So if Rivers receives 1trillion from federation account it has nothing to do with the 5billion stolen by the FG.

Yes there is a difference between the two accounts. But that does not negate the fact that the two accounts converge for the purpose of sharing. Unless you didn't read the text. Read again and see how the two account converge. Pay attention to this:

That Buhari participated in the cold murder of his colleague is not even debatable despite his tepid response that he was too young then. Yes it's true that Buhari had no hand in the coup even though the planning was done in his house, just as it is true that he was too young to be involved in the July counter coup that triggered the civil war even though his unit murdered their unarmed colleagues while he was there. Well my people have selected these ones as contestants for the driving seat in one of South East prominent states. While these may or may not be the best, we owe it a duty to select one of them.
