Nigeria is an "Arrangeee" type of SYSTEM.

Rules exist for a reason. The 'Secular Constitution' exists for a reason.

Some of these 'Rules' have evolved over hundreds and thousands of years and have been the determining factors
of the success of 'Wealthy Nations'.

Whenever you have non-constitutional arrangements between factions (be they ethnic, political, regional or RELIGIOUS)
in a 'polity'that disrupts, threatens or renders the 'Secular Constitution' ineffective you will end up with crap or "the ambiguous".

This is the sole reason why we have ended up with an "excuse culture". People make excuses but will never tell you how to fix the problems.
