Your armpits must be clean and smell nice, your underbust must be dry and neat, where you have folds, open and wash them, the V area needs just water to keep it clean and healthy, no douching. Clean the place with water as many times as you can in a day. Take a shower too as often as possible. You don't have to rub anything - cream, gel, ointment etc. Just take a shower and allow your skin breathe.
