All these reps and senate resolutions in Nigeria at least since this government came into power,do they have any effect at all.
I just see them as people clowning in both chambers.

In Nigeria,police get their cases won by forcing suspects defended by charge and bail lawyers to confess to a crime with framed up evidence that wouldn't stand simple scrutiny,before corrupt judges.
I have never come across a Nigerian court case where police presented fingerprint evidence,not even DNA evidence.

By conservative estimation,a truly world class oncology centre would cost nothing less than $15million (₦7.5billion to set-up).
