ayusco85: I, Ayusco85 from university of jos, i concur. It should go on until it is resolved permanently. #aluta continua, victoria A̶̲̥̅♏ not sure Are you aware your school did not spend 140Million of the money it got frm FG last year? And una sef dey follow join all this hypocritical noise. . . Do you know how many Universities fail to spend the money allocated to them? Even after mis appropriating the one they actual claim to spend. |

Jaidey-one: You claim ASUU is requesting for 87Billion. Are you aware the government has released @least 130 billion since this strike started? 2, That 25% budgetary allocation thing is a hogwash! You kno what, why don't we make it 70% and we all abandon housing etc and live in the classrooms! Running a country is about priorities, scale of preference, and I disagree with pegging any statutory allocation. Afterall, change is permanent or how do they say it! Therefore, allocations have to evolve with the needs of the society. |

jackbauersballs: It's so glaring that some elements of the Ogun State government are attempting to witchhunt and stir up trouble for this great man. Very simple. The TV crew was needed to document the assault they envisaged since it had happened before, and the church didn't disappoint again; as expected. Well, except they of course wiped off the evidence ![]() 2 Likes |

helpee: on the contrary why are always quick to condemn anything xtian despite the fact that u called urself pastor KUN? Something is foundationally wrong with the kind of xtianity you and frosbel practise. For ur information, u don't know pastors as much as I do. I know a pastor that usually bring women for HIV test in my clinic before sleeping with them. I know a pastor that brought a 15yr old to my clinic for scan and afterwards started begging me for abortion and I refused to do it. I know a pastor that told me he would do a charm for me so that I can attract patient to my hospital. I know their secret cos of the nature of my work. Pastors will not lie to doctors...my conclusion is that no man of God is an angel. They are first of all human before they are pastors. And the meaning is that even you pastor KUN wil likely do what u condemn others of if given the chance. Critics are the worst performers. I won't be surprised to find out u are probably condeming oyedepo while you are sleeping with a prostitute in a hotel...cos u are first of all human. Despite my exposure to pastors secret, I don't generalise. I don't assume that if pastor A is doing it then pastor B is guilty. You are human, oyedepo is human and paul the apostle is human. That's why paul the apostle talked about his weakness that God refused to remove. The weakness will not disappear because u are annointed and the annoiting won't diappear cos of ur weakness. So pastor KUN...if u want to do something BIG in life, u can't afford to be a pathological critic. It is an exclusive reserve of people that have failed!!! Now u can throw ur usual insult at me. But be sure I won't reply!!! Oga/Madam, please let me summarise somtin for U, the moment a man is called of God, the grace of God elevates him above the rest of us, which is why he is adjudged to have better access to intercede at the throne of mercy. If we are all operating @d same frequency, what then would be the usefulness of some so-called Men of God? 1 Like |

Billyonaire: Its your money? ![]() Those who really work hard and acquire legit money don't run around making noise over resources their ancestors weren't intelligent enough to develop and utilize for their locale's benefit . . . . Rather, leaving outsiders to come and show em how its done. Nonsense! And btw, apologize for what? You people sha want me to refer to una President again with words I promised myself not to use again. |

ifeness: Imagine converting all churches to homes where homeless people can lay their heads. That would be a positive development. Churches are really unnecessary to our society. I completely agree with you on that, but, what of the schools that will also fall casualty? I actually wouldn't have any problem if it was jus going to be the churches. . . So long as the government showed sincerity of purpose. |

Lusola15: @OP. U think US lawmakers are like naija lawmakers abi. And your point in plain terms is ![]() In case you can't read between the lines, they have an obligation to their defence industry financiers. It doesn't matter if the war is morally/ethically justified or not. What matters is that their financiers see them as loyal pro-war folks that keep business sustained. It may not be direct bribery. But gratification remains gratification, shikena! |

As the Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted 10-7 on Wednesday in favor of an authorization of military action against Syria, data show senators who voted “yes” on the resolution received more money from the defense industry. On average, the senators who voted “yes” on President Barack Obama’s strike plan for Syria received 83 percent more financial support from defense contractors than those who voted “no,” according to The Center for Responsive Politics, a research group that tracks money in US politics. The data show that over a 5-year period, most of more than $1,000,000 that flowed from the defense lobby to senators who weighed in on the war powers resolution went to those who were in favor of military action. Senator John McCain, a leader of the Senate’s hawk faction who supports “regime change” in Syria, came on the top of the list with $176,300 in defense donations. The resolution would limit military action against Syria to a period of 60 days, with the possibility of a 30-day extension. It also bans the use of US ground troops. Both chambers of Congress are expected to vote on the resolution after lawmakers return from recess on September 9. Washington has accused the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad of launching a chemical attack in the suburbs of Damascus on August 21, killing hundreds of people. The Syrian government has strongly rejected the allegation. On Saturday, President Obama, who had previously described the use of chemical weapons as a “red line,” announced his decision to attack Syria. Observations 1- Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Edo, Ekiti are 5 of the former 6 states under ACN b4 the APC merger, how come they are in so much debt? That's like 90% of former ACN states. Could there be more or just a coincidence? 2 - Rivers is not listed among the 'indebted' states. Why aren't Amaechi's antagonists seeing that? Wonder how come some have been . . . Nvm; next 3 - For the states in chronic debts, are the ongoing 'transformation efforts' worthy enough to mortgage the future of coming generations? That's what it is, right? Must so-called development come at a price of inhuman looting? Must we be robbed blind because we want change, progress, development etcetera? If we believe it ok to be looted as long 'something is done', when shall we get there? 1 Like |

But seriously, if Dangote is worth over $25Billion according to Forbes, should he still be getting loans to finance new businesses like this refinery which promises insanely multiplier returns? Shouldn't he be confident enough to stake his own money? Aren't these kind of huge loans that weren't repaid as expected how our banking industry nearly got toast before? I mean, this has got to be a loooong term thing, if he's so confident, why not stake just a little of those billions of his we keep hearing about? B4 less discerning vultures open their mouths, its all questions, I hope we all think, and deeply too. 2 Likes |

enny09: i believe some1 should check this guy call assad, how can he love power than his countrymen life, he should resign and a new regime takeover, i believe dis will end if this is done, life is been lost daily even without war and chemical weapon used on syrian citizens, what is different of what is happening now and if a war eventually brokeout, cos life is lost on daily basis. His people dint vote him into office to be a weakling! Rather, to stand up to every form of aggression; internal and external. Failure to do this and he's not qualified to be a leader. If you could enjoy the booties of office, you should also stand back, fight like a man, and if death comes; embrace it with honour! |

If the rebels truly represent the people, shouldn't the military hardwares including Aircrafts be in their possession by now? After 2 bloody years?!! Or issit robots that are fighting for Assad and manning the military installations? The people would be in control by now if they were the ones fighting Assad. QED |
