustling 2go thr for greener pastures. We hv seen what a man can do at 76 after so many trials & failures. Coming back home, as d elections draw near, we have a presidential candidate in person of Buhari whom I wldnt hide my support for; some people hv made his age their campaign solid point but I dnt think South Africans were stupid to vote a man " age 76" for the change they so much desired, we hv seen d evidence of that decision they took in 1994; in their lives & in their economy today. In life, opportunities come & if not taken, it goes, it doesn't impose itself on you, you just have to be wise; in my short stay on this earth in which I have lived mostly in Nigeria, I hv seen so many things done wrong in difference of how things are supposed to be, I have seen many people go hungry when they could have plenty to eat bt just because of the greed of the next man. I don't need a prophet to tell me that change is imminent. I knw nigeria hs a lot of problems bt standing on top our problems and crowding others like an umbrella is corruption. It is d cause of most of problems because without corruption, our electricity will work, we will hv good roads & etc. Some hv tried to smear the character of Buhari with corruption but nothing was found rather his stance is to fight corruption. Some say he is old, some like fayose say he will soon die but sorry to disappoint you; God gives and God takes. I have seen young men die at 30 & I hv also seen a 76 yr old man lead a country to change & also lived 19 years more. So, for those of you saying Buhari is old, better hv a rethink & embrace the change you need; they change we all need for a better Nigeria But Mandela did not gain admission into higher institution with Almajiri School Cert. He did not lie to SA electoral body about his academic and professional qualifications. He did not swear to an affidavit by claiming his school cert and other certificates were with the secretary of Snake Island Prison where he served for 27 years. Our Daura man was only imprisoned for few months and his "certificates" developed wings and disappeared into thin air. What about that? Dundee. |

Politics › Re: Why Gov. Fayose Is Vigorously Campaigning Against Buhari by OLADD: 9:38am On Jan 20, 2015 |
egift: Below are some of the reasons I can deduct are why Gov. Fayose is vigorously doing all he ca against the emergence of Buhari as the next President of Nigeria. You can add yours.
1. Buhari has clearly stated that immediately he resume work as President, he will send a bill to the National Assembly for the removal of the "Immunity Clause" from Criminal Offenses for Chief Executives (President, VP, Governors and their Deputies). But will retain that of Civil to enable Government discharge its obligations without distractions. Governor Fayose can't bulldoze his way around in such arrangement.
2. Under Buhari led Administration, all the Anti-Graft agencies will be strengthened and equipped to carry out their constitutional obligations without hindrance.
3. There will be more transparency and accountability on how government officials do their jobs, including publishing accounts, regular audits, etc. It will be difficult for corrupt politicians to embezzle money. Buhari also said Nigerians should expect Special Courts for accelerated Corruption Cases.
4. The Judiciary will have its true autonomy and do their jobs as provided for in the constitution without the overbearing attitude of the Executives. We all know how Ayo like supervising the beating up of Judges, lawyers and other Judicial workers if he dot not like the way things are going.
5. Another reason for these shameless campaign is that Gov. Fayose is a member of the PDP. They are fighting tooth and nail to ensure that they continue this Stealing-Is-Not-Corruption administration of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan.
6. Thug-life will not be allowed to reign as Law enforcement and Security agencies will be strengthened, trained and equipped to carry out their duties as required.
Governor Ayo Fayose and people like him fully understand that it will no longer be business as usual, that is why we are seeing all the desperation and shamelessness as they throw everything they can against Gen. Buhari - from insults, mockery, lies, smears, misrepresentations of facts, re-writing history, falsehood, etc.
They are not telling us what Jonathan's plans for the next 4yrs will be or promote their party on any of the major issues affecting Nigerians (insecurity, corruption, infrastructures, economy, education, science and technology, bad federal institutions, welfare of the people, etc) - All we get are one form of Character-Assassinations of the other.
Nigerians must unite in voting out failure. If we allow ourselves to be victims of deception, we will not have the opportunity to develop. People like Ayo Fayose must learn to live in a civilized Nigeria and join in creating a brighter future for us and forth-coming generations.
This Valentine, Vote for #Change. Buhari/Osinbajo - God Bless Nigeria! Op, stop your mischievous and futile attempt trying to repackage and remould a failure and an unrepentant murderer. Buhari, from his antecedents does not have a semblance of the attributes you ascribed to him. How can a former "general" who could not pass ordinary secondary school exams strengthen anti-corruption machinery? It's on record that all the activities of his govt were carried out by his deputy, the late Idiagbon and I want you to refute its veracity. Buhari is a stack illiterate, a confusionist, a bloodhound, a bigot, fundamentalist who's only riding on Nigerians' shallow mentality to brainwash us into believing he's the messiah whereas he's just a wolf in sheep's clothing. Fayose, whether you like him or not, is a phenomenon. Someone who has unseated 3 sitting governors with such simplicity, someone who even Tinubu cannot and will not stand against. He's not and will never be afraid of Buhari. Never. Stop deceiving Nigerians. Buhari will never rule Nigeria again. |

