I would ask is the release Bail out fund by Buhari to states appropriated? Why would the same Buhari the order the arrest of okonjo when he has commited the same crime? If he does then he should be impeached.
The law is for every1 big or small, minister or president.
Whether they like it or not, someone will hold Buhari to account on all he is doing currently.

The more he sets negative precedence the better for his successor, even if it's Yusuf or Zhara Buhari.

When they are charged to court (if they will ever be charged) we'll hear more.

If Yuguda made this 'confessional' statement and still plead NOT GUILTY, then we'll hear even more.

Meanwhile, did the newspapers not say it was Dasuki who mentioned these people's names? Why is it Yuguda today?

This Article Really Got Me Cracking, It Leaves A Question On Journalism And His Proffessionalism. A Vanguard Reporter Could Gratify The Statement Of Mr Dasuki's Lawyer This Extent? A Contractor Speaking For His Client? Who Would Have Expected Any Less From A Lawyer? Mind You, Mr Reporter, It Is Not "THE NATION's" Reportage Against Dasuki's, Rather It's The Unrefutable Proofs Against His'. Has Dasuki Been Mentioning Names? Are Those Names Been Mentioning Names? Bring It On Vanguard!
The Truth Has Spoken!

It's a surprise that you didn't say why we have not had the benefit of verifying both the lawyer's and the journalist's claims in the court of law.

Why is it so? Are you just satisfied that these 'names' were 'mentioned'? Are they 'mentioned' just for 'mentioning' sake?

Your 'evidence' is for $47m.

Politics › Re: Somebody Must Be Lying About Dasuki - Vanguard by porka: 9:34am On Dec 13, 2015
Why can't they just charge Dasuki to court once and for all.

We have read he was slammed 19 charges but only in the newspapers. Why is it difficult for them to operate their government outside the newspaper.

Charge the accuse to court and we'll know who is lying on who. Is that too difficult?

As for the public, they can't help themselves, they are under a heavy dose of hypnosis. All you need to put in any newspaper in Nigeria is a dollar symbol ($) and some outrageous figures behind it, then write Dasuki or Jonathan or Diezani beside it. You don't need any other thing, they will interpret themselves. Even if you come back tomorrow to write the rest of the story which might the different from the interpretation they have, it's already useless.

That's the power of mind-control. They didn't start now, they have been on the program for quite a while. And they have effectively used it to subdue their worshipers' minds. For the tenth week now they have no solution to fuel crisis but their worshipers have been kept busy with unsubstantiated tales of billions missing.

Only a fo.ol will do the same thing repeatedly and expect different results.

Since Independence Nigeria has been sweeping her problems under the proverbial carpet. That's why we are where we are today. Isn't it about time we try something different for a change? If it doesn't work, history will forgive Buhari at least for trying. Not trying to curb or fight corruption should not be an option because there are no viable alternatives.

Thousands of workers have already been sacked.

Many companies will layoff their workers these December ending.

It means many current workers will become jobless from January.

If the affected people are to write Buhari's history, it's doubtful if they will say 'he tried'.

Global crude oil pricing is affecting the strength of our Currency. All oil dependent countries from Venezuela to Angola currencies are being tested. The current decision by OPEC not to reduce supply(cut production) of crude oil saw price of oil dip
thereby battering the currencies of these countries. Oil is speculated to get to $20 by last quarter of 2016 (especially when Iranian oil comes into d market) which would lead to a further battering of the Naira. We need to not only diversify our economy but also boost our reserves
Boost reserves?

Buhari is technically the Minister of Finance. Emefiele and Kemi Adeosun are just mirroring Buhari's body language. They both deserve to be sacked for taking our economy to the dustbin. They are so many competent first-class economists who can lead us through these times but Baba had to settle for a graduate of University of East London - a mid tier institution - who doesn't even have a Masters degree. IMHO she is bigger than the post.

I want to know who is advising Buhari at this point. This is not the first time the naira has fallen but yet our currency is turning to chaff

Half truth is the hallmark of this govt and any haste or rush conclusion could be misleading.
I'm pained by what I read everyday. This obviously is not how to run any Nation; creating tension, locking people up, throwing accusations left, right and center will only distract the govt from its real purpose of providing good governance and securing the well-being of its citizens. There are serious problems plaging the Nation rather than solve the problems, this govt is busy going round to look for who to blame for the problems and gullible supporters are busy rejoicing. How much will be recovered from this exercise compared to the needs of this nation. Sorry, if this govt continue in this manner without a change in strategy, Nigeria may be hit hard by their inaction and negligence. It's not a warning, it's already happening and more will come if care is not taken. For the gullible supporter; this wasn't the change they promised you. Take it or leave it!
It's good that it is hitting the media directly. They are the ones who have been helping them destroy people's character extrajudicially wit the most outrageous stories.

