So many ways to explain the development but let me pick a few

1. B4 Wedlock- Dude had time to spend in gym and exercises without much hassles from any one.
i. Exercise gave him the chiseled boy which attracted the women folks, including the conqueror (wife)
ii. While dating, lady (turned Conqueror/wife) is determined that he belongs to her and her alone, to keep, hold and use exclusively as she deems fit, to the exclusion of any other person.

2. Wedlock & Thereafter - Wife (conqueror) need to insert herself fully into and around the man. Less and less time for gym and exercise
i: New family, family increases ,thus increased responsibilities. Man have to devote more time to work and money making efforts, family demands and the exercises suffers
ii. Man have to eat more (Wife - honey u have to eat oooo! I spent so much effort to prepare the food specially for you ooo!) eat at odd hours, eat late and without exercise! The tommy growth begins
iii. Wife (conqueror) is determined to keep him to herself alone and use every legitimate means to reduce/eliminate competition. - She deliberately go about removing the '6 packs' ( refer to 1.i above). She induces more eating, less gym and less exercise

3. Dude may simply have become overwhelmed with some challenges of adulthood along with some other trumped up excuses


4. Know it or not: Women have a way to win most times

Note: Dude can get his 6packs back without failing in his family responsibilities!

Happy wedlock to the family with lots of to the little princess. She deserves all the attention and sacrifices!

1. Plead with the customer for a refund.

2. Notify your bank (Fraud Desk) of the 'erroneous transfer and request for a refund of one of the transfers.
2.a: Your bank is obligated to notify the receiving bank and request for a refund.

3. Report to the Police (If the above fails). Its unlawful conversion and stealing.

That friend is heartless.

Sometime in 2016 or 2017, a close friend (More like a brother) called me and requested for N300,000.00 loan to address some urgent issues. At that time, I only had N120,000.00. I felt for my friend because of story and the urgency he created around the whole thing. He promised to refund the money 3months later. I tried to raise the money but could only get addition N50,000.00 from a colleague. So I sent N150,000.00 to my friend (retained N20k) and apologized because i couldn't send the entire N300,000.00

Three months have since turned to years and my friend have not paid one naira in refund.

Its a serious and disappointing lesson to learn from a friend.

1. The Young man should get a good driver.
2. Learn to driver very well, continues practice will help improve your skills
3. Avoid driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
4. Do not drive when your are disturbed/troubled

Accident happens but they are preventable!

NB: You need to talk to yourself.
Try to calm down and exercise more self discipline.
