And instead of men of goodwill to condemn things like this they keep quiet and bear the brunt of the law that spares the pervert and punishes the victim, yes the man of weak will. |
The perversion of society is going full steam ahead. The audio visual assault on men of weak minds and dark hearts will result in nothing more than increased sex.ual crimes against the very women that set the ball rolling. |
hmmm...and Arsene Wenger will be rewarded with a 50 year contract extension. |
and she let him walk out the door with fake news loaded. What if he returned with an AR-15. |
Nice. Good one. |
One is a necessity to the people, the other a necessity to the state. I prefer people centric investments so the transport hub offers far more socio-economic traction so cannot be termed a white elephant. Also the continuity in investments in infrastructure in Lagos over the years makes any additions look more objective than the spot investments in Akwa-Ibom which is proven to be unsustainable. Uyo has a lot of semi-completed and abandoned projects the present government has not moved on. That is the definition of white elephant, unsustainable. |
Buy a pump for yourself and instal it. It is your property and an asset. When you eventually leave, take it with you. You lose nothing. They lose. There is nothing like liberty and it is something I always crave for. |
maxwell530:Madrid cannot defend, just like Barca. Scoring against them is routine. Ask reliable punters. I was surprised Juventus couldn't get at least a goal. I guess the Dybala red card ended that. What I am saying is that an audacious act like that against a well oiled, defensively reknowned and competent team who prior to that match had a solid home record of wins and clean sheets is significant. I know the Juventus backline is aging but tradition is tradition, Italian teams donot give goals away, spanish teams do. |
holuphisayor:This is what I say. Comparing apples and oranges. How do you compare a Juventus v Real Madrid match to a Galatasaray or England match Some even say Brazil v Australia, haba. How many clean sheets has Gala in the Champions league. Have they even ever reached the quarter finals and how did they fare. People who know football know that a decade ago before the duo of Messi and Ronaldo came the knock out stage of the Champions league was fraught with dull draws and many games going to penalties. When last did you see that. You must acknowledge that the duo have raised the bar to such a level that most teams today play without a defensive strategy because it is just useless. Mourinho is the last of the old era managers who believe in segmented soccer strategy. All the younger coaches play total football. What you saw yesterday was one of the reasons the champions league has become a box draw. Spectacular displays. And it will be a total disservice to compare the circumstances to that of local league competitions and national team qualifiers. Do it at the quater finals of the world cup against a german or french team and that is a worthy comparison. Bicycle kicks are not new. They were the signatures of Pele and Mario Kempes after him. And when it comes to spectacular, the best goals I have ever seen were scored by another Real Madrid legend, the great Hugo Sanchez and he did the spectacular even more routinely than Ibrahimovic. They just did not happen at such a high level. Once more. To do that against a legendary defensive side in Juvemtus at their home ground in the finals of the champions league is truly special. |
Nairalanddist:Oga, I don't do personalities but there is something about exhibiting such wonderful skill and artistry against a side such as Juventus who are rightly serial finalists at a stadium they had gone undefeated for so long and against a defence renowned for its frugality. Please this is not the England national team, it is Juventus, at home in the quarter finals of the best football competition on earth outside the world cup finals. It is not only about what and how but more importantly when and where. You will probably not see such happen in such a setting again in your lifetime. And believe me I have been watching football for a while. |
Abeg they shouldn't embarass Juventus at home. Abeg Juventus is a big team with credible pedigree. |
Incredible....undescribable .... unbelievable. .... |
legitimatefrank1:After all the Bill Gates drama you like the Federal Government and most Nigerians remain stubborn to the fact that education not land, houses and cars is the way to go. Sorry. |
That is why you should marry a quality woman and not just any Jane Doe. But men are scared of quality. They prefer women of cheap, easy, mean virtues because they are readily maleable and 'control able'. Thus is the result. If they are not messinvuo with their pastors, they mess up with their bosses, helps and so on. |
If it not true then go to court to clear your name. Do you expect me to believe what you say. |
May the Lord be with them. |
GavelSlam:May be true but I hope you will hold this view universally and at all times after this government you support is done and gone. |
Is Reno the PDP. If the opposition PDP is not alive to these things then forget it. Reno cannot by himself ensure good governance. |