How many co-northerners have been sent to untimely death by Hausa-Fulani cattle rearers in Plateau, Benue, Nassarawa etc? Here, it's a case of a particular region using Boko Haram and Chibok abduction to ridicule the sitting president in a bid to return power back to their block. It's also a case of the military highly polarised into North-South divide, where a segment of the armed forces are refusing to fight, where soldiers sabotage the efforts of their counterparts, where the north is glaringly shielding Boko haram to make the country ungovernable for a southern president. Chars1289: There was panic in the camp of the Peoples Democratic Party in Abuja on Sunday as President Goodluck Jonathan met with the national leadership of the party behind closed doors.
The panic was said to have come as a result of the gale of defection rocking the party across the country.
The other reason was what a member of the National Working Committee of the party described as the “lacklustre response we have been getting since the beginning of the ongoing presidential campaign.”
The meeting was held at the PDP Presidential Campaign Office, Legacy House, Maitama, Abuja.
Journalists were barred from the meeting which was described as a “family affair.”
It was also learnt that the President and the party leaders were not comfortable with the support the opposition, All Progressives Congress was getting across the country, especially from those leaving the ruling party.
The meeting, it was learnt, examined the circumstances that led to the defection of some members of the party in Plateau State, led by a former Deputy Governor, Mrs. Pauline Tallen and many others to the APC.
One of those who attended the meeting told our correspondent in Abuja that, “You know that we have usually taken each presidential election as a done deal since 1999.
“But now, things have changed. With what we have seen so far from the tours of the southern part of country, we need to work harder to win.”
It was also learnt that the meeting discussed the release of funds to some departments in the campaign organisation, an action which was said to have made many of them inactive.
Meanwhile, as the campaign train of the party move to the northern part of the country on Monday (today), the PDP has said it will win the February 14 presidential election.
A statement issued by the National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Olisa Metuh, in Abuja on Sunday, said that the party was well received in the zone.
He said, “As you are aware, in the last two weeks, the PDP presidential campaign train has visited states in the South-West and South -East geo-political zones of our great country.
“The PDP deeply appreciates Nigerians for their support, goodwill and prayers for our dear President and standard-bearer, President Goodluck Jonathan

BashirAhmad1: All APC Leaders United Behind Buhari - APC Campaign
The APC Presidential Campaign Organization has dismissed as utterly false and ridiculous allegations by the ruling PDP that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and other former APC presidential aspirants, Sam Nda-Isaiah and Rabiu Kwankwaso have abandoned the APC Presidential Campaign.
The statement, signed by Malam Garba Shehu, Director of Media and Publicity of the campaign explained that there was no iota of truth whatsoever that Atiku or other party stalwarts have distanced themselves from the campaign.
According to the statement, contrary to the deliberate falsehood being peddled by PDP, the former Vice President is currently out of the country for medical examination, and that he would be actively involved in the campaign once he is back to the country from next week.
Garba Shehu emphasized that Atiku’s commitment to the campaign in his native state, Adamawa and the nation “is total” and that “no amount of PDP’s desperate tactics of deliberate falsehoods would break the unity of the APC leaders.”
The statement said the PDP allegation was a figment of their own imagination in order to weaken the cohesion within the opposition members, adding that the “ruling party is increasingly nervous as the February 14 elections approaches.”
He advised Nigerians to ignore the “rubbish being peddled by the PDP.”
Meanwhile, former presidential aspirant Sam Nda-Isaiah is currently on holiday in the United States of America, a fact well-known to the APC.
Speaking from the US over the weekend, Nda-Isaiah said: “I am working everyday from here to ensure total victory for the APC. I am in America, and I know what the media and the public officials are saying and that they expect a change in Nigeria because things cannot continue like this. They are very worried."
“I am in touch with Garba, Amaechi, party chairman, Kwankwaso and I am actually on my way to participate in the campaign to ensure that the change that Nigerians are earnestly desiring is enthroned in the February elections.”
Governor Rabiu Kwankanso on his own part has consistently spoken of General Buhari’s emergence as a candidate, saying that he felt like it is his own personal victory.
The Director of Media to Kwankwaso informed the APC Campaign that as at about 4:00PM (late yesterday afternoon), the Governor was on the stomp in Bichi Local Government asking for votes for Buhari, and that Kano will host the Presidential Campaign on Tuesday.
The APCPCO asked the PDP-led federal government, which controls the Police and the army to concentrate on the duty of providing a safe environment for democratic elections throughout the country, especially in view of the continuing bombing of APC party offices in Rivers State.
