If you’re in your prime either as a man or a woman, getting all the attention and praises..I need you to know that your 30’s and 40’s will be different. You won’t look as young and fresh anymore and guess what? The attention will dry up and if you have not married as a woman , it’s only God that will now help you. Your beauty will fade, your body will sag, and you will look like a desperado with 100 body count searching for a “mugu” to settle down with. You may not be desperate but your appearance will look desperate, men will wonder why you’re above 30 and have no man in your life, they will fear that there’s something wrong with you. As a man you will be lonely to stupor. My point is, when you’re looking young and fresh, everyone wants you..job opportunities, career opportunities, easy attention, sharp mind, free accommodation for those still living with their parents, make use of these opportunities and build your life.

Your later years will be brutal, 30’s and 40’s will break you if you don’t get your life together on time.

For men, money will save you , for women marriage will save you. Stop all these unnecessary shakara, it’s not worth it..age will humble you.

EDIT: men at 30 don’t look like failures at all, it’s only when you don’t have money that it may seem like that. With money your 30’s will be the sweetest part of your life. I guess I didn’t add this part.

I travelled for a few weeks and have been in the East since then.

I intentionally stopped calling or chatting all my girls.

I wanted to rate their level of interest in whatever relationship/ situationships we have.

Note: I left them to initiate the chats or calls themselves.


MY FINDINGS

80% of relationships/ friendships with women will die once the guy stops calling.


Many called in the first week.

One called till 4th week and hasn't called for 16 days now. She used to visit me weekly before.

Only one still kept in touch till date.

She billed me too but I avoided it to access her reaction. She kept her cool.

I have planned to reward her upon my return.



ASIDE: This reminds me of a girl I met at BRT going to Ikeja. She works at Computer villa.

I took her number. We chatted once in a while and I have sent her data and airtime on few occasions.

I intentionally stopped contacting her and she never did. I deleted her number 2 months after.

I suspect this might be happening because I don't reveal my identity to them because I always want things to flow organically and also to avoid raising high expectations of me.

Let me explain my experience to you....... one time during our Friday night out and he come by with his friends and they have a lot to drink and I was the one handling him that night [ i already know how he behave]. He asked me not collect money from him friends. As soon I spot him going I quickly meet him before the gate man open up he said I should remind him tomorrow. Omo as I know the kind man way him be and amount way him friends and him chop, I collect padlock from the game man hand say make I sign my docket cus if not he no go go and na so he look me shout but I no answer am then he laugh and he then sign the docket and leave.

You know why we always pay attention to how people's comments have deeper meanings.

That same question could be captured thus: " I have observed team work amongst your staff. That's commendable and I really look forward to working with such a wonderful team. What's the secret sir?"

Next time make him to sign the docket before leaving. Some years back, my boss came to the office and ask for 50k, l brought it with a sheet of paper for him to sign before collection, he started shouting and ask why he should sign to take his money. I stood my grounds and he signed.

Hmmm....I can relate to what you're currently facing because I've been in similar shoes before, but I don't know why all this 'Hospitality Managers' like living fake life. A few of them even get to abuse their complimentary priviledge.

The truth is just make up your mind to pay because if you press him too much, he may get to pay but at the end still look for a means to set you up on the job..., no matter how hard working or smart you may be.

I'll advise you to meet him & tell him you've realised your mistake but he should kindly break the bill in instalments for you so that there will be something left from your salary.

Sorry about that....kindly see this as a practical lesson for the future.

Does he have a boss? If he does, don't be scared to report him if that money is deducted from your salary. You have a witness. It's not that you misplaced money or can't give proper account. Infact you've given proper account with a witness to back you up and follow up emails sent.
If it gets to the stage you have to report him, make sure you watch your back else he me might set you up.
