decogrin: I "giess" you should STFU too, as if oliver twist wasn't recorded here in Ð☺η jazzy's studio...abi na kanye west dem tell una say e produce am?
It is not about who recorded the song or where the song was recorded but who marketed the song and made it a global hit, thereby introducing D'banj to a new fan base. Prior to joining Good Music, D'banj struggled to reach the non African fan base.

Parting ways with D Jazzy was the best decision he ever made, as he had peaked with D Jazzy and could not grow further. D Jazzy, however talented of a producer he may be, could not market D'banj to the American and European fans. Kanye West seems to be doing it, and D'banj should be applauded for his hustle and being practically the first Nigerian Artist to take Afro pop music to a multitude of international fans.

PoliticsRe: People Jam-packed In A Lagos BRT Bus (Pics) by Princek12(m): 12:09pm On Aug 31, 2012
The buses are being used exactly the way they were designed, which is to carry standing and sitting passengers. The picture depicts how efficient the BRT buses are being used, for it would be utter absurdity and outright inefficient practice to drive a BRT bus across town during rush hour traffic carrying only sitting passengers without standing passengers.

That the practice of carrying standing passengers and maximizing space does not provide comfort to passengers relies on a false premise. It relies on the notion that standing and grabbing a hand rail does not provide comfort, or that the only way to be comfortable is to sit down. Such reasoning is flawed.

As Nigerians, we should strive to embrace efficiency and longevity, as the BRT buses are at least still fully functional and are being used for the purposes for which they were bought, which is to carry passengers. At the end of the day, the average Lagosian would rather stand in an affordable BRT bus than wait an additional two hours for the next BRT bus that would enable him to sit.
TravelRe: Denial Of Licence To Airlines: Oduah Has Sectional Agenda - Rep by Princek12(m): 9:17am On Aug 30, 2012
Desola: which she does but she is able to rebut that claim by saying that Enugu is equally a federal government international airport and in order to boost all aspects of the country's air traffic sector, it is only right to ask these carriers to consider flying to Enugu(although this is a veiled economic duress being exerted by her and geared toward diverting revenue to her side of the country). However, descerning minds can read through this for what it really is.

Jonasatan's government is generally a tribalistic one geared at spiting the Yorubas and Hausas in my candid opinion. The ibos are happy and careless about this because as they see it, the Yorubas and Hausas have been milking the country dry since their failed attempt at secession so they see this as their time to chop and Jonasatan is delivering that.
Economics, not geography, should control the decision of airlines to fly to a particular destination. Here the law of economics has prompted the airlines to apply for a license to fly to Abuja. They were denied just because the minister decided that the airlines have not considered another location in the eastern part of Nigeria. Trust me, if the Enugu route were lucrative, the law of economics would have prompted the airlines to apply to that route, in a bid to cash in. Forcing an airline to travel to the Enugu is tribalistic, at least. That is to say, then, that it is not illogical to call the minister out for what she really is--a tribalist with a sectional agenda.

PoliticsRe: UK Fights Abuse Of NHS By Nigerians by Princek12(m): 5:24pm On Aug 27, 2012
Nigerians always abuse anything. Same thing here in Yankee, where Nigerians come here and give birth to their children just to have American citizenship. Worse still, they rack up tens of thousands of dollars in hospital bills and run away back to Nigeria.

Shame on all Nigerians who bring shame to our country.

When people behave like barbaric animals, kill them like mere barbaric animals.

Slaughter them. Cretins!
Police should protect and serve the people, not murder them, except in self defense. And in using self defense, the amount of force exerted has to be proportional to the threat received.

After watching the video, it is clear that the SA police responded with excessive force.
SportsRe: Nigeria And Olympics: The Way Forward by Princek12(m): 8:14pm On Aug 13, 2012
I think that there has to be an intercollegiate athletic competition at the university level so that talents identified at the secondary school level can further develop their talents at the university level. This will help us in developing talent in track and field. I believe the interhouse sports competition helps to identify talent at the secondary school level, but many of these talents end their athletic pursuits upon graduation from secondary school.

As to swimming, gymnastics, diving, and so on, we just need better facilities. Most importantly, we need a culture change, as many of our parents do not want their kids to partake in sports, especially at a very young age.

Hopefully all those Nigerian men who wear tight jeans and claim that they are wearing tight jeans because it is an English style of fashion will take heed to the result of this study. Most Oyinbo men naturally have small janks and can get away with wearing tight jeans. Black men, many of whom have big janks, on the other hand, cannot get away with wearing tight jeans, save for those Nigerian men and black men who are walking around with small janks.
FashionRe: Butt & Hips Enhancing Drugs: Will You Go For It? by Princek12(m):
honeric01: Do you mean Nigerian women in the US or in Nigeria?

Those in Nigeria have it in abundance (though not all).
In Nigeria, you rarely see a girl who has a big butt and hips. In Yankee, it is even worse. Once you see a girl with a pancake yansh and no hips, you know she is definitely Nigerian. If you attend a party full of Nigerian girls, the very one girl who has a butt and hips in that party is usually from another African country.

I don't know who placed the noassatall curse on Nigerian women, but they are definitely cursed. Nigerian girls themselves know this, although they will probably no admit to it publicly.

RomanceRe: Is It Wrong To Approach A Lady On The Street? by Princek12(m): 2:24pm On Jun 24, 2012
In the western world and civilized countries, where most of the women are civilized and can reason with their brains, approaching a woman on the street is not out of the ordinary. Women will welcome a guy who approaches them on the street as long as the approach was respectful and the guy is someone they like.

