That should be pretty much advise to all these Nigerian women, not just the ones over 40. Something I have been trying to drill into their heads on NL for long. If this Nse Ikpe Etim is the one in the picture with that guy and she is 40, then fck me, she obviously practices what she preaches. She is irresistable. I would gladly smash it. She has kept herself to be able to compete with many 20-something year olds. Many other women would not and then be shouting "Men should ......" "It is shallow to like beauty" "Beauty fades it is personality that matters". So personality is what would give me a stiff! Anuofia! |
dealslip, are you still learning? ![]() https://www.nairaland.com/2230168/buharis-victory-men-made-it/4#32239458 |
If you are not a crook, how come you can afford to foot a medical bill in the US when your entire career has been a Nigerian politician? Cretin, how much were you paid as a politician that you can afford to "fly out" of the country for surgery. Dumb cretin, EFCC would be waiting for your dumbarse! |
PassingShot:The Nigerian people stop the cretin in the process. If they have given him another 4 years, the country would be worse than Somalia. That is just another failure on his CV, which is full of failures. Don't you feel a refeshing air of fresh air not to have heard that his hippo wife say anything since April. They just wanted to humiliate Nigeria by letting that foool speak. |
erico2k2:You are too dumb to even read what was written. All you wanted to vomit and was focused on was the "sense" you produced from your arsse. |
When you have an incorruptible President who shows he is out to stop corruption with his power, this is the kind of marked increase in competence you see. People would know stealing might finish them. When you have a cretin from Otuoke who believes it is normal to steal and goat should eat yam as President and he is known to use his power to aid corruption, the incompetence you see would be egregious. Every one would be out to steal. Vote for good leaders and your lives might improve. Vote for cretins like GEJ and your economy would be destroyed. You will get $1 = |
crazydove:East Anglia is a good university. It is not seen as an elite university but it is good. Aberdeen is roughly on par with it, at best, slightly better tha East Anglia. Hardly much difference between them. |
berildan:I doubt it is highly percieved as it is hardly known outside the UK. Unless the employment decision makers (HR and/or Hiring Manager) studied in the UK, they are unlikely to know if Durham is that prestigious. And a smaller proportion of top positions in Nigerian companies are dominated by people that studied abroad in their youth. Although that might change in the next 10-15 years. The corporate world there at the moment is still mainly ruled by Unilag, OAU, UI and some other Federal universities graduates. Durham's prestige is highly concentrated in the UK as it really is based on its request for high grades and its pompous culture (it has the same college system as Oxbridge), hence it attracts many upper-class kids who were not successful in getting into Oxbridge. It really does not have that strong research capability for it to get international clout and I don't see that changing anytime soon. A university tends to need research-based prestige to gain international prestige. It is not like Imperial, which since the 90s has risen meteorically as it really built a strong research capability. If you go above this post on this thread, you will see that Imperial does not really have that strong an alumni list that befits its massive profile, it is because its profile rise is really recent. I dare say, if one wants to work outside the UK (like in Nigeria) and you can't get into the Top 7 (Golden Triangle plus Edinburgh), then you are better off going to a major city university like Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Glasgow, Sheffield, Leeds, Liverpool, Cardiff etc than going to Durham because people are more likely to be aware of those names. If not by virtue of their major city hub status, it will be by virtue of their football teams. That might be changing as Durham rides high on the international league tables. Many people abroad that want to find out how good a university is would tend to look at the international league tables. Durham does not do as well in these league tables as some of these big city universities (e.g. Manchester and Bristol). So, I am afraid not many would know how prestigious Durham is in Nigeria but the few that know would give it the props it deserves. |
Previously, the Senator told SaharaTV that he made N1.4m for his first month of work holding public office. This is why this crook needs to be investigated and jailed. https://www.nairaland.com/2483533/top-3-crooks-under-gej#36388203 He is not only a crook, he is so mentally-ill he has this impulse to show off his loot online. |
You are still a Danfo driver, Fayose. We can see it in your behaviours and utterances. Ekiti people will pay dearly for their stupidity. |
Sabrwahaqqo:You are a cretinous fuuktard! I bet you are another of Mixty's classmates. So you too were taught that 250+ is the same thing as approximately 250? ![]() Mixty:You are a cretinous fuuktard! I bet you have noticed 2 things from this brief experience. 1) I can humiliate you when I feel like. 2) Why you are unemployed and unemployable. You are too dumb and easy to humiliate. ![]() The moronic fuuktard that thought a trainee accountant writing her articles is writing an essay for her company. And the cretin would say "I am a graduate". ![]() https://www.nairaland.com/2318469/growing-number-rich-comfortable-single/23#35079676 A lawyer admitted to the bar is going for a drink - 'Graduate' Mixty. ![]() |
Why are they not sacking this fuuktard? Is this not the same cretin that was telling us the Nigerian military "swung into action" and saved some chibok girls from Boko Haram? A liar and someone so used to lying he never checks anything before making statements. Part of the quack of reetards in the Nigerian Army. |
Breath-taking? She is not "Stunning"? Why did you not say "Genevieve Stuns in make-up"? |
13 billion naira to buy land in Delta State Nigeria? 13 billion? 52 million pounds for land in Delta State Nigeria? FFFREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESH AIRRRR! ![]() Goat must to eat yam! ![]() |
Mixty:You are a cretinous fuucktard! Can you see why you can't get a job? ![]() So if you apply for a job and they gave you an aptitude test where you have to do verbal reasoning, in a sentence where they say "upwards of 250k", you will say that is the same thing as "approximately 250k"? ![]() Chai! Chai! Chai! My belle o, my head o. ![]() Helep me see a product of failed education system o. ![]() Fuuktard, can you see how dumb you are now and why I said I can bully and humiliate you at will? ![]() A film for 18+, in the world of cretinous fuuktards like Mixty, means a film for people that are approximately 18. Another unemployable graduate of Nigeria. ![]() |
