Bro should just bro the bro! |
masterflowx:Lol.hahahahahaha |
One can say Covid-19 is already in communities,... If you had cold, catarrh, cough, sore throat and fever in recent times, especially from June it probably was covid-19. Somehow it's like most people's systems have grown immunity against it. Concentration should be on the vulnerable e.g. old people, already ill ones etc. All these restrictions are only shutting the economy while the people at the community level and at all other levels don't obey the simple guidelines. |
'The Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta, noted that the commission had, in the interest of the consumers and other stakeholders, revised the determination previously issued by removing the Price Floor and the Cap to allow the MNOs and the banks negotiate rates that will be mutually beneficial to all parties concerned.' The last paragraph (quoted above) clearly gives the banks and telcos all the powers they need to decide new USSD tariffs, whether they will favour the customers or not, because both telcos and banks won't go below initial rates,no matter the competition. |
popsy2:This should be a simple case to prove. Except if the accuser has left out some details. If the guest house does not belong to the accused but is rather a public place then witnesses won't be far! |

Any lockdown that is not the entire city or town will amount to exercise in futility. People will keep using different routes to cross. |
MrSensor:Hahaha Why he no dive catch one? Make dolphin carry am enter bottom of sea ,hahahah |
uwa244:I think the money has to cover all those on the payroll of those health facilities otherwise the other arm of the workforce (e.g. JOHESU) will likewise down tools, which Will hinder progress. Besides all of them are exposed to the hazards, although at varying degrees. |
Read in-between the lines. There are coded messages...,from the suggestion and question by the former CBN governor SLS to the response by Vice President YO! This country needs God's intervention AQAP. |
No progress in state of rancour. |
Power This sector in Nigeria has been caged and refused growth and when it will usher Nigeria into uninterrupted supply with efficiency is yet known! Sad |
Let me wait here for those who will argue for and against! |
- Herdsmen/unknown gunmen militia - Bandits - Kidnappers - Free moving cattle herders that encroach into farmlands without remorse Without addressing the above any agricultural programme across Nigeria is bound to face serious challenge. The security situation in the country MUST be addressed for there to be any meaningful progress. |
EVILFOREST:You will not understand. They are overwhelmed in the situation. Economically, politically and other developmental aspects they have been dislodged. Passed the natives yesterday morning at past 8am enroute a town in same Kaduna, saw the men with hunter den guns, probably trying to launch search or defence. Now what can mare den guns and machetes do to men wielding AK47? It's pathetic. |
You are good! |

Firstly,it's obvious from what you narrated that you are a good person, you may not be perfect but any reasonable person reading your post can tell, at least you accepted clearly that sometimes you are the wrong one, it's sign of honesty. You are commended for that and please keep it up because that is who you are and probably trained to be and it must have been helping you even without you knowing, perhaps if you had assumed a part that is not you just in reaction to what you are facing the result you may not want. Secondly, try not to conclude based on what you will read on this platform cause events in recent years have seen a lot of members here reasoning like kids, don't be surprised how you will be bashed and even have the topic derailed, this is Nairaland. While it's good getting feelers here you will require special relationship counseling, to guide you on what to do and how to do it. Such I believe will lead to a good way of you and your husband having sessions. From what you narrated it is not difficult to figure out things that are almost absolutely true, judging by the way most of us Nigerian men were raised. It's difficult for women of this generation because this generation is the information age and the period of the transition - meaning men having no choice but to accord women respect and accept equality in rights. Prior to this generation the world was believed to be for men. Women didn't have much rights or say,and we grew up seeing all that. It was girls' duty to sweep, cook, wash plates etc. All the boys did was go to farm, which the girls still accompanied. But about three to four decades ago information started filtering in and from year 2000 when GSM came and internet became more readily available source of information the narrative began to change. So madam, your husband right now has the I am the man type of ego deeply rooted in him, if you try to change that with confrontation it won't work. If you try to be the one to talk him out of it,still it won't work. He needs get in touch with someone that can make him adjust. Try and find such relationship counselors around you. Again, please even if it is to borrow and be paying small small, restore your beauty, dress good, smell good. It is the first and last physical effort to keep in that marriage. Don't just be anyhow cause you have kids already and there's no money, you will irritate him and he will never accept that you are like that because of your sacrifices for the family. He may be mad that you used money to buy clothes and shoes for yourself, but madam don't ever let that move you. A lot to type but time and space won't let me. Just know that your marriage will work when two of you work thrash out issues, but he sure has some changes to make, like thanking you when it's necessary and all that. All the best. |
Jullima:All I can say is that you are almost 100% correct when you say that is the description of an average Nigerian man, I may just add as a man that the description above is for quite a very large number of men. Truly. |
steveneche:Choose wisdom today. Collect that N5M, out of it N1M can get you FG job that pays above N100k with enough job security and opportunity to have a career, and side business as well as landed property and a small car to run around self (one u can register opay for side hustle). You collect N100k job and after 6months or 1 year they tell you they are retrenching due to recession and you happen to not meet requirement for you to be retained. He couldn't be his brother and won't be. Collect the money and chart his own course too. |
ikorodureporta:Sins don't reach God please. God abhors sin in all its forms because of His holiness. It is those affected that cry to God for vengeance. |
Millenniumlady:Your postulation is not totally true. You will be a mother too (that is if you aren't one already) and your son should be close to you. What every lady intending to marry should ensure is marrying a man that loves and respects her and who has mind of his own, cause some men get directions from their friends. |
From your narrative she isn't having his child,.. So is she pregnant for him yet? Marriage of October 2019 embroiled in drama because of this reason that shouldn't have been in first place. Thank God your friend works, if she wasn't the desperate one that rushed that man into marry him, she should leave the man. It's obvious his beating her has just begun, it is likely going to get worse as days and years go by and by then she could have been deeper in it. Our craze to be married in this part of the world robs us of fulfilling life and funny thing is that when you take your mind off marriage, work more on yourself, have fun, build class you will see the one that will treat you with some respect at least. |
Rashidi Yekini gave us happy memories. Those days all young boys on the pitch wanted to be strikers like Yekini! One of my fondest goals I received arial pass with chest, ball bounced in fine control, noded past my opponent (defender),pushed it a little further with my right foot and rammed powerful shot past the goalkeeper, it was a sweet goal. I had seen exact move from Yekini. |

Herdsmen, bandits and kidnappers should be tackled first, else insecurity will ruin this season and plunge Nigeria into hunger crisis. |
Play play Play play The thing don wear cover shoe, knot tie join. Nigerians, let's brace ourselves, the shit yaff hit the ceiling fan. No be joke again o. Stay safe. If u must go out pls obey the guidelines o. May we all emerge alive and unscathed. |
Everyone dies and all left are consequences of actions taken. To his creator he gives account. May God help us. |
Inside life. Earthly power, everything is vanity. Abba Kyari this, Abba Kyari that and in just a moment all is silence...He is now only remembered for his actions, whether good or bad. Same fate awaits everyone, no one lives forever. Fear God! |

The guy shouting "oga throw a net now............... If I dive I go catch one" probably does know a size of the dolphin sef.
......Ladies never you marry a guy that's so close to his mum if you want a successful marriage.
