Instead for the PDP to start telling Nigeria how they intend to change the country, they are busy thrashing the image of Buhari. Calling someone ugly doesn't make you beautiful. This is one of the reasons PDP lost. Imagine AIT doing a dirty documentary on Tinubu.
Information warfare does backfire.
PDP, tell the country your manifesto; your economic, infrastructural and social welfare & justice plans. Sensible people are not buying these junks. The APC legalised such in the run up to 2015. Calumny is now legal campaign tender. |

Quality attracts quality. If you want to experience a great relationship go through the rigors of personal development. Read books, gain knowledge, develop a skill, be a person of values. In that process you become a proper judge of character and it won't be hard to identify the right partner when he or she comes along.
What this lady experced is typical of application without information. What she thought was love was lust so she kept on a series of errors. I don't know of anyone who was born with success software factory fitted at birth. We must all learn. But wisdom is in simulation before execution. Unfortunately young people lose even more social skills to social media. In those days only experts, success stories were published. Today's airwaves are filled with failures like her so the opportunity to learn is even more scarce. |

Tecno66: These combination of ex Arsenal players will show good commitment to succeed but I dont think Arsenal has time for experimentation. We need trusted hands like the German national team coach who I learnt may leave the German team after the world cup. He's been in national team circles too long. May not adapt to the rigors of weekly matches quickly enough to make an instant impact Arsenal requires. Arsenal needs a man that will hit the ground running with results. If there is a lag in results the whole thing could unravel quickly and depression engulfs the club. They need a flash coach to start with even if the person is temporary and doesn't last more than a season. But someone who can get them winning again almost instantly. That person must be very experienced and have first hand knowledge of the english game and premiership opposing teams. |

He won't be executed immediately.

olaolaking: I am an arsenal fans. The only arsenal fans that will be happy are the ones that don't know arsenal. They are the ones that joined arsenal probably 10 years ago.
Arsene Wenger is a genius. He does everything for the club. People only see the performance on the field. He does many this underground. From the branding to the packaging to the finance to the marketing and so on. No coach in the world does that.
Arsenal board constitutes high profile people with good education, good exposure, good management skills. But they refuse to fire the man. Why? Because they see more than everyone.
In reality Arsenal will struggle after Wenger's departure. This shows you only recently started watching football. Because if you know your game well you will know how many years a soccer coach needs to stay at a club before his presence and personality begins to damage the club even if continues to win trophies. For example if Sir Alex had retired five years earlier, United wilĺl be better settled by now. United will need several more years to unravel the past and recondition the club to a new post Ferguson philisophy. Just like the social disasters that await countries under long running dictatorships e.g, Libya, Congo, Iraq, Cote D'Ivorie. The big, big difference with Arsenal is that Wengers philisophy has unraveled as far back as ten years ago. It has gotten so bad at this point that the once rigid proponent of the 442 system cannot stick with a formation and pattern of play from game to game. The once highly rated player developer cannot sign half decent potential players and the once envied stalwart of youth soccer is buying established 29 year olds for club record fees. This looks like a drowning man struggling to survive. The confusion of ĺong term philisophies at cross roads IS NOT SOMETHING A CLUB WILL TAKE TIME TO RECOVER FROM. In short, Wenger is leaving the club exactly where he met it 22 years ago, out of Europe, languishing in upper mid table, out of Europe and with a a footballing department in a mini crises. Even a half decent donkey will make instant impact. Now don't get me wrong. I am not saying next season they will beat all comers and win the champions league but they stand a chancr of competing with the right coach and at least 2013 version of 'how to play the modern game'. Haba. Wenger has nothing on Arsenal. He failed to read the signs and overestimated his competencies towards the end. As sad as seeing the over-the-hill 'General ' Alessandro Nesta of the famed Milan side crawling at the ankles of a young, fleet footed Lionel Messi. |

