These sit-tight leaders we have in Africa are no good for human civilization and progress. Africa as a continent needs massive transformation and changes and these old men don't understand what that means. They stick to their old ways of doing things even though such lifestyles are hampering the progress of their people. If you want changes to happen in any society, inject new bloods into it, like the youths who have the wherewithals for brighter and more progressive ways of governing the society
