Guy you already know what you want. You never said your fiancée is all you want in a woman, but you said Bisi is. You know the right person for you and the necessary steps to take but you don't have the balls to do it because of "FEAR"; fear of disappointing your family and friends
Don't marry anyone because of promise or any kind of pity whatsoever, and the statement that " the devil you know is better than the Angel you don't know" is very very wrong,it isn't always true.Your fiancée is the one everyone see as your wife to be, but in your heart and mind it's Bisi you see and really want as wife
If you don't brace yourself up and do the right thing now,you will regret it forever |

Many of these ladies saying men are scarce are often the architect of their problem They most times were highly selective or played serious guys when they were much younger.I know and have seen many like that, their eyes will start to open when they start approaching 26years of age But before that time, they would have played and sent away very serious guys or suitors. You will now start hearing statement like;IF THE DESIRABLE IS NOT AVAILABLE THEN THE AVAILABLE BECOMES THE DESIRABLE, or I DONT WANT HIM TO BE RICH OR WEALTHY,AS LONG AS HE IS WORKING AND WILL PROVE TO BE A GOOD HUSBAND AND FATHER TO MY KIDS,THEN I'M SATISFIED But they didn't know when they drove the serious ones who were potential husbands away. By the way,why person go dey relationship 4years+ What are you guys sef studying in each other |

I've always known Niger state to be the biggest state in Nigeria right from time...
Irrespective of these,do you know that all the 36 states in Nigeria isn't still as big as Alaska.
Alaska, the biggest state in the United States is bigger than the whole Nigeria as a country...
In fact if it were possible to put the whole Nigeria in Alaska, you would still get about 799569km² space left which is still like more than half the land mass of Nigeria |

@Ejiod good afternoon, how're you doing sir?
Please I just started learning HTML&CSS using freecodecamp YouTube tutorial videos, from the comment section on their YouTube channel it seems like they tutorial video for HTML&CSS is really good so I downloaded it.It's about 11hours+(Thanks to my 3airtel sim cards)
But the issue now is that I'm finding it a bit difficult to comprend what the tutor is teaching and he is a bit fast. The tutor sound like an Indian, maybe that's the reason
But before downloading this tutorial video I was watching Bucky Robert(newboston) videos and the guy seem to be very good and understandable but I had to stop because a programmer friend or mine said his videos are outdated and lot of stuffs have changed in the HTML,CSS and JavaScript world so I had to stop.
Meanwhile he said Visual code text editor is better than Notepad++ which is what the newboston guy uses. So I'm just asking if the newboston guy tutorial videos are really outdated or maybe I could still use it |

chii8: Don't let the devil push you out of your settlement stage(celebration), endure a little more, ignore your sisters in law and keep on greeting your brother's wife.Infact in some occasion, buy the ladies little gifts or snacks and patiently wait for your final settlement day.(the more gifts you get them, the more you win your brother's heart). @Championxxx follow this advice oh Don't allow the devil spoil all that you've toiled and labor hard for years oh Seems like the older one is more reasonable,at least for her to still be serving you food sometimes shows that's she's still a bit sensible Ignore the youngest, na childishness dey worry am Try and be friends with the older one,at some time strike a conversation or discussion with her. Act like a perfect gentleman around her, if possible get her gifts occasionally Just focus on starting a friendship with her, avoid scenarios that would lead to argument with her. Just try and correct any sort of wrong impression she has had about you.The nicer and friendlier you act towards her,the more you will win her over. Once she has been won over, life would be a bit more bearable for you,and believe me she will be the one that will help pacify and soften the heart of her sisters towards you. But oga take note,no go enter any sort of romantic relationship with her oh,just normal cool friendship oh,make your matter no go cast for house oh You've gone too far to allow devil mess things up for you at this point in time |

TheArchangel: How old is your brother? Oga, stand your ground in that house. Force your brother to rent a house for you by raising serious hell and at the same time appearing meek. Sleep in that room when you come back and if the wife and her sisters talk trash, raise hell. Do not budge one beat. Keep your bags in the shop but sleep in that room to avoid them messing up your things. Take the food from that pot and raise hell while doing it. When your brother comes or is around, pretend like they are accusing you falsely. Remember self defense, beat the sh!t out of any of the sisters that touch you first. You can plead self-defense later. Do not touch the wife but remember to use your mouth to finish her. . Do not relent. If they can be there, you can be also. It's either your brother chase you all away or peace or resemblance of it will rain in that house. This your advice strong oh |
Career › Re: Is The Legal Profession As Lucrative As It Used To Be? by SavageBoy: 1:23pm On Jul 18, 2020 |
mkakin: The legal profession is still very lucrative.
What has happened is that most fresh law graduates/lawyers (and graduates generally) leave school without preparing for the outside world. Many of them didn't know that the outside world is not about books and grades alone.
Simply put: Schools no longer prepare/equip students for the reality of life. Students too, most times, do not bother to equip themselves.
So if you leave school with your knowledge of books alone. You have yourself to blame!
Legal practice is very wide. And I repeat, very wide! But the eyes of the average fresh lawyer is opened mainly to litigation/corporate practice. This should not be!
You can practice law in a wide number of ways. But first, you must have passion for it. Many people now study law without that passion. The passion they have is only for the expected money/salary.
Find a way to merge your passion with your degree. Law permeates every facet of life. So, if you love music, creative arts, etc, find a way to study law as it affects those areas. Gbam! You will enjoy it. And you will earn a living.
As a fresh lawyer, do not focus so much on salary. You can be your own boss as soon as possible....and make your own money. But first, you must make sure you know what you are doing.
That woman on your street who needs a small help with a letter to her landlord is your starting point!!! Treat her well. Be professional with her. She will recommend you to someone with higher economic value than herself. It will surprise you.
That your friend who wants to start an electronic sales outlet, keep in touch with him!
You don't go about complaining everywhere you are!!!. A lawyer is a problem solver. For as long as there are problems in this world, there are jobs for lawyers - whether young or old. You earn money by solving problems and adding value to people's lives.
I can tell you, PERSPECTIVE is important.
There are opportunities to add value to lives, opportunities to solve problems. That's what should be your focus. That's where your real fee will come. Not your salary.
Mind you, if you are not well grounded, take the pain for a period of time, learn, learn well, learn fast.
Studying law is one of the best decisions I have made in life
Open your eyes well. There is money in legal practice! Damnnn You are a real nigga |

Let's just say it's the situation of things in this country. Law is a very nice course to study but Nigeria as a whole is not helping matters. I really admire the dressing and charisma of Law students in my school,if you see them they are always walking in pack with their black and white or all black(for girls).Their girls set die,I would like to befriend a female Law students before I leave uni But one thing is that many are very proud, addressing themselves as my fellow learned colleague as if me sef no dey learned Any how sha I don't blame dem, considering how difficult it is to get Law and keep up with requirements But the funny part is all of these after graduation is near-useless if you don't have one sort of mad connection, except if you're very fortunate, and this most times come if you know person wey know person So it's just naija that is the problem, if not Law is a quite profitable and noble course |

You need to settle any problem you have with math if you dont want any issues. Google pdfdrive.com and download in this order developmental math for college students, college algebra and trigonometry, linear algebra, classical geometry, calculus, advanced calculus, vector calculus, ordinary and partial differential equations.
