Alright that data is noted... however how much USD is obtained from foreign remittance to Nigeria? Compare the stats and perhaps we can come to a conclusion on the ROI of Nigerians who japa. |
For me, asides many others, one of the biggest scams that ever existed when it comes to the US immigration system, is that H1b visa procedure. Simply avoid it at all costs as a freshly graduated student. Majority of the Nigerians I know either EB1/EB2'd themselves due to their advanced research work and degrees; MBA's PhD's/post docs... or they married Americans. But as for struggling for the H1b... fuhgeddabowrit, that path is broken. (Except you work for a non profit or the uni which will give you the uncapped H1b path, but is still broken regardless). FYI many folk in the US are illegal, because they simply reached the end of the line & decided to just leave it up to fate... when someone is illegal in the US... that person will smell his own rectum. |
Omo! ![]() I recognised all of them ... as a child I remember my family once owning three of the cars in the photo ... na so I don old ![]() |
This is the legacy n vision of Tinubu, I can understand this fact will auto kill many haters of Tinubu but the truth is the truthCorrection, it was the legacy of late Lateef Jakande, B.A.T only plagiarised the vision. Argue about it till doomsday. |
Even the big Guy up there sef don taya for Naija people... |
AImiron:The question is; which version of CR7 is Hazard making this comparison with? Because as a player CR7 peaked maximally in three different versions. 1. He reached the peak of being a midfield winger (Manchester United) 2. He reached the peak of being an attacking forward (Real Madrid) 3. He reached the peak of being a striker (Real Madrid/Juventus) Hazard as a player barely reached his maximum potential, so I don't understand the basis of this comparison. I am grateful for the era we live in, it helps us analyse things easily... a crucial factor for measuring players who have "deep football" or who understand the art of playmaking, is the number of assists the player provides... Which can be measured thankfully. Do you know CR7 is rated number 7 among the top 10 players with the highest number of assists in football history? A list that sports Legends like Johan Cruyff, Luis Figo and of course Messi. If CR7 lacks the talent, can you please explain how come he is listed as number 7 alongside footballs finest in the history of playmaking/assists? Because these are things that can't be made up. Please where does Hazard fit in this metric? Because in the list of top 50 players with playmaking contributions Hazard is not there. Hate CR7 as much as you want, but saying he doesn't understand football is very criminally underating. Because he has literally left his mark on football in almost all aspects. Hazard give CR7 his flowers abeg, e don do. |
If somebody wants to smoke white power at least smoke the original one... |
ellalina:Just to let you know, a flight ticket from Nigeria to Auckland or Christchurch costs about 80-95% of 5M NGN currently... Always let people know flight tickets to Oceania regions are very very expensive. |
Those who know football, will quickly note that The formation could be very easily unlocked if an opposition team has a classic number 10 player, I.e Rui-costa, Riquelme, Ortega, Kaka... Back in the day, a 3-5-3 formation against a team with a very good #10, was literally calling for destruction, because the midfield would be completely owned by the #10... and would just lead to all sorts of attack orchestrations-especially if the #10 was deployed in a 4-4-2 formation. unfortunately, modern football has made the classic #10 position to become almost extinct, which is why these days the 3-5-3 position with the right players, is a huge problem for opposition teams. |
I remember the prime of Daniel Amokachi... Dey dope tested this guy almost Everytime because he also had an insane work rate. Till today in Turkey the guys name is like a song, defender's hated playing him. Secondly I think it's quite obvious CAF has a beef against Nigeria. |
I would have nominated Ola Aina of the Super eagles but then again Hakimi is miles ahead of him in this competition (with a goal and assist account). I would have nominated Calvin Bassey but my guy didn't start the first game and his position has not been fixed. I would have nominated William Ekong but he missed a match to injury... As for Oshimen, he hasn't come to this AFCON yet |
![]() A good reason why people should not do drugs... |
Deogratiasfx:Naaah mheeeen it's not possible... unless Morocco suddenly changes their football but if they are sticking with what they have been playing in this AFCON, Morocco will comfortably cruise to the Finals. Ivory Coast is a below average team, especially after watching their game with Equatorial Guinea & Nigeria. |
omoakinsola:Omo na to walk away, allow matter for ancestors... |
To be honest both teams have flat tyres... I can't even evaluate their performance anymore, so on Saturday, football should just happen. Cameroon is just playing off and on so I can't even tell what kind of game plan they use. If you watch the goals Cameroon concede then you would understand what I mean, yet again they still score some golazo's but the "off and on" pattern is just frustrating. Nigeria on the other hand is a team which currently no sports analyst understands at all... infact I am not sure what kind of game plan Nigeria uses I.e using attack to play defence or using defence to play attack ?? ?? ?? To be honest this AFCON has shown too much surprises. |
Facetoface:Well... Cameroon it is. The highly unlikely just happened |
Ogun state.... it is well |
Akwamkpuruamu:Boss, Osimhen @ Napoli plays a completely different role, because there is Politano, Mario Rui and Kvara who are very good suppliers and ball carriers. In Super Eagle's squad apart from Ademola Lookman, who plays almost as a second striker for Super Eagle's, which wingers consistently deliver? This game now is locked for example... except there is a striker like Gabriel Jesus or if for example Gift Orban was there to drop deep and carry the ball forward ... an Osimhen plan can not work in this game |
For those of you who say Alex Iwobi brings nothing to games... enjoy your locked game. At the moment the only creative midfielder in this Super Eagle's team is Alex Iwobi. |

Promax4321:Actually Egypt stands a much better chance to qualify because since Cape Verde has qualified already, Cape Verde will most likely rest their main players in the next match to avoid unnecessary injuries and may not play that game with any sense of urgency, meanwhile, there is all to play for Egypt. Given that case, should Egypt win, then Ghana will be out even if Ghana wins Mozambique with 10goals. The odds Actually are against Ghana. |
gerrardomendes:There's no need, because Nigeria is almost assured qualified due to CAF's head to head rule... Lemme explain, Guinea Bissau is already out... So it's left with 3 teams actively competing for a place. And that largely depends on Equatorial Guinea vs Ivory Coast next game. If Equatorial Guinea wins, then Ivory Coast is out for sure... wether Nigeria loses to Guinea Bissau or not, Nigeria qualifies. If Ivory Coast wins Equatorial Guinea, then Equatorial Guinea is out. Wether Nigeria wins or loses to Guinea Bissau *Except Nigeria loses to Guinea Bissau by more than 1 Goal(depending on how many goals Ivory Coast beats Equatorial Guinea)* If the match is a Draw between Ivory Coast & Equatorial Guinea, then only a Draw with Guinea Bissau could make Nigeria top the group. |
If either team emerges a winner in this match, then it's official the Super Eagle's are going out of this competition early... The best result of this match for Super Eagle's progress is nothing but a goaless draw 0-0... Even a draw with goals e.g 1:1, 2:2 or 3:3 does not favour Super Eagle's. Because the best the Super Eagles can get from Ivory Coast is a draw. |
GOFRONT:She is still 43 years old |
infofta:Bro, If its for the US, then It's for life... I understand your perspective, but it's for life. |
For the US, those records are for life |

BRATISLAVA:I feel like we should do a podcast ![]() |
BRATISLAVA:You are very right! Which further expands on the fact that due to the mixed bag one gets when addressing the issue of poverty(there are many reasons why people are poor and amongst those reasons Laziness is also one of the major reasons), one needs to be rather logical than sentimental in his overall outlook on spending money. |
That's almost like saying do you feel guilty working hard when you know many people are lazy... |