AjanleKoko:Abi o! Before I clicked on the link, all I was interested in was the financials because I know I have read somewhere before that most Nigerian pensions lose value by the time of maturity (if that is the word used in that sector). By the time one looks at the interests accummulated and inflation rates, the NPV of the average Nigerian pension fund would be at a negative by the time the retiree needs it. If he even had more brains that the basic needed to write this article (which he obviously does not have), he would have investigated the reaction and policies of the government to regulate pension fund managers so that they stop losing people's money while still being paid (probably very well). I did not even read the article, just scanned through for the financials I was interested in and when it was not there, I knew another quack calling himself journalist wrote the junk. |
ayandee:Thanks. That is it! My point is made. With the information he gave, any advice giving can end up being useless not because the advisor is useless. |
Mixty:You are a cretinous fuuktard! First of all, what do you know about job offers while you are still jobless looking for a job? Secondly, fuuktard, are you too dumb to note he said 250K+, not 250K? Cretin! They didn't teach you what 250K+ means in the failed education system? ![]() You are the one talking about common sense and displaying silliness? ![]() |
bxcode:Tufiakwa! I reject that in the name of Jesus. ![]() I return to sender in the name of Jesu Oluwa. ![]() May you God of Isreal never bless me. Na Sango, Obantala, Ogun, Yemoja and co that must to bless me in the name of Jesus ............................and name of Mohammed (the one true prophet). Hallelu................... |
Very useless article by Najeeb Bello. One would expect anyone smart enough to have investigated and reported on how pension funds appreciate in value and how much commission is being paid to fund managers. |
bxcode:Another useless Nigerian. smh. ![]() |
jaybee3:He does not need to reveal anything, but he needs to give ballpark indicators for one to advice him. Another approach is to say the financials does not matter and we should advice him based on emotional factors, if that is what he really wants. The information is way too insufficient for giving him any sensible advice. |
yori:If you don't know how pregnancy disrupts her future plans, under what circumstances she got pregnant, who or what calibre of man got her pregnant, what her financial situation is etc, your advice it meaningless. |
ayandee:What if his benefits includes: - A 2 bedroom fully-serviced flat in Ikoyi that is 10 minutes drive from his office OR N6m a year housing allowance (cash equivalent). - A Toyota Prado with a driver that is all expense paid or annual cash equivalent of N2m. - Relocation allowance of N6m. - Full Health insurance and access to top private hospitals. - 80% bonus potential. Is the offer still small? |
yori:He is essentially asking for you to advice him if it would be beneficial for him to move to Nigeria at the price offered. If you do not know what his value is AND what else he could get with his qualificational, experiential and intellectual assets, then your advice is as meaningless as telling a pregnant stranger that pregnancy is the best thing that could happen to her. Yours sincerely, Professor Sagamite of the Sagamu Institute of Technology. |
yori:You can't give him good advice based on the information he has given. ![]() What do you know about his value? What do you know about his opportunity cost? |
I specifically know someone in the UK that buys property for many of Jonaadaft's crooks but since I was taken to this person's offices in strictest confidence by my close pal, I can't reveal names. All I was seeing was properties for £2m+ in the brochure. Other things I saw that links Cretin of Otuoke to this individual I can't reveal because of the strict confidence. |
I recently watched a programme on the UK Channel 4 called "From Russia with Cash". http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/jul/07/london-estate-agents-caught-on-camera-russian-buyer It was an investigative sting journalism about how corrupt foreigners where laundering money by buying properties in the UK. They used a fake Russian Minister to test how Estate Agents help them. I remember when they were interviewing a Money Laundering QC expert and he was criticising the Estate Agents helping, he said and used as examples: "It’s not a harmless activity, whether it’s Russia or whether it’s Nigeria or wherever it is in the world, somebody has lost out as a result of this person presenting himself with the proceeds of crime." They already know our country as one of the experts especially during Cretin of Otuoke's "Goat must eat yam" administration. Steal as much as you can. Nigeria came out of this man's mouth immediately. |
Anonymous1900:This is a poor write-up by someone who is seeking advice. How can you get good advice if you are not providing good information? You are doing research in what environment? ...........As a PhD student? As a Post-doctoral researcher? Or for a company/foundation/government? Depending on what it is, the answer would take a direction. 250K+? Let me double that and make it 500K since you are not specific or giving a ballpark. That is like $2K or £1K+ considering the recent devaluation of the naira due to the Cretin of Otuoke's mismanagement of the economy. That does not seem a lot for someone that has an MEng from the States. Or is it not the same United Kingdom of Yankee where an MEng is a postgrad and an avenue to $90K+ jobs? What is you prior work experience? How many years of experience do you have? What benefits come with the job? A N2m a year apartment in Lekki Phase 8.9? Plus a Range Rover with driver and a cook? 2% bonus potential or 100%? Kids education in British international school .............................sorted? How much does the benefits supplement the salary? Without details, how can we judge the value? So much dearth of valuable information you should have provided, it is shocking. You want advice on incomplete information? This is like me asking you if a man in Papau New Guinea should buy a generator or a car? He is 45 years old with four kids? What would your advice be? |
coogar:Some real men would come here and say that is a lie. That they have never been more attracted to her sexually. That she is the only woman in the world they are sexually attracted to. And these women love being lied to like that. Marriage is frequently the institution of lies glued together with monumental lies. |
