This is not hidden gem but hidden nonsense.

First of all the battery is just 3000mah which in my opinion is nonsense. Secondly it is jumia global which has to be shipped from abroad. Sometimes it takes over a month for delivery, if jumia didn't decide to cancel the order. Another thing is the brand itself. The camera is just mere 12 mega pixel.

My opinion is the phone is ugly and overpriced. It would have been a good phone 3 years ago.

While I was sure my password was correct, I couldn't log in. I reset my password and I was able to log in.

The OP is complaining of not receiving emails for the link to reset. Are you certain that your email is correct? Did you check the spam folder cuz the emails may be going there.

Even without being able to log in, you can also contact the consumer service via email, via the app. Did you try that?