Once the military loses the trust of the people it is curtains for the unity of this country. The law simply breaks down. |
Then Bruce should come up with alternatives to ending this tragedy. What he fails to realise like most Nigerians do is chasing after individuals at the expense of institutions, systems and in this case creeds. Yes, they are terrorists who should not be ordinaroly talked to but more importantly they represent an institution which fights an insurgent war backed by fundamentalist ideology. Such cannot be defeated by the very violence they thrive in. To beat a pig in a mud pit is possible but very dire. And humanity simply cannotuse hostages of the most vulnerable kind as pawns or baits to do that. Whether the senator likes it or not, the military has maxed out oits competencies and capabilities against this insurgent group and any further stretching of these capabilities will lead to the breakdown of the military as an institution itself. Every conflict I know ofin history has always ended in talks. You either talk to accept your opponents defeat or talk to speak of your defeat while accepting their terms. We have a choice to open talks when our (Nigeria's) position remains viable. We have little choice. We cannot eradicate Boko Haram militarily. The only aspect of the government's position which I disagree with is the offer of amnesty. It should not be a pre condition for ceassation of violence and talks and since the group has been gazetted as an insurrection by government, the President should not hsve sole authority to offer amnesty. It should be the decision of all Nigerians through the National Assembly by debate, the Presidency pressing their own case for it. But the conflict must be de escalated and wound down. It has gone on for too long and cost too much. Enough is enough. |
Hmmm....too bad. Are herdsmen relocating to London? |
Lovely. |
lilytender:Yes, they outnumber the educated and exposed 3 to 1 so Nigeria can never get better. While the educated leave the country in droves for better opportunities abroad the ignorant remain and multiply ceaselessly and end up at the polls to vote. The joke in this viscious downward cycle is on you my friend. Gates is saying get education right and the right people will get elected in the first place. Still you resist, deflect and accuse. Your case and the rest of Nigeria remains irredeemable. Sorry. |
Women and the sexualisation of society they end up being victims of. They never learn...ever. |
Arise4Christ:It is your job as ordained by God to help him. Help him craft a vision which he obviously lacks and you are both on the way. |
That was his unfortunate mission on earth. Born to cause pain by greed and avarice. Shame. |
ShobayoEmma:So what do you want oh ignorant man. Party names and party men do not deliver dividends of democracy. It is the dynamics of power between incumbent and opposition that does. If Aregbe had a credible threat to his office he will have done better. So praying for the demise of either or both is just a kindagarten exercise. We all hate gravity but we need it to build the muscles required for our existence. Wake up and take history into proper context. Accidents are caused by poor driving and rarely poor vehicles. |
See as they sit around the floor like some IDP's or returned refugees..... |
EarthXmetahuman:It is not funny. It is tragic that Nigeria doesn't have a functional political system that will have voided these tragedies. But the government brought this upon themselves by doing everything to destroy political opposition. Talk about shooting itself in the foot. Because political power cannot exist in a vacuum and where there is no external political threat, one will be generated from within the ruling party fracturing it in the process. If the PDP and other parties remained viable it will have coalesced and solidified the APC because they will have a common threat. No external pressure means explosion. Take a baloon to space. That is real politics lost on ignorant Nigerians. |
dustmalik:Same way Jonathan was hated.... for no reason whatsoever. Can you reconcile that. |
ItsMeAboki:Same way you thought and claimed Jonathan was the problem with all Nigeria and with him gone and superman elected Nigeria will become paradise.... same thing. What was I telling folks like you before the elections. Seek my back posts. Westerners apt in the democracy game had said it. Better strong institutions than strong men. Today the strong man plays aloof on all negative matters of state while killing off the last vestages of nationalism and national institutions, all of which are firmly politicised and tribalised. |
seunmsg:Good morning. |

Media and yeye hype. When Ibrahimovic scored a bicycle kick from 32 yards from an impossible angle against England the hype was not as this normal overhead kick Ronaldo did in box 18. Madrid and ronaldo fans acting like Ronaldo just invented bicycle kick yesterday. Something that has been scored several times in football is now spectacular just because its from Ronaldo. Had Mohammed salah scored such goal, the hype won't reach this level. Fvcktards
