The North is greater than the southeast, both in population and landmass.
Niger State alone is more than twice the whole of the southeast but will you advocate that Niger state be splited into 5 States?
All the geopolitical zones are not equal either in landmass, population or contributions to the federation account.
The North is NOT the problem of the southeast.

You wrestle power from the north and their Yoruba Muslim stooges? Guy Wetin u smoke?
There is a reason the SE is the only region with 5 states ...
There is a reason the northern states are more than the southern states
More northern law makers in the chambers for pro northern agendas
Their is a reason the north has ruled for more than 3 decades before democratic rule
The list goes on and on

The only thing left is to boycot all electoral process until we restructure the country

Separate the wheat from the chaff, there is nothing like SS/SE.
Are Warri ,Koko Onne ,Port of P/Harcourt and Calabar ports not in the SS?
Which of your resources was used to build Abuja?

hammer6:
Which yeye constitution?

Can one man sit in his house and write constitution for a country with many nations?

Nigeria constitution is an illegal document. It will bow to the UN an Internatioanal Law.

For as long as Nigeria try to avoid referendum, knowing fully well the result will not be in their favour, they will continue to face international disgrace such as election boycott and many more to come.

For many years they did not only marginalise Igbo politically but also economically.

We have no deep seaport in the whole SS/SE, no International Airport, yet it is our resources they use to build Lagos and Abuja.

Now they cannot persuade the eastern electorate to vote in favour of Nigeria, so dey are coming with flimsy excuses.

The problems with poorly educated pro-Biafrans is that they take the enthusiasm for a separate homestead to another realm as if Biafra will be a kind of magic wand that will change everything about the present situations overnight, solve all their problems and grant all their wishes including those premised on irrational feelings of hatred towards Yorubas and other non-Igbo Nigerians.

1) Multinational and indigenous companies in Ogun/Lagos States like Lafarge, Guineas, Nestlé, Cadbury, Dangote, May& Baker, Afprint, Apex mill, Pharmadeko, Roche, PZ etc produce goods that meets the needs of all Nigerians, including those who are the South east, so creation of Biafra and/or hatred for Yolobas/Afonja/Ndi Ofe-mmanu will not abrogate those needs overnight.
Biafrans will still need those products until they are able to build their industrial base.
These companies are different from traders at Alaba or Ladipo markets whose customers need to be within their vicinities.
The companies will still be producing products for people in Onitsha, Nnewi, Okigwe, Mbaise,Oko Nnsuka,Afikpo,Ikot-Abasi,Oron,Owo,Akoko,Iseyin,Dutse,Vom,Biu, Sapele, Potiskum,Gboko Jebba ,Jega,Wushishi or Argungun etc.. Just as Pharmaceutical companies in India produce drugs for people in Nigeria.
2) Seaports are in different categories with different capacities, it will take to transform those ports to meets all the needs of the new Country which doesn't even include Biafra...There is no seaport in Biafra!

3) Imagine 5-7million Igbo's scattered across Nigeria returning to the south east en mass.
Which food plantations has IPOB cultivated to feed them? Which work are they going to do? Electricity generation and distribution nko?
Where is the health care facilities? Which fuel(petrol,Kerosene, diesel, aviation fuel) has Nnamdi KANU stockpiled and for how long will it last?
Who are your dependable allies along the Atlantic coast to grant you access to the outside World?
When the Zoo cut off federal allocation, fuel supply, electricity supply and food supply, how long will it take people to start causing Nnamdi KANU?

4)You guys are high on emotion but deficit in Logic, you need at least 5years of active planning and preparation with unprecedented development in the south east in anticipation for a new Country before you can have a Biafra that will work, otherwise Biafra will be another zone of humanitarian crisis...think very well bro.
Long live Biafra
Long live Nigeria

ScotsReferendum:
You see why guys like you wrote jamb several times before gaining admission

1) Those companies you mention makes money from selling to the population in Lagos and Nigeria. Once the country divides, the population of Lagos and Nigeria will drop. This will affect their tax revenue to Lagos and Nigeria.

2) The oil they export from the NigerDelta region, is it through Lagos or through ships docked in the Delta region.?

What makes your little uneducated mind thinks that if ships could evacuate oil from the Delta region, that the same medium won't be converted to a port for all kinds of goods

3) So you think we Biafrans will allow products from companies situated in Nigeria to bring in their goods into Biafra to sell.

You must have had a nightmare this morning while sleeping.

Time will tell you guys how separated we really want to be from you guys.

Just get ready to see a high border fence.

OK, I seeeeeee.
There are millions of Nigerians living outside their States of origin /geopolitical zones but people generally prefer to go to places that give them better economic prospects.
On a lighter notes, we have also witnessed increased intertribal marriages (many of my friends are either products of or partners in such marriages)...then don't forget countless intertribal formication/adulteries that take place every day...can you swear to God that you have never bleeped girls from other tribes/ or have GFs from them?
Tribalism is for elites that stand to increase their share of the national cakes by playing this card, ordinary Nigerians on the streets like Okada riders, shop keepers, food vendors, artisans, students and other hustlers are just looking for what to eat and who can provide it and they are less concern about tribalism.

