I AM SORRY BUT YOU NEED TO GROW UP. You were sleeping with a married man and as if that is not enough you decided to cheat on your husband. You obviously do not value marriage. I find it hard to feel compassion for you. You want us to advice you on how to keep another woman's husband?? Sorry but not me

Aww Bawo. You touched everybody deeply. You have left such an impression. We all just wish you had not left so quickly. I hope you have now found peace. I pray for you and your family that everybody will somehow come to terms with this. We have all been cheated but we know that God always has bigger plans. I will always remember you fondly. May your soul rest in peace.

I don't know his family and I don't think my people in Chicago will know them either. Is it possible for someone we trust in Chicago to open say a Chase bank account or a paypal account so that we can give something. They might want to send him home for his final resting place and that will cost a lot of money. If a trusted family member can open an account that we can put money in for him that will be great. Nothing is too small to put in.

LOL @ oko Shaniqua. He was definitely a cool guy. I knew he was not older but I did not think he was just 21. He was so sensible. I cannot even imagine the pain his family is going through. He just liked life and even when his opinion was not the popular one he stood his ground and defended what he believed in. It is our loss that he is not here anymore to discuss with us. Ahhhhh. It is too hard to think that a life can just be stolen like this. Only God knows why
Crime › Re: A Nigerian Student Shot And Killed In Us by Outstrip(f): 9:44pm On Dec 03, 2010
I came back thinking that he might have signed on and said it wasn't him. Hope they at least catch his killer. Maybe if they had called the cops he would have lived. Who knows how long he stayed there waiting for help. Nobody called the cops. Sometimes I lose hope for humanity

Is it Bawolomohuh I hope it's not him. He seemed so gentle and sensible. This really breaks my heart. I hope it is not him.

May the soul of the departed rest in peace and may God give his family and loved ones the fortitude to bear this great loss
I see your point. I can work too for my own kids. But if i see her flashing it around i would suggest to my man that he buys items or pays specific things directly for the children rather than give it to the mother.
Really? Would you want that for your own children? They are his children just as the ones you have are his children. Your children will not be more important to him. What do you think will make yours more special. Should he decide to not give you money for the childrens upkeep because you buy something flashy. Women can sometimes be very catty. A man who pays child support is showing that he is responsible. As long as you expect him to treat his children as second rate don't ever expect to have his full respect. If you cannot handle the fact that he has children then do not marry him or better yet marry an irresponsible man with kids

Family › Re: Could Women Have Multiple Husbands by Outstrip(f): 3:25pm On Dec 01, 2010
johndoe200:
Having multiple husbands is as old as having multiple wives. It is called Polyandry. In a lot of places where this is practiced the woman marries two or more brothers at the same time and it is sometimes called fraternal polyandry. It is common among the Polynesian people.
I saw a documentary on that. The woman in the documentary had many kids and of course nobody knew which of the brothers fathered which. I think this woman had three men though and they lived together

I am not a member of this church but this sounds baseless to me. What if a member defrauded someone and gave every penny towards the church what does that have to do with the Pastor himself. Sound silly to me.

There were pictures posted here and from what I saw there were thousands of people. It looked like a freaking stadium of people. It just showed me that our young people want to work if given the opportunity but even a government agency has figured out a way to rape the future of our nation. Only in NIgeria
Males do not have erections only when they are sexually stimulated tho. Sometimes, a full bladder stimulates erection and in your sons case, it may be a full bladder. I don't think there is a cause to panic until he is about 7 and above.
I am not panicking. I just thought that it might have felt good because he was laughing like he discovered something. I did not want to dwell on it so that he does not get more curious but I made sure he understood that it was not appropriate behavior and moved on. I really hope it was a full bladder then LOL

chaircover:
Baby boys have erections from when they are inside the womb; of course it is not of a sexual nature but can we exactly pin point when boys will begin to have erections from sexual stimuli?? Why not interest children in things suitable for their ages?

I remember in boarding school that one or two girls were very sexually mature more than the rest of us and they knew everything about everything and thinking about it now, it could be because they were exposed to all this sexual scene setting by the adults around them.
You know what my 3 year old had an erection. He actually told me that his pee pee was getting bigger and when I said how did that happen he told me his hand did it. He thought it was funny and I was horrified. I am really looking forward to when I don't have to bathe them anymore. All their dad said was to make sure they always have pants on. Am like I did not think I would even have to worry about this for years. I told him that it was inappropriate so he would not go and do it in school for laughs and then oyibos will say he was trying to do something to their daughters. I did not want to yell at him because I did not want him to think it was unnatural. He just stumbled on it and he was so tickled. He thought it was funny.

3 year old kids even do though I don't think these kids are having any sexual gratification from this. They are simply having fun. It is the adults that might make it become something else by insisting they do it for laughs or whatever

How in the world can a government agency charge people to apply for a job? When will Nigeria start looking out for Nigerians. I am pretty sure that there were only 5 slots available and they already gave it to their family members and then put up this scam. This is really sad
Family › Re: My Parents Are Forcing Me To Get Married. by Outstrip(f): 1:08am On Nov 23, 2010
When I was young I didn't like going to weddings. My grandmother would tell me, "You're next" However, she stopped doing that after I started saying the same thing to her at funerals.

Got this of the net

It's not just a hug though. The parents are making a show of the kiss obviously. You can even see and adults hand supporting the little boys head. I am on the fence on this one. I would not have minded so much if they were not siblings. As siblings at what age do you say "cut it out, it is no longer cute". If they just did it as children might do then it is okay but they are being prompted to do it and they are getting a reaction from people
Family › Re: How Can I Control My Temper And Quick To Actions by Outstrip(f): 5:33pm On Nov 19, 2010
Your answer explains why I asked the question. I think you might just be a little too emotional for him. I am not saying you should not express yourself but the answer you gave totally centers around trust or maybe just being too emotionally needy. How about try calling him and he does not respond and you wait till her gets home from work and see why he did not respond all day. Also if it is not an emergency why call or expect a response right away to a text message. My husband responds when I text so i cannot say that he is right for not responding. I just get the feeling that you expect him to drop everything and respond. He is not your secretary he is your husband. You are on the right path though. Don't stop communicating just find a better way to. Don't send emails or text when you are angry. He will respond better that way
