See me see wahala ooo!!

I asked a straight up question here. Ibos are NOT 100% for Biafra. I gave you examples of two people I know for sure. Or is this now an attempt to prove that Ibos are 100% PRO-BIAFRA or something?? Why not answer my question? Why try to DRIBBLE around the main issue by making silly claims of examples I gave. . . . people even you cannot deny that I truly know.
I am sorry if you think it is see you see wahala. I am just trying to see if there is any source of proof other than a faceless person making comments that are unverifiable.  How can I answer your question when you did not pose it to me to begin with? I asked you a question and I think you were asking other people questions.
No need to use anger and dribble around giving me a source of your claims.
It seems when people around here can't justify comments they make they break it down calling questions "silly claims".

I have no proof so I can deny that you truly know.

Visit INEC and the rules guarding a candidates electability!!! Will sure educate you on how anyone who is ANTI-NIGERIAN is not really likely to make candidate list in an election in NIGERIA. grin
So how would one know if a candidate is pro-Biafra? The way you made it seem a candidate who is pro-Biafra would be considered anti-Nigeria

I KNOW him. I even KNOW a woman who was duped and will tell you stories of what happened back during the war to her when she was working out in the north and what she met when she moved back to the east. These people exist. They are proud Ibos but are not sympathetic to the Biafran cause.
Since you know atleast two people it would seem that there would be other evidence. However it is only your word that there is a man. I actually know a man that fought for Biafra as well and his sentiments are still with Biafra. He is now living in the United States.
PoliticsRe: The Map Of Biafra by savanaha: 11:45pm On Jul 03, 2009
Kobojunkie:
Since we are talking Nigeria here, I can not give you actual numbers but I can give you the fact that for most every election in the east at the national and local levels, people have gone out to cast votes for  Candidates who have promised to progress their cause in NIGERIA and not in BIAFRA. Now, maybe in the future we would get some numbers in to show that people have suddenly chosen to cast votes for candidates who promise to make their BIAFRAN dream a reality, but till then, majority to vote as NIGERIANS and for a better future IN NIGERIA.
I would really like it if you could provide me with the source of that fact. Also is there somewhere where I may compare or even see candidates that were running against each other where one candidate was for Biafra and the other wasn't?
PoliticsRe: The Map Of Biafra by savanaha: 11:41pm On Jul 03, 2009
Kobojunkie:
You don't need to meet one really but I know that there are stories of ibos who fought on the other side of that war. I will search the internet until I find one for you someday.

But my point is this. Ibos are not 100% with the Biafran idea. I told you on another thread of some dude who fought for Biafra but believes he was duped by Biafra, when he was asked for money to help fund a cause that never was, after the war. Now, if you were to meet this man, and he told you straight up he would fight to make sure Biafra never lives, what would you think of him, knowing he is also Ibo?
Did you meet the man that felt duped or did you hear the story from someone else?
PoliticsRe: The Map Of Biafra by savanaha: 11:36pm On Jul 03, 2009
Kobojunkie:
Oh !!! Don't even worry about me now !!! After watching the so called Biafran supporters on here, I am so ANTI-BIAFRA you cannot even stop me now. I am so AGAINST that mindset and I believe anyone who clings to that idea needs to be considerd ANTI-NIGERIA with immediate effect. lol

I am just asking, how would a biafran view a fellow ibo who happens to be against the biafran notion. I mean it is established that the many biafrans on here LOATHE those from other tribes who speak out against the BIAFRAN drive but what about those from within who do not share those views and do not want a break away from Nigeria?
Is this the response to whether you have statistical proof that there are more Igbos anti-Biafra than those who are pro-Biafra or just an answer to something else. Are you an Igbo?
PoliticsRe: The Map Of Biafra by savanaha: 11:30pm On Jul 03, 2009
Kobojunkie:
@Ezeagu, if you are for Biafra, would you take offense with other ibos who choose to fight against Biafra? I know for a fact that not all Ibos share this new found need to revive the Biafran dream, and I see it causing more rifts than bringing people together in the near future. If you are pro-Biafra, would you think little of those who are Ibos but anti-Biafra?
Do you have statistical proof that majority Ibgos are against Biafra? Based on the fact that you know some Igbos that are against it doesn't mean all has failed. Is there proof other than you saying so that there are more Igbos that are anti-Biafra than those that are pro-Biafra?

