@ OP. easy eeeaaaasssssyyyyy!. Are you poses or under some kind of spell? You mention devil, satan,. . . More than any other person in this forum in the last 24hrs. What are you up to? ? The last i check, satan has alot of discussion with your god in the bible infact he even tried hard to convince him not to commit suicide, so why dont you reciprocate the gesture? ? What are you afraid of? ? Just relax take some chill pill it will do you alot of good. Dont make think all these your jabbering is a 'tithe protecting technique'.
Rhino.3dm, Why do you throw stones when you live in a glass house? We know what your posts are all about, don't we? ! |
Interesting . . . . . .! |
iseg007:We cannot afford to wait till IBB and his supporters die to get the change we need in this country! Same for every person who has had a hand in bringing Nigeria to this horrible state. How do we bring about the change we need? We need people who will make positive change happen! Where are they? Will Nigerians be willing to make change happen by changing their attitude as well? Even the ordinary man prefers to bribe his way through rather than follow due process. The leadership and citizenry have their parts to play! |
You people can give crappy advice sometimes. So she should marry the next person who comes her way just because she is 27? If the man truly loved her he would have communicated his concern about her weight in a way that would not have caused her to worry in the first place. I still don't think she would be doing herself a favour by signing up for a life of 'my husband is ashamed of my size'. What would she do if it reaches the point that he doesn't want to be seen with her in public? Being single and happy is way better than being married and unhappy! |
This is not the first time that an older woman has given birth to a baby! There have been instances where people have been medically certified as unable to have children and they did have children! Miracles happen every second! |
@OP There are many men out there who love big women! There is a man out there who will love you 'just as you are'! This man is not proud of you and I am afraid he will walk out on you the first opportunity that comes his way once he gets whatever it is he wants from you that his making him 'endure' your size for now! Sweetheart, let him go and marry a slim woman! Lose weight only if YOU are not happy with YOUR size or if your doctor advises you need to do it for medical reasons! Rebuild your confidence and prayerfully seek for that man that is truly yours! |
Given the way things work in Nigeria, I'd say IBB will very very likely emerge President! What he will do about the about the current lamentable state of affairs on assuming office is what I am not clear about! Will he make things worse or make things better? Will he help break Nigeria up? IBB 'CAN' change things but what exactly are his intentions? |
It's only for a few seconds and it's all part of the fun of the day! Afterall the groom's male relatives all prostrate in front of the bride's family! And it's not as if it is something you do everyday. . . . . . . . some people do though! |
anonimi:Does it say that that Joseph 'knew' Mary before they got married? No, they got married and he did not 'know' her until after the child was born. If marriage is performed at the registry, shouldn't couples wait until they have been 'married' before consumating the marriage? How come couples are pronounced 'man and wife' in the church if there is really no significance to that church ceremony? And where would you put traditional wedding ceremonies? When is it proper to consumate a marriage? After the registry, the traditional or the church ceremony? |
I don't understand what your question is but if it is asked for the purposes of edification (your track record for deriding xtianity at every opportunity notwithstanding), the scripture below might be useful: Matthew 22 vs 35 - 40 35 One of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37 And He said to him, “ ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ 38 “This is the great and foremost commandment. 39 “The second is like it, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ 40 “On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.” |
Here the go again, the baby anti-christs! |
It's clear for all to see what the ever ebbing hairline of morals is doing in our societies! 12 year olds getting contraceptives, increase in unwanted pregnancies and abortions, STDs, abandoned babies, emotionally damaged human beings etc. Why not? When all they see on the telly and billboards and hear on radio is s. . e. .x s. . e. . x and s. . e. . x from birth! |
Do you think it is right that Churches join a couple who have clearly committed fornication together? As the church preaches against fornication, why does it join such couples together? Is it not indirectly saying it is okay to commit fornication? Some churches do not join such couples together but many clearly do as we see all these weddings with heavily pregnant ladies on show! Are there no alternatives to getting married in the church? Why won't our churches take a firm stand on the matter? Please share your opinion with us! |
mazaje:Then tell us one invention of man that was made without anything that was created by Jehovah! |
Many dreams are symbolic! Ever read about Joseph's dreams, and the visions in the books of Daniel and Revelation! |

Hilarious! |
lagerwhenindoubt: Have some more lager . . . . . a bit more more. . . . . . and a wee more . . . . . Is the Jonah story any more clearer or are you still in doubt? ![]() |
Kay 17:You don't have an answer too, then! Next, please! I will answer any questions that are genuinely asked for the purpose of enlightenment posed by anyone of you, if you can give me just one invention made by man from anything Jehovah did not create. |
Mudley313:You don't have an answer too, then! Next, please! |
'Adultery' is having sex with someone other than your 'wife' or 'husband'. Having sex with anybody else, 'second wife' or not, when you have not been seperated from your wife or husband by death, is adultery! |
There is a prayer thread here: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-59716.0.html |
@ Rhino.3dm and all the likes of him on Nairaland In other words, you really cannot come up with an 'invention' which was made from anything that was not created by Jehovah? Keep searching . . . . . . . get in touch with the ' there is no God' Brigade; they might just be able to come up with an answer! The earlier you realise the importance of acknowledging and honouring you creator, the better it is for you; Or at least hold your peace and stop blaspheming! |
Na wa for some people oh wey marriage don become a do or die affair
Some people find themselves trapped in a marriage where the partner they 'bought' turns out to be the exact opposite of what it said on the packet. It is heartbreaking when the decent man you fell in love with turns out to be a bully, a womaniser or a complete fraud! Their is nothing wrong with trying to save one's marriage; If it eventually ends in divorce you would know you tried your very best to keep your marriage! |
lol! |
Quote from: Iyineda on Today at 03:47:34 PM@Iyineda As OLAADEGBU rightly clarified, 'inventions' not 'discoveries! So bring it on, I am waiting'! @ Rhino.3dm You still looking for it? |
Iyineda:@ Iyineda Let's take that discussion back here : https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria?topic=481135.msg6556252#msg6556252 |
