I was married 2018 and I stayed in abuja while my wife stay in ogun state due to job, so in August 2019 she got pregnant and in March 2020 surgery was done in order to bring out the baby due to her increase bp cos we could not wait for her to give birth in May as a result of increase blood pressure.

The surgery was successful and d baby was put in incubator but after 5 days d baby died.

So in June I went to doctor for check up and tests were carried out i.e semen analysis, testosterone analysis, urinalysis and uric msc. It was confirmed I was having a very low sperm count of just 2.8 million sperm count instead of anything from 15-20 million that can fertilize an egg to b able to get pregnant.

I don't understand why a man will be treated for infertility just 2 months after his wife gave birth.

You are not supposed to connect your freezer to a stabilizer while your Gen is on. That was the mistake u made. Next time, plug the freezer directly and not through a stabilizer.

I have use generator for 15years, that incident was caused by the charger, they are some fake charger you plug to an extension there will be a bridge of current between the extension and the charger, immediately you plug the charger the Gen will be jerking like a girl that wants to cum, just troway that charger, another that causes that is when NEPA and gen collide. I have a girlfriend I am meaning to propose to during the festive period, she's everything I want in a woman except few exception which might be a hindrance to the proposal.
Gist is, my babe is a graduate but lack of work made her to learn fashion designing, she's done with the training and she's very good with what she does.

After marriage, I have told her that I'll assist in her business, I'm planning to get a bigger shop space for her and equip it with modern day machines, tools and tailoring materials goods to help make her work lucrative. I'm budgeting about 1.2-1.5m for this.

The issue now is that, 3 days ago, I asked her what her role would be if eventually after marriage she gets the shop, equipments and all, where she would come in in terms of responsibilities in the house. So many thoughts came through my mind. One of it was that, where the proceeds of her investment would be going to if I should shoulder all the responsibilities in the house knowing fully well that she makes money.

I rang my mum and told her of her response, I was shocked that she backed her saying that I shouldn't have asked her to foot anything in the house that it was my sole responsibility as a man to cater for my family my wife inclusive. My dad too, same thing. Even told my gf mum about it too , she giggled and said I shouldn't have asked her n that it's my duty to provide for my family. They all sounded foreign to me. Or am I the one not understanding?

My question now is, why invest that kind of money in her when I'm not sure of getting little or nothing in terms in return help to run the family. That sum of money could get me 4 brand new bikes and 2 neatly used Keke Napep for transportation business. I'm sure I'll be getting returns from these investment weekly or monthly basis.

I don't want who wouldn't have any sense of responsibility at home after investing in her, even if she's covering 10% or 5% I wouldn't mind. Mere helping doesn't go down well with me, she might have and decide not to give out. I rather not invest at all and expect nothing from her.

I don't know if I'm the one over thinking this things or my parent and her mum aren't seeing things from my perspective or am I being inconsiderate?

Following the abduction of hundreds of boarding school students in Dankara, Katsina State, BBC Hausa spoke to a schoolgirl who survived the abduction on Friday.

The student, who was asked by the BBC for his parents' consent before the interview, said that on Friday night after returning from school around 9:30, they heard gunshots fired in the air, and later noticed that even the attackers entered the school.

He said:"Everyone came out and we ran up the wall. After we climbed the wall they used to light our lights and tell us to come back."

According to the student, it was then that they turned around and returned, thinking that the men were security officers, but later realized that they were not.

"After we were taken into the forest, one of them ordered us to stop and count our belongings before continuing our journey," said the young man, whose name was withheld.

He said that when they were counted, it was found that they were 520 in number.

"We kept walking in the bush, we were being pushed and beaten, we spent the night walking, 30 minutes before dawn we were told to go to bed and rest," he said.

How did you survive?
The student told BBC Hausa: "After they sat us down I leaned back a little. I found the side of a tree and I turned my back on them. I lay down and straightened my legs."

"After everyone left, I came crawling and looking until I entered the city," he said.

He said even if God helps a person to escape from the hands of the people you do not know where to go because only the forest can be seen, so only God saved him from their hands, as he said.

The student made the remarks as authorities said local security forces were hunting down the gunmen in an effort to rescue the other abducted students.

Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari said 333 students were still being held by the militants.

Garba Shehu, a spokesman for the Nigerian president, told the BBC that several children had fled, saying only 10 children had escaped.

According to him, the children who escaped from the hands of the attackers said only 10 children were in the hands of thieves and the number of students identified by the school teachers.

"Some of the children who fled the bush said that 10 children were being held hostage by the gunmen," he said.

However, President Buhari has been criticized by locals who say he should have gone to Kankara himself to see what happened instead of sending government officials since he was in Katsina State.

Instead of concentrating on what the applicant most likely has to offer based on his CV and how he answers the interview questions thrown at him, they will focus on looks and be asking irrelevant questions... So when a person has dark lips, automatically he's a smoker? In saner climes, job applicants go to interviews with dreadlocks, tattoos etc and the interviewers are not usually bothered about all that but instead, focus on the likely personality the person has.