To the contrary, when it comes to African women, particularly Nigerian women, approaching women on the street is detested. Many women will actually disrespect, ignore, and in extreme cases rain abuses on a guy who approaches them on the street. They will rebuff the man even if he is the kind of guy they like and was respectful. They do so because most Nigerian women do not reason and act by hard line rules, even if the rules make no sense and are illogical. In their coconut head, the act of approaching a woman on the street is wrong, and so that man should be rebuffed under all circumstances.

At the end of the day, Nigerian women should realize that the best thing that can happen to you may come from the street, for you never know when God may bless you with the man of your dreams. This applies to men, too. Don't wait till you are in church to approach a woman you like.

PoliticsRe: US Freezes Nigerian Embassy’s Accounts Over Money Laundering by Princek12(m):
I welcome this news. As usual, the illiterates and the benighted in this thread will say that a $50K cash withdrawal and a $3.6 million wire in one month is not a lot of money and that the USA should raise no alarm and should not freeze Nigeria's account over such "small" sums. I vehemently disagree. I not only support the move but I also commend the United States for exposing how our government officials are laundering our money through the Nigerian Embassy's accounts.

The issue, however, is not whether the withdrawal or transfer was large or small, but whether there are justifications for such transfers and cash withdrawals.

A cash withdrawal of that extent is usually indicative of terrorism, money laundering, or fraudulent activities. There is no practical reason, at least in the United States, to withdraw $50K in cash, given that the United States is a cashless society.

This freeze at least exposes the manner in which our government officials spend our money like it is their inheritance, and I am glad we got to hear about it. I won't be surprised if the $50K was intended for use on strippers at the strip club. Who knows.

andyanders: @Princek12

You call blood covenant " Useless Covenant"? Go and get your won blood covenant and call it useless.
A blood covenant that was performed in a living room, without the presence of a spiritualist and devoid of a recital of a severe punishment in the event there is a breach, is not only useless but a joke.
RomanceRe: Dumped After Blood Covenant And Abortions by Princek12(m): 2:31pm On Jun 14, 2012
andyanders: [b]Young lady, I have taken my time to digest this horrible issue and would want to thank you for not braking up the covenant you had with this guy. It's also not right for having to go through a fetish and horrible issue like blood covenant as this is the worst thing you did for your entire life as you and the guy is under a big curse. You also have committed murder through abortion. Abortion can be forgiven but that of blood covenant, you and the guy need only DELIVERANCE to get separated.
Your story is like a friend of mine who had same kind of blood covenant with a lady friend of us.In short, all us were school mates and later we got work in same bank. The guy and the lady later put money together and the guy left for USA for further studies. When he got there, he just abandoned this girl at home and started a relation with another lady in the US. This girl was in Nigeria waiting on the guy and the guy cut off communication with her and now went ahead to marry an American lady after his post graduate program and was one of the best graduating student from Alabama A&M. I was then in Atlanta when a friend of mine in NY called me that the guy went mad after the marriage.

To further cut the story short, he was sent back to Nigeria and he is still mad till date after having his masters.

So, I suggest that you go to Synagogue Church of Nations for deliverance, if not you are in TOTAL Bondage with the guy and cannot run away form him even if he goes ahead to marry the lady or you to marry another man

Which useless covenant did they have?
RomanceRe: Dumped After Blood Covenant And Abortions by Princek12(m): 11:58am On Jun 14, 2012
Let me break it down to you girl. That man deceived you and tricked you into being faithful to him while he sleeps around with other women. He achieved this by making you do some useless, inconsequential blood covenant in your living room. He knew that the look of sacredness of the blood covenant will prompt you to be faithful to him.

The blood covenant, however, is toothless because it was improperly performed. If he wanted a real covenant, he would have had a herbalist or a witch doctor perform the blood covenant, where an appropriate and deserving curse would be placed on the party who breaches the terms of the covenant. Examples of deserving curses are becoming mad, premature death, being a beggar for one's life, or becoming blind. Other curses are that the God of Thunder should strike the breaching party with thunder, or that the seas should drown the breaching party (make thunder strike am, or make water carry am go, as it is said in the villages).

Here, it appears that you guys just drank each other's blood in your living room without the presence of witch doctors and demons. Sango, Obatala, and other gods were not invoked to punish the breaching party. He has played you with a fake covenant, which was selfishly performed to subordinate you to him. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Karma will catch up with him.

Men work hard so that they can be the boss. You have to pay the cost to be the boss, and part of the cost is working hard. That is why women, most of whom depend on men, are our servants.

I will rather work hard so that I can keep my birth right, which is to be the boss. I don't mind spending loads of money on my woman, as long as she recognizes that I am the boss and that my needs are met. She has to provide fresh punny day in and day out, and she has to cook, clean, and look sexy. Failure to do so will lead to her immediate dismissal.

RomanceRe: He Was Driving A Benz, But I Turned Him Down..... by Princek12(m): 1:23pm On Jun 01, 2012
Referring to the car as "Benz" is too vague. If you know, what was the year and model of the "Benz?" For argument sake, the car may have been a 2001 E Class Mercedez Benz, which is probably cheaper than a 2012 Toyota Camry.

To focus on just the manufacturer of the car the guy was driving, as in by saying he was driving a "Benz" without reference to the year or at least the model, speaks to your lack of exposure and your fixation on brand names without giving due deference to the year and model of the car.

Would you have created this thread had the guy drove a 2012 Toyota Camry? And I am sure you would have created this thread had the guy drove a 2000 G-wagon.
