Please how do I recover my money from Union Bank?
On 19th April 2022, I went to use their ATM at about 8:10 a.m and I was debited N20k without cash dispense because the machine went off while counting the money due to power failure from the bank's generator house.
After 24hrs I went to their branch to lay a compliant and they acknowledged the dispense error and started that it will be reversed after 24hrs which did not happen.
I called their customer care line 2 days later and one of their agent told me that it will be reversed after 24hrs and that she has sent It for manual reversal.
Despite this I didn't get the reversal.

I again went to the bank last week Friday, 23rd April and the customer service apologized that it must be reversed that day which did not still happen.
I chatted them up on Twitter, and they claim that it has been reversed, and after proving that nothing has been reversed they stopped responding to my messages on Twitter.
I sent them a mail and they didn't respond till yesterday, where they stated that the issue will be resolve within 48 hours.
Nothing has happened yet.
I tried calling their their customer service now and I noticed that I can no longer reach them with my two lines, probably they blocked my line.

P.s; I am fully aware that they have breached their obligation in respect to banker-customer relationship and that I would be entitled to damages if I sue them for this.
But the truth is, instituting a legal action now would be too expensive for me coupled with the litigation process.

Please what do you suggest I do apart from litigation?

while writing them on twitter next time, copy CBN, EFCC,FMF,NDIC, ICPC,NIC and thank me later. it wont get to 24hrs, your money will be reversed.

I told my wife to do family planning after our second child, she refused claiming she is not a kid and knows how to prevent herself.

Now she is pregnant and will not terminate it.

This is a personal experience with a married woman... Honestly, it is only God that will help men o in this generation of very loose married women. I stay in Okota, married with two kids. My excuse has always been time availability on my part.

I thank you all for the feedback - the kind words, chastisements, and even insults. I see them all as help. For the first time in being married for14 years, I spoke about my marriage and I am glad I did. I feel very relieved.

My husband is very sorry and has decided that we will seek family therapy. He told me he does not want our home to break and that he is willing that we work together to fix this. What I like the most is that he also agrees that he needs to work on himself. I have my faults too and I am also willing to work on myself. We have found an experienced therapist that we believe will be a good fit to help us.

Even though some of the comments yesterday were harsh, I learnt from them. I had no boyfriend before marriage. My husband and I got married to each other as virgins and there is no ex boyfriend anywhere telling me anything. I am not a cheat. We have been born-again from our youth. I am not a promiscuous person. I was just feeling down yesterday and decided to pour our my heart. I was tired of bottling up my emotions because I have the habit of not discussing my home. I got tired and was feeling very confused yesterday but I am much better now. Still, I don't regret putting up that post. God used everybody who commented to point me in the right direction.

I am grateful to those who suggested therapy. I was not thinking in that direction at all but you gave me the idea. I thank everybody who got involved. May God bless you all.

I don't live in Nigeria but me and my wife both have a very comfortable 4 bedroom duplex in Nigeria. We have a one year old baby. I have been in Nigeria for 5 months now and I will be returning to UK in a few weeks.

The problem
The problem is that I do not feel comfortable leaving just him and my wife under thesame roof whilst I return and he is not showing any signs of leaving when I return to my base.

So, this is my situation and I don't know if I am being insensitive.

I married a very good wife and under most circumstances, I trust her. I am just not comfortable leaving my wife with any man atall under thesame roof.
