I feel your pains. It is not easy to be skinny, most especially for the guys. At least if a girl is skinny, she can simply say she is a "super model" but for guy, you no fit escape ooh. That said, i have seen guys who are extremely skinny but exude some form of "charming" personality and self-confidence that one can help but wonder this origin of such attributes. To get flywheels, you can go to a nearby mechanic shed or where car spare-parts are being sold. Then to construct a good bench, you can go to a carpenter who knows his onions and tell him what you want. Then for the dumbbells, you can solder two crankshafts together(work of a welder) or you can as well buy a pair of chrome-steel dumbbells weighing 20kg each. Having your own locally made gym is far better than those gym membership crap. Endless access to pump those irons at anytime of the day. |

Of recent, i have met quite a handful of guys at gyms and when i ask the question "why do you do what do " they give me very funny answers like I want to make girls drool over me.