@Poster

Do you think everyone comes from a poor background? That question is an affront and assault to my parents who worked hard to make sure they provide all i need for me as a child.
Who said that only people that hawk don't have hard working parents? Just because someone is in a certain circumstance doesn't mean they are lazy. Plus the people that hawked (worked hard) as children understand the meaning of humble begining.

PS. Not everyone has to answer. Therefore if you didn't sell as a child and find it offensive then don't reply to the thread.

To answer the thread. I left Nigeria when I was six, so maybe I did. I do remember selling sheets of paper at school in the new country we migrated to. My parents were teachers and they would get these ruled note papers. I would take some to school and if someone needed paper I would sell it for $1/paper.

In regard to all the cheating husbands,

We as wives can't change a cheater but If you are lucy enough to find out his girlfriends name like I did, What you do is expose her name to the public and let the world know where she comes from.Let her village know that they have produced a husband stealing harlot, then what will her parents and relatives think of her then. Sometimes you just have to shame them both. De demons work best under the cover of darkness and like it if no one knows whst they are doing. EXPOSE THEM cheesy
After you find your husband's girlfriend, exposed will he stop cheating? Probably not, he will just find another girlfriend to cheat with will you have to deal with another womanhunt. I believe in the sanctity of marriage but if you have to police every woman around town then its not worth it. Either the husband stops cheating, or have a go at two can play that game. The easiest hard thing to do though would be to end the unfaithful marriage that causes constant worrying and a possible heart attack in years to come.
Many people stick out a useless marriage because of kids, but their is no use getting a disease or an infection because the kids won't tell you, "Thanks mom for sticking it out with the VD carrying a**hole"
I can't understand why most women rather make other women public enemy number one when the problem could be nipped at the bud by going after the man.

Watch the Tyler Perry movie Why did I get Married

Saudi Arabia, the report says, “is a destination country for men and women trafficked for the purposes of involuntary servitude and, to a lesser extent, commercial sexual exploitation. Men and women from Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Sudan, Ethiopia, and many other countries voluntarily travel to Saudi Arabia as domestic servants or other low-skilled laborers, but some subsequently face conditions indicative of involuntary servitude, including restrictions on movement, withholding of passports, threats, physical or sexual abuse, and non-payment of wages.
Saudi Arabia again. They also eagerly behead African Immigrants because they know these immigrants won't be able to afford lawyers or have native Saudi Arabian tribes/Klan protection. How sad.

I wonder when the world will again care about the atrocities happening in Sudan.

we are going to hear every bullshit news from here to india, but there is one fact that cannot be overlooked, and that is that the first 2 children look very unlikely to have been fathered by a black man. now if the father was mixed race i would understand but this kind of "whiteness" can only come from 2 whitish parent.as for the third one, he does look like a bit of "brown" in his blood.
will it make any difference at the end who the father is?! nope.
what matters really is who get the kids?
and are they really out for the best interest of the children or rather after the money? (if they can get their hands on any)
Exactly. Some people will tell you that the children with blonde hair and Roman nose look like Michael Jackson, as if vitilago affects genes

I thought I told you already to stop patronizing and just voice your opinion on what's good. It is evident you are half empty when it comes to radiating positivity. I'll tell you what. . .I got a trumpet here somewhere, I'll ship it and you can expect the package at your door in next few days. Use it to tell the world about your philantrophy to save the abandoned child and the victim of bad parenting. Good luck!!
Use the trumpet the wail for a deadman that probably had a better life than you did. That's what you are good at. While you are trying to start a philantropic movement of your own. Instead of sending trumpets to those that don't need it. Donate to kids in different parts of the world. You probably won't because its not Michael Jackson's kids.

Savanaha, you can officially shut up now.
I don't think you realise how retarded it is that you're preaching the "MJ is dead/the world has not come to an end/all his fans should shut up" message and yet you can't seem to stop coming back to this thread. undecided
I don't think you realize how retarded you seem crying over a man that had more moy than many people in your country if you are from Nigeria. You can officially shut up when you leave your realm of superficiality if you can do that. I can't stop coming back because retards like you keep addressing me. This is an opinion site. I don't always have to agree with your opinion or you mine but if you want to get rude then don't bother. Just as you can type here I can type here as well. Just cause I don't have misplaced priority doesn't mean that I can voice how imbecilic you are crying over a dead man more than his own family.
It is a fact that most of you care more about this dead man than those who are alive and until/if this thread closes I am allowed to say.

