@baby124, He prays regularly and we have kids.
@pharmagba Did you read the post at all? He's the one telling me that I'm not marketable again. As per obedience and humility, don't judge please. You do not know me.
He doesn't set good example for me. He will pray, eat my food, have sex with me and still keep malice with me? Is that what the Qur'an says about religion? We've been together for 5 years and he didn't see it as a big deal. Why is it now that everything good is coming his way, he suddenly start seeing me as being a devil, not marketable and what not.
So, I'll have to pray for him to love me and do his right? Just imagine. He can't even correct me without threatening me with divorce. Is being divorced a disease?

As long as I never wish him bad and I'm trying, he should know I'll get there, but it takes time. So, i ask again, is divorce the answer?
Madam, I smell doom. Please leave that marriage. Things will only get worse. This is not to make you feel good o, but if all your claims are true then you have done absolutely nothing wrong to him or his G(g)od.

Walk away now.

flavnwokem:
I bought an Honda Odyssey 2003 with almost all the Warning lights showing, I took it to my electrician to scan and fix the problem, at the end of the day he returned the car with all the warning light off, I paid him handsomely and promised to recommend him to as many people as possible, by chance after weeks I noticed at night I still see light emitting faintly from the warning signs, had to go to another electrician who opened the dashboard display in my presence and behold, the other electrician used buds of tissue paper to block each of the bulb shinning through the dashboard indicators and in some he removed the bulbs, I told the new electrician to remove the tissue papers and replace the bulbs, behold nothing was done by the previous electrician and I had recommended him to so many people.
Warning lights can light up on your dashboard for two years and nothing go happen.

I have 4 warning lights beeming into my eyes everyday for the past 6 months and nothing do my car.

Na naija we dey. You are safe.

You sound immature though, and certainly not even ready for a serious relationship. Note, maturity is not in age. grin

How on earth would you expect your mum and dad to just let you go off with some random guy called a boyfriend? The introduction sef is disrespectful and if you were my child, let me reserve my comment. grin

You're a lady and men will only respect you when you respect yourself. Those guys who run don't run 'cause your parents are holding you down, they do so 'cause every of their moves will be accounted for since they already know your parents/would be meeting them.

You crave so much for disappearing for a long time with a guy and it's not a good thing. I am older than you by a few years, was once monitored 24/7, all movements must be accounted for and I can tell you that in my house, you don't sleep out without anyone knowing your whereabout. Of course, you can't tell my mum or oldest brother you want to go spend a night/more in a guy's house. They don't even want to hear you have a boyfriend, but they somehow knew I did when I was seeing someone. All my life, the only telling I did was when I was formerly proposed to, though, it later didn't work out. The few occasions I've had to disappear was from school for 3days even as an adult, they must not hear of it. Like 2yrs ago, my eldest bro wanted to know whom I was dating, but I refused and ignored his enquiries with smiles, telling him to leave me alone 'cause I hate disappointments. I have a self-con to myself, I have independence and I have one or two places to go to for sleepovers, but I don't bug. You can never see me outside my house by 8 for security reasons. I don't expect you to be me, but I think you're complaining about irrelevance for now. Lastly, the only man you should introduce to your parents is the one ready to marry you.
I would like to know you

you just summarize my life since I start playing virtual.......a wise man once said "if u find yourself in a pit, the best thing to do is stop digging". It's easier said than done.
My younger brother's life made me an expert in this. Trying to help him get out turned me into a psychologist of gambling. He is still swimming in it till this moment.

That's very easy to say.
This same guy has helped and loved me through my struggles and addictions....
I had the same thought with you when I was younger.
Now, I believe that love is more of a choice to accept and believe the best of imperfect people ..
People who are addicted to gambling dont amount to anything in life. They are a pain in the neck to their family members, friends, neighbours and the entire society. And many of them dont get out. They seam to stop for a while or reduce and then come back with double dose of venom. They are mostly depressed even to the point of taking their own lives. They overtime become nonentities and complete menace wherever they go. They steal, tell the biggest lies and will do anything under heaven aside legit hustle to get money for their betting spree....But there is one good news, about 2% of them after ruining and damaging so many things and possibly lives will turn a new leaf and wont go back again but is there any chance that your boyfriend is part of that 2%? I can only hope so.

If you are under the age of 25 you can still stick with him and hope he will change since you are still young and if he doesnt after few years, you can just move on with another dude. But if you are above 25, run for your life before he waste the better part of your life and by the time you discover you cant change him, Shiloh might become your next home.

Nuff said.

PS: Many people have ended up with the wrong people just because of the "He once helped me" mantra.

Well, it wasn't pun intended. I am damn serious. You should never be with someone who is addicted to anything. Dump him before its too late.

That's almost what I would do.
I remember raving mad when I found out that my guy spends heavily on betting.
I would later realize that my gragra wouldn't stop him.
I kuku left him to be, but made sure I explained that a real man is not addicted to betting. And if he'll remain my man, he has to be a real man!
I'm glad he has reduced his betting habit to a commendable level...
Reduced you say? He is hiding things from you

If he hasnt stopped totally, it hasnt reduced. Its either you are in or out.

You still have time to dump him. You deserve a better man.
Family › Re: My Sister Is On The Verge Of Making The Worst Mistake Of Her Life by saasala(m): 11:59pm On Sep 09, 2019
blackangel0403:
Hi guys, I i need your sincere advice pls.

My sister is a divorcee with two kids she is solely responsible for. Life has not been fair with her.

Finally, God brought a cute man who is based in UK her way, the man is willing to marry her and take her to the states, he has come to see our parents and also took her to see his, they have agreed to tie the nut in December this year.

The guy is currently in Nigeria and has been begging my sister to get pregnant for him, my sister knows for sure he will marry her once she is pregnant but doesn’t want to so that pregnancy doesn’t stop her from meeting other guys pending when he comes to pay her dowry. Note, they met in the club but the man still overlooked it and still proposed marriage to her.

Sincerely speaking, she wants to settle down with him but her problem is that she doesn’t want to get pregnant and stay alone all by herself pending when the man will take her and the kids to the uk, she wants to take in when she has moved to the uk, but then she is scared she might loose him before then as they are already having misunderstandings been that my sister likes hanging out with friends and going clubbing which doesn’t go well with the guy.

Now the guy is having double mind on if he can go ahead with the marriage or not, I have adviced her to take in for the man and by dec her dowry will be paid but she is adamant, pls what is the best option for her in this situation?

Take in for this guy now he is in Nigeria and secure him or wait till December and risk loosing him, note he is a very cute guy and every girls dream, my sister also is tired of life and wants to settle down, if she takes in now, by dec her pregnancy will be 3 months, she is also bothered abt wat people will say on why she took in befor she was married to the guy, my parents also especially my dad will frown at it but dey don’t know that life has not fair with her and she needs a man to call her own. Should she careless abt my parents and what people will say and take in or wait and do the proper marriage before she takes in?

She is 35 years old with two kids, no other suitor insight too.
You are a very foolish man...Mad man
