When authorities arrived, they engaged in a standoff with the man. He fired 40 shots before being arrested. Can you imagine that! Bravo to the officers for a good job. In some other cases, some officers are more inclined to kill a helpless suspected offender. |

Not in this case. The best they can do is to refile the case considering that it was struck out for want of diligent prosecution. Neither the petitioners nor their counsel were present in court today hence the case was struck out. The petitioners probably abandoned the case after seeing that Uiversity of Ibadan confirmed Obaseki's certificate. There is nothing to appeal here! chiefolododo: |