Pay attention to the highlights. . . and let me repeat myself, there is an aspect of humanity called "The Human Touch". No man worships another man and no mortal being causes nature to cease. However, every human being is a forceful touch upon the reality of another human being, in a negative or positive way we each touch one another, even when separated by dimensional factors that make direct physical experience impossible, the touch finds its way into our hearts and souls.

People like you that do not believe in "The Human Touch" experience often spend your life devising ways to diminish the successes of those who are gifted to contribute to universal goodwill. . .that's why you are here bad mouthing the successes of Michael Jackson, instead of staying where you belong, cheering goal scores in socer matches as you pointed out. Take your ass over there to the soccer matches and allow people who love music and MJ to rejoice in his achievements. You said you have rights of expressions. . . damn right you do, now voice it. . .with a need to add to "The Human Touch", not take away from it.
Your full of it aren't you? Just cause someone is pasted over the silver screen they have the human touch. When last did Michael Jackson play purple touch with you? The people that I consider "Human Touch" or whatever are those that don't have money or are paraded around. Children that if you saw starving in the streets you wouldn't give two craps about because they are not Michael Jackson. Beautiful children hit by reckless drivers and left to die. Or those that can't pay their way out of hospital. Those innocents have "The Human Touch" not an old cruff who lived his life buying things he couldn't afford, being anorexic and confused. But if that's who you want to worship then go ahead just don't act like I have to worship MJ with you. Oh Billy Mays died, should I cry him a river too. It is sad when someone dies but its even worse that only the death of people flashed on TV screens matter. How many times have you bitched people out for people dying in Darfur, or those women raped and killed in other parts of Africa?

MRbrownJAY:
putting all your lifelong work into the hands of someone who 1)didnt sweat to get it 2) doesnt really deserve it all 3) at most should only get child support if you split up is the way to fail.
people should know their worth and stand by it, if someone gets higher in their social status because they marry someone, they should get back to it when they divorce, unfortunately the courts never see it that way.

on the other hand, if a man meet a woman when they are both poor and then this guy build a fortune on his own while the lady takes care of the family home and children then yes she should get at least half of it. so all the Mel Gibsons/Steven Spielberg out there should cough up
If you are marrying someone that you think "doesn't deserve it at all" then you are planning to have the marriage be a failure. I understand when someone is a millionaire, or in the case of the Naira, a trillionaire, wanting a prenup. But if you are prenupping kobos then the marriage is a complete waste of time.
People are willing to protect their girl friends, even a man covered him common law wife and got his body riddled with bullets in order to protect her and people are worrying about prenup with few kobo. Jeeze!!

Stop your patronize and give me a straight talk. . .stop hiding behind the veil of pop talk. Here is your reality. . .

People from various background. . .rock music, country music, rap, hip hop, r&b, jazz, blues, black, white, arab, . . .name it, they are all celebrating his life in sweet memories. It is not a bitter grief, it is a sweet grief. But as usual, one is bound to find that isolated case of an anti-social and caustically sour soul that never sees anything good in the best of events. There is a saying that goes "you can choose to see a half filled glass, or you can look at it as half empty glass".

I love music. . .it is MJ's music that I love and the melody of those tunes have endeared me to his creativity and soul. No one that loves music is ever going to view MJ as anything but the best. . . I will even stretch it further to give you a precise perspective . Before there was an Obama phenomnon around the globe, there was a Michael Jackson phenomenon in the world. Most are yet to meet Obama and probably never will, they love and chersh him nonetheless. It is part of human touch and universal truth.
Resident anal retentive of Nairaland I will tell you again I do not worship man. I know Michael Jackson is your god but I really don't care. Similar to how much he probably wouldn't give to snaps about you. Nigeria making it to the world cup is higher on my list than even this guy dying. Stop crying and go back to work.

PS. Life didn't stop when Obama became president neither did it cause Michael Jackson died.

Geez! No wonder white people are so fuc.ked up mentally!
It was agreed upon before she was artificially inseminated. Serrogate motherhood is almost as common as sperm donation. Many couples who can't give birth pay serrogate mothers. Usually it is helpful in Michael Jackson's case it is creepy. Seeing as he an anorexic got "married" to a fat woman.
