Maximum number of teams from an FA in champions league is five.

If Liverpool wins they qualify for champions league group stage and will be seeded; however, if they have qualified via premier league by taking 1st to 3rd position, their direct qualifications via CL will go to Europa league winner. If Liverpool finishes 4th or below in EPL then the Europa winner will have to go to play-offs for CL qualifiers.

This rule applies even if CL and EL winners are from different FAs.