This is a man that between when he was overthrown in 1983 to when he was elected in 2015 represented his longest petiod out of government. He has spent his entire lifetime in government and government alone. Military administrator, Minister and now two time President. That is he has never had the privilege of earning an income 'face to face' with Nigerians. Nigeria has paid his bills all his life so he is in no moral position to tell who is lazy or not.
It is HIS TYPE OF MINDSET THAT CANNOT SEE THE POTENTIALS IN THE YOUTH BECAUSE OF OIL. because he has never earned a penny by enterprise. That is why his primary meeting in London was with Shell. It is he not the youth that cannot see beyond oil. Why is his meetings not about youth empowerment, youth education, youth transformation. No. It is oil he is interested in.
The day the oil runs out, he and his type will see the value in human capital and pursue the youth to uplift them as real agents of sustainable development.
I am just fed up of criticising this government. I didn't expect much. I knew they were not the solution. It is Nigerians who should be blamed for not demanding the right things from this democratic experience. Only restructuring will unlock the potentials of our youth and put an end to these sick and sorry comments by our so called leaders. |

Jones4190: President Buhari is just too blunt....
Now let's look at these established findings;
1) Do you know that over 65 million youths are illiterates in Nigeria – UNESCO, 2017
2) Nigeria also leads in the world's uneducated children - Newsweek, 2017
Nigeria has 'largest number of children out-of-school' in the world - BBC, 2017
Fact check; You can hate Buhari, but the truth is that he stated the obvious and again, what is already known around the world. You should understand by now that PMB is not like any typical politician and because of that, he says things the way they are. He is just honest to a fault. It may not be diplomatically okay considering the environment of such communication. Excuse me sir. In 3 years what has your Buhari done about the statistic. What is the point in stating it then. If not the inferior complex that engulfs him whenever he steps out of the country. What was the game plan in saying it. What. |

I'm not a fan of Buhari at the moment, though i voted for him in the last general elections. In Rotary we talk about the 4 Way Tests of the things we say, think or do. I am hearing right now again and again on a radio show and it is just as bad as it is. Forget politics please. He clearly said so. This is very insensitive. If you want to criticise a set of people do so constructively because he is the cook who is expected to make the meal. He is expected to 'make' people, to motivate them, to build them. That is what leadership entails. It is like a man wjo goes to a kids birthday party and before all other families you declare your own kids as lazy and ignorant. Hello, is that not bad parenting on display there. You simply have indicted yourself. |

Car Talk › Re: Using Car Engine For Generator by Reference(m): 9:01am On Apr 20, 2018 |
tahoe: Possible but the car engine will die in a short period because car engines were not designed to work 100% all the time Do generators work all of the time, certainly not. The general rule is the smaller the engine and the lighter the fuel, the shorter the run time. So for small gasoline, air cooled engines, I will recommend not operaying the engine beyond 4 hours at a strech if thr engine is to endure the three year optimal service ceiling. For water cooled engines this can be extended to perhaps 6 hours between breaks. For more sophisticated systems with heat sumps and heat exchangers some gasoline engines can run up to 18 hours at a stretch optimally. For extended times it is better to go for 'thicker skinned or metal alloyed engines which means denser fuels such as diesel or black oil. All these are on the premise that the engines are piston powered. So yes I believe it is possible but maintanance costs will be high and obviously highthe issue of cooling must be sorted out as vehicle engines have the distinctive advantage of flowing air to cool the radiator. |