Elsewhere in the world, the media will always contact the person being accused for confirmation or denial, and they will always include whether the person denied the allegations or tell his own side in their stories. But as you have seen, these stories are reported to look like these people are already condemned even when charges against them are just being prepared.

At the end of the day, if the judiciary is convinced of their defense and acquit them, the judiciary would be accused of 'corruption' since the media had already found the accused guilty..

Other media outlets still not touched will have their own cups full soon, it's a matter of time.

When the sensation of today wears off, they will dish out another one maybe in the midnight and it goes on like that.

That's how they have been able to wipe out almost a quarter of the middle-class that was painstakingly created for sixteen years. By the end of May 2016, they would have succeeded in wiping out another substantial percentage of small and medium scale businesses thereby succeeding in impoverishing Nigerians and turning them to Almajiri to be given N5000 stipend to.

Sadly, those whose destinies are being destroyed systematically are praising them everyday.

If the government destroyed the operations of the National Security of the country it would be too sad.

If Dasuki misused these funds and they are able to prove them in the court he should be sentenced accordingly. But if they think using the media to sensationally revealed operations of the National security apparatus then it's too bad.

Are they saying the current National Security Adviser has not been receiving money to run his office? Are they saying they did not receive money to manage the recently inconclusive elections in Kogi and Bayelsa?

Common Mr Buhari? Attacking the operations of government security just to get a single man is very petty. What if he plays dirty and reveals all the security operations in the court in order to save himself?

There should be a limit to what the government can destroy. They should put caution in these things, otherwise the security operations of our country will be seriously compromised.

You'd recall that the previous government made no enough budget allocation for subsidy. These same cabal marketers have always done business with government being owed. It's their kicking against the current government that has been making them hold the country to ransom. Buhari sent supplementary budget to National Assembly more than two weeks ago. Instead of them to speedily approve, they didn't discuss it. Instead they were sampling whether to invite Buhari to ask him what is happening. They just approved the supplementary budget this week. Naturally, things will be back to normal this weekend.

N.B the DPR's inefficiency was exposed during this fuel crises. The work load was overwhelming for them.
Can you listen to yourself? Buhari sent supplementary appropriation to NASS more than two weeks and they approved 'this week', were they supposed to rubber stamp it for Buhari that same day? If Buhari appointed himself as the minister of petroleum and perhaps drawing ‎salary and other perks there-from, who should the national assembly summon to come and defend the budget on petroleum subsidy.

Buhari clearly lacks the capacity to function in a democracy and it's affecting Nigeria badly. How can someone even justify sending an appropriation bill to NASS just two weeks ago when the marketers have been demanding for their money since early June while the real fuel scarcity started more than two months ago? ‎
‎
BTW, didn't you people say Buhari was 'saving money' for his 'own' 2016 budget; that he has no business with supplementary appropriation?

Someone like you was blindly arguing here the other day that Buhari could care less about the rest of the year from May 29th since he wasn't responsible for the current budget. He said all Buhari was doing was sitting idly by for the 2015 budget to 'run out'.

Why kind of governance method is that?‎‎

Bloomberg did not write off Buhari at all. This conclusion is in the parochial mind of this IGNORANT OP who has been paid to write unreasonable thrash
APC is not a socialist party.
The first country Buhari visited was the US. He has constructive working relationships with all European leaders. The same people who blame him for being pro-western also ate now calling the government socialist.

Please get serious about the problem Nigeria has. The Naira has crashed with the oil market. The FG needs to attract investments whilst ensuring that the country does not get raped again. The only way we gain from incestments is when the companies come here, pay taxes as at when due, obey our laws and pay good salaries to Nigerians.
I nternational banks raped us when we were selling oil at $114 a barrel , we now have a debt of $70bn without an indication where the money went.

I never thought I will see the day when paid articles in Bloomberg become a rating scale for Nigerian governments. That is inferiority complex on a massive scale. They also write that trash about Russia, Iran and Venezuela . Never about debt ridden Greece, Brazil and UK. Well these countries are becoming stronger by the day due to sanctions.
Let us wait for Buhari's budget for 2016 and it's reflationary programs. Nigeria should also institute a comprehensive ban on products from countries that our currency is doing badly against lime the US.
Our anti corruption drive should continue because thst is the only way Nigeria will be efficient and prosperous , the view of some US institution is completely irrelevant.
We are going to need to take some loans and the money in the world now is realky in the hands of western banks. A few infrastructure deals financed from China, GCC countries are more likely the ones we should be concentrating on.
You said Bloomberg did not write Buhari off, and then went on to say they were sponsored to write thrash against your god.

You just have to calm down and articulate your point well.

Your god has set us back for 16 years. All the gains of 16 years have been wiped out in 6 months. What do you have to say to that?