You are right, all u stated above are true but what I am trying to let you know it's that u will still find a lot of petty Igbo traders in interior communities up north and they relate well with the community inhabitants as well as speaking their language and dressing like them. But how often will u see a Yoruba man or Hausa dressing like the Igbos. One Nigeria talk na for mouth only Eh no dey for action.
Politics › Re: We Don’t Want Restructuring - Governor Umahi by oyatz(m): 7:54am On Jun 30, 2017
Contrary to what people like you think, tribal consideration dont influence much in deciding where to invest but largely determined by economic considerations like closeness to sources of raw materials, infrastructures like electricity and good means of distributions of goods (like seaports/airports, good roads/rail), population with purchasing power, security etc

Sorry about your condition bro. Your wife may just be a bit immature about handling relationship with other guys but you need a lot of prayer and maturity to save your home and happiness.
1) In Obstetrics, the estimated gestational age (EGA) is calculated from the first date of the menstral period.
2)If your wife last saw her period on May 16 and let's assume she menstrate for 5 days (the commonest duration for young Ladies), so she started on May 12. From May 12 to Jun 26 is 45days making 6weeks 3days.
Estimated gestational age (EGA)= 6wks,3days and the expected date of delivery (EDD) =19/02/2018.
3) Ultrasound scan in early period is fairly reliable for calculating gestational age but its operator dependent.
4) Wait patiently after delivery and do DNA test , possibly at a teaching hospital to confirm the paternity.
5) DON'T ever raise the issue with her again... you will seriously hurt her if the pregnancy is truly yours.

6) Discuss with a genuine and enlightened man of God, not your mother or family members who will complicate the matters.

You aren't more hardworking or enterprising than the Fulani herdsmen who travel from Funtua in Katsina or Michika in Adamawa to Warri or Lagos on foot, grazing their cattles and moving them to markets for better rewards nor are you more enterprising than the cocoa plantation farmers in the rain forests of Ondo/Osun States or the gold miners of Zamfara State.

Politics › Re: We Don’t Want Restructuring - Governor Umahi by oyatz(m): 10:54pm On Jun 29, 2017
You are obsessed with Lagos and you don't even understand how Lagos works.
1) The population contribution to taxation is in form of personal income tax.
2) The bulk of the taxes that boost the IGR of Lagos comes from companies and corporate taxes, not from spare parts, pirated CD and Lacasera Sellers.
Nigerian Breweries, Banks, Dangote, May &Bakers ,Oando etc are more important contributors than traders at Alaba or Ladipo markets.
3) With secessation , Lagos State will have to directly enjoy taxation on goods imported or exported via its ports/ land borders.
4) Almost the whole countries that will be formed will depend on Lagos ports before they can build deep seaports with commisurate roads/rail networks to evacuate or transpot goods to and from the ports.
5) The manufacturing companies in Ogun/Lagos States will be exporting their products to Onitsha, Uyo, Calabar, Taraba,Bauchi, Sokoto etc

Do you have the power to start dredging a river that has flown into another Country?

What's the volume if goods it can transpot?

He is not nightmare of Afonja or anybody.
Most of the pro-Biafran should do a reality check.
1) Biafra is too dependent on the Zoo!
2) Biafra will depend on the Zoo for its electricity. Egbin ,Papalanto and Omotosho thermal Stations produce about 50% of the electricity generation presently while Kanji and Shiroro hydroelectric Stations in Niger State generate about 25%.
Which thermal or hydroelectric power stations is on Biafran soil?
3) Biafra will have to be buying electricity at international rates (where will they get Forex?) and the Zoo can decide not to 'export' electricity
4) Biafra may be in darkness until they are able to build coal fired power stations which will not be feasible overnight.
5) Biafra CANNOT refine or export crude oil within it's border.
It will take sometimes to build refineries, so expect unprecedented fuel scarcity.
6)Biafra will need Meat, leather, pepper, onions, groundnuts and other agricultural produce from the North.
7) Biafra will need sea ports either in the south south or s/west.
cool...In short,Biafra will still depend on its neighbours either as Nigeria or Niger-delta or Oduduwa Republics so grow up bro and stop insulting other Nigerians, we are more interdependent or even interrelated than you, Nnamdi KANU or IPOB think or acknowledge.

Nigeria may not continue as one country but Nigerians will not collapse.
Lagos meets certain needs and such needs will still have to be met.
If there is restructuring, there will be economic and demographic revolutions.
There will be massive migration to the south south States, Ondo, Ogun and Lagos States.
The prices of meat, tomatoes, onions, beans Yams, groundnut etc will triple because the States Governments where they are produced will levied great taxes on them or start exporting them to shore up their IGR.
IMO and Abia States have minimal oil which will just be enough to sustain them.
Every State will eventually survive but the initial hardship will cause great distress

Every State can survive but there will be economic hardship in the initial stage but States that have good leadership will reverse the ugly trend within 5-10years.
Every State should generate its electricity and States that can generate their electricity should buy from those that can or remain in darkness.
Every
State should tarr the roads within it's borders,no more Federal roads.
Every State should manage their hospitals and educational institutions. No more Federal Universities or teaching hospitals/FMC

That is where people get them wrong. They have said they don't want to vote in a Nigerian election, all they want is referendum. So anything that has to do with voting/Nigerian politics is not their business. Funny enough, Nigeria is full of people with double standards.
Initially when ipob campaign and protest started gathering momentum especially when NK was in the prison, it was these same Nigerians that said if Biafrans want to go, they should withdraw all their political office holders. From those in the national assembly to governors and other appointees. i wonder why the jittery now that Biafrans want to live to that challenge.

These are the same Nigerians that were happy and dancing up and down when kaduna declaration was made, Now Biafrans are living to their words as not wanting to be Nigerians anymore and the whole country is become unsettled.

For me i only going to take the positives and that is if we are truly serious about restructuring, IPOB's formula is what the so called progressive should have and be doing at the moment. It is not enough to hold conferences and issue out statements on restructuring. Without actions from a united South or whatsoever, the status quo will remain and we will keep complaining till thy kingdom come. Words without the power to enforce is useless. The clock is ticking. Mind you they tendered that apology when nobody knew who Nnamdi Kanu was and they did it on their own accord without anyone asking or pressuring them to do so.
