Like play like play, rumour is becoming true. But it all but gladdens my heart. Because karma is about to be served on Tinubu and Amaechi and all the southern useful idiots who helped Buhari into power against a fellow Southerner. Okorocha is already in prison I would love to see Tinubu campaigning for Jonathan in Ibadan Township Stadium and Onikan Stadium I would love to see Amaechi singing “nzogbu nzogbu” for Jonathan at Amasiemeka Stadium in Port Harcourt. I would love to have these interesting sights. Or alternatively, they would redeem themselves amongst Nigerians by teaming up with the rest of us to deliver the best man for the job - Peter Obi. Tinubu refused to learn from history. This is same route that Awolowo and Abiola took without anything to show for it - they both died with an unfulfilled ambition. But Tinubu thought he was smart; and would succeed where Awolowo and Abiola failed but his stupidity has dawned on him. Like Awolowo and Abiola before him, he would die with a pain in his heart. Hopefully, no southern politician will ever toe the line of Awolowo, Abiola and Tinubu in betraying the South for the north. “What goes around, comes around!” Don’t ever doubt these words. |

christejames: Of course, they is a company drilling oil at the site in Igga Uzo Uwani LGA (Nsukka zone) presently.
Last year I was in Adani with my former boss where he was discussing with a client that used to work in that oil campany around their community, he said that the quantity of crude oil discovered is small but they is huge deposit of gas there, that the company is now exploring gas against the oil which they initially came for.
The only thing holding Enugu state from being declared an Oil producing state is just the issue of boundary delineation being handled by the National Boundary Commission to separate it from Anambra and Kogi States, and also the sloppy action of governor to make it faster. You see? But I think the one that need boundary delineation is the one at Nsukka. This one that was just discovered in Emene needs no boundary delineation as it’s clearly even in Enugu capital territory. Aboki no fit manipulate that one. |

Politics › Re: Falae: There Is No Provision For Zoning In Nigerian Constitution by Penguin2: 1:18pm On May 28, 2022 |
Old fool! No wonder Nigerians rejected you like plague in 1999. Now I see it’s because of this warped reasoning of yours. I know your line of argument… that zoning is not a Democratic Principle.
But let me ask you, are Democratic Principles cast in stone?
A little summary of the evolution of democracy would tell you how it first started as a direct participation of every member of the state in the running of government. But when population growth made that impossible, representational democracy was birthed. Overtime people saw that concentrating legislative, executive and adjudicatory powers on one man was becoming too dangerous, the idea of Separation of Powers came to be.
I’m not here to lecture you, just to point out to you that the Democracy you are defending have consistently taken form in conformity to existential social realities of any given society.
But no, you want it as it is. Your extent of education did not allow you know that the concept of democracy can be deconstructed and redefined to suit the existential realities of the present Nigerian, nay Ebonyi, society where tribe and clan is now a major consideration in power discourse.
Men with brains like you, defined what democracy is today and what constitutes its principles. But those principles are not dogmatic. Why can’t we deconstruct democracy and redefine it to include zoning as to engender peace and mutual harmony of different peoples of our political constituencies?
And if you say zoning impedes merit, I have asked you to tell me which zone of Nigeria that is in dearth supply of capable men and women.
Insisting on the politics of survival of the fittest or the most powerful or the richest or the most connected would only lead to degeneration to the Hobbesian state of nature and a drift away from civilization. And guess what happens when a section of the society is continually shortchanged through your kind of argument… a time comes when they can’t take it anymore and they resort to restiveness and civil disobedience. IPOB in southeast is an example. |

The APC cabal are hoping PDP picks a southern candidate before revealing their northern candidate which the bigoted north will vote enmase for while the likes of Tinubu goes to SDP and divvy up the southern votes by getting his SW to vote him.
The plan is divide and rule .
Only a northern candidate by the PDP will checkmate this ploy. And by implication you are speaking for Atiku. Which would still be for northern rule |

The PDP is a lot of things but this isn't the first time they will lose individuals, the owners of that party know the game and play it well They miscalculated this time. A mass exodus is about to happen in the East and I don’t see where else PDP will make up the numbers from. |
Politics › Re: The Dark Northern Horse In The Race For APC Ticket by Penguin2: 8:42am On May 28, 2022 |
RevDesm0ndJuju: If you think all the jokers from the south who have declared so far to run on the APC ticket are the only contenders then I have a bridge in Falomo to sell.
There is no constitutional rule or even APC constitution for that matter that makes it mandatory for all intending aspirants to make public their intention to run for the ticket of the party .
That said, there are several dark horses in the APC of northern extraction who have duly filled and submitted their forms to contest the ticket without going public and have been secretly lobbying delegates from the north.
The northern delegates are merely cashing out from the likes of Tinubu and Amaechi and will vote their own when the time arises.
Buhari said it himself that he has a candidate of his choice and that he won't be revealing who that is for now.
Given the precedence of Buhari's 7ys of sectionalism why would anyone think he would support a non northern Muslim candidate?
Buhari has a northern Muslim preferably a Fulani like himself as his anointed candidate .
All these rubbish about wooing Jonathan is a big distraction as that is never going to happen as Jonathan himself will not stoop so low to run on the mandate of the same APC that maligned and chased him out of office.
The real contender will be revealed at the very last minute and he will get the entire northern delegates while the trousered idiots from the south divvy up the votes from the south amongst themselves.
At the end all the useless southern candidates will turn to Peter Obi and be jostling for VP.
Chai! It’s alright When your northern dark horse is done winning the APC ticket, the north will vote for him to become the president. |
