Till today that I've received another one, I'm not bothering to try. I tried recently but exactly same result as 10 years ago. Doesn't make sense to me.

He was dying with aides with him,so none of them could deposit a mere 80k at the drop of a hat or call his wife or family member to do a transfer that won't take up to 1minute.
It's possible the reason they didn't do it is that he barely pays them enough to take care of themselves talkless having that kind of amount in their accounts or they know he is the type that would doubt they paid such amount and so wouldn't refund them,so they didn't want their money to enter "sorry".
