She doesn't call often, like twice or three times every year for the past 10 years. So it's not like we're in continuous contact. But anytime she does call it ends in tears. It's the tears I can't stand.

She's currently separated from her husband (about a year now, nothing to do with me). And no I'm not enjoying the attention if not I wouldn't have brought the matter here in the first place.

How do you deal with an ex who keeps calling you from time to time and crying on the phone? It's been 10 years. She's now married yet she still calls once in a while and at first all is cheerful and normal gisting, next thing she starts bringing up our past relationship and starts to cry. I've told her she's married now and all that is in the past but it doesn't seem to help. I deleted her number from my phone but for some reason I haven't been able to block her cos I'm worried she might need my help or something urgent. I'm not interested in getting back with her in any way but I'm still worried about her. Why wouldn't she have moved on after all this while?

Medicine is a terrible career choice.

This doctor was described as a TOP NHS doctor. She had probably performed many amazing feats and saved many lives.

One mistake now and even those who can never smell her level are insulting her and calling her a quack and worse.

Medical doctors be careful! Practice defensive medicine! Your patients don't give a damn! Why should you?

You have a urinary tract infection. Go to the lab tomorrow and do a urinalysis. It will probably come out protein +. Go to the doctor and get a good antibiotic, take it for 7 days. The early morning "sweeties" will stop.

You're not ready for this relationship. If you're not comfortable with this guy then let him go. Don't let him or anyone else bamboozle you into doing what you don't want to do. When you're ready for a committed relationship with the right guy you will know.

P. S just because a guy is well behaved or promising you marriage doesn't mean he is the one for you. You left him as a friend for 4 years before taking an interest in him. It's obvious you don't like him like that.

This is simply a spoilt child being raised in a dysfunctional family setting. The mom isn't doing her job as a parent to correct, restrain and guide him. If left alone he will grow to be another asshole male.

You can tell her what you think about his behavior, maybe that will make her to sit up. Depending on how close you are to their family circle you can correct the boy yourself whenever you're around. It helps.

I have a cousin in a similar situation only she has a daughter not a son. Very badly behaved. My aunt found out and asked that they come visiting every weekend. My aunt is the stern type. This girl behaves like an angel at my aunts house but turns to a monster as soon as she sees her mom. We've advised her that she's the problem, she has not set herself as a good authority figure for the child. And now she's working on it.