That is your mind and your body that supports it. A purposeful ready to use vessel will not accomodate such. It is not a question of law. True believers and those who love God go beyond the law. Politics › Re: Many Ministers Absent As Osinbajo Presides Over FEC by Reference(m): 5:08pm On Apr 18, 2018 |
Pojomojo: As shared by Adetutu Balogun @Tutsy22
2. To start with, Number 4, Oyikan Abayomi (formerly Queens) Drive, Ikoyi, A 5- bedroom detached house on one acre of land which was originally the Lagos State Governor’s Guest House since 1973, now belongs to a former Governor of the state, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
3. The certificate of occupancy of the property, valued at N450 million, was signed and released to him by his successor, Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN), in 2007 shortly after he assumed office.
4. It might be difficult to come to terms with the fact that whenever someone in Lagos begins to wonder where their 4th mainland bridge went or what was the fate of the pipe-borne water project or even where the schools and hospitals had vanished to, there is a silence.
5. The largest landlord in Lagos has done as he has pleased and the rest of the state just has to deal with it.
6. Tinubu’s residence at 26 Bourdillion Road, Ikoyi was initially falsely PRESENTED as Oando Plc Guest House. Later, he purportedly bought it from Oando and used public funds to rebuild and renovate it.
7. The Lagos State Government bought the property and paid an undisclosed sum to him and thereafter gave the property back to him under the bogus pension bill he signed into law shortly before he left office in 2007. The property is worth over N600 million.
8. The annex of the Lagos State Guest House in Asokoro, Abuja was bought by the State Government in 2006 for N450 million, purportedly to protect the main house from security breach.
9. Shortly after Tinubu left office, the property was transferred to him under the pension plan he signed into law before leaving office.
10. The 250-hectares of land valued at about N35 billion and strategically located at the Ajah junction on Lekki Road was initially meant for a General Hospital for the people of Eti-Osa Local Government
11. but was acquired by Tinubu and handed over to Trojan Estate Limited – a company owned by Deji and Wale Tinubu – to develop as Royal Garden Housing Estate at the expense of the taxpayers of Lagos.
12. The 1,000 hectares of land valued at about N75 billion located at Lakowe, near Abijo at Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area and given to Lekki Concession Company, which is partly owned by Tinubu and Fashola, is being developed as golf course and housing estate.
13. The prime land of 157 hectares with 2.5km of Atlantic beachfront, valued at about N10 billion was [i “taken”[/i] by Tinubu from the communities of Siriwon, Igbekodo, Apakin, etc in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area
14. and given to Ibukun Fakeye-his crony to build a golf course and luxury villa with little or no compensation to villagers. In addition, Tinubu paid $20 million (N3 billion) out of public treasury to Ibukun Fakeye to commence the project in late 2006.
15. The 14 hectares Parkview Ikoyi Estate foreshore land reclaimed by the Lagos State Government is now owned by Tinubu. While in office, he allocated to himself the former Strabag Yard beside the Lagos State secretariat at Alausa, Ikeja.
16. The property has now been developed into a SHOPPING mall as big as the Palms in Lekki. This is public property brazenly stolen and now owned by Tinubu, aided by Fashola.
17. The choice property at Lekki-Epe Road on which he built and owns the multi-billion Naira Oriental HOTEL AND the extension of multi-storey car park beside it is also a story of the misrule of Lagos State.
18. Also, the multi-level recreation centre by Mobil Oniru Estate on Lekki-Epe road jointly owned with ARM and Tunji Olowolafe. All these assets valued at over N25 billion were obtained without paying a kobo to the Lagos State Government.
19. Tinubu raised a loan of N4.7 billion on Eko Akete project for which nothing was achieved before he turned around to sell the property to his Chagouri friends of Chagouri & Chagouri and Hitech Construction Ltd at a ridiculously low price at the expense of taxpayers of Lagos
20. Tinubu applied to personally purchase the Federal Secretariat building while in office. When he couldn’t get to buy it, he directed Fashola to stop the eventual owner of the complex from developing it.
21. Several other buyers of Federal Government properties and developers of properties in Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Government Reservation Area in Ikeja were forced to succumb to the outrageous demand of Tinubu, Fashola and other officials of the state government.
22. The Critical Care Unit of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital in IKeja, built and equipped with state funds, is now owned personally by Tinubu. He has put ONE Dr. Sikiru Tinubu (a supposed cousin of his) to run the outfit.
23. It is run as a private unit & the proceeds are pocketed by the duo. The unit charges its users exorbitantly and most Lagosians can afford to pay its high charges. Much of the revenue is derived from fees paid by the State Govt for patients referred there by its General Hospitals.
24. Several prominent Nigerians in the Judiciary, Police, the Independent National Electoral Commission and other sensitive agencies have obtained prime land from Tinubu and then Governor Fashola over the years without paying a kobo.
25. Many of them had turned around to sell the land at substantial profit. Many top officials in Police, INEC and the Judiciary who participated in the 2003 and 2007 elections in states where Tinubu has interest were compromised with parcels of free prime Lagos land and cash.
26. If the Lagos State Land’s Bureau could publish d names & identities of beneficiaries of land allotees from 2000 to date, d scandal that will result is better imagined. Gbenga Ashafa, now a senator & Mrs. Awofisayo were d conduits thru which these acts were being perpetrated.
let that sink for a moment. Then ask yourself if APC SHOULD BE VOTED BACK His and his peoples cup of tea. He should just steer clear of my holdings in Lekki. |
