larrixauto2017: Thank you for your kind response. All the conditions in (1), (2), and (3) above are in good terms. Till this morning, No Maintenance Required Light On, No Engine Oil Light On, No leakage ( no short of engine oil). For future reference, I will be looking out for those conditions. Thank you once again. |

Question on Toyota Camry 2004 i4 The car was loaded withan Original Mobil 1 Advanced Full Synthetic Oil in December 2018. Since then, the car has gone on long journey only once. Now, in this September 2019, the engine oil has not been changed. Though the manual recommended 5,000 miles or 6 month, but the mileage reads 3,250 only as it is only used from home to office/church/market daily. 1. please, when do you advice the engine oil should be replaced.? The oil IS NOT smelling like 'burnt offering' and the level is not short. 2. Would you advise that the car should travel on a long journey once more before the oil change? Thanks in advance for answering these questions to the best of your knowledge sir. |

Family / Re: Man Stops Paying Daughter's School Fee After She Told Him To Wash Plates by softy(m): 9:57pm On Jun 16, 2019 |
What a degradation of proper societal values! How can you ask your own father, the one that jointly produced you biologically to go and do dishes by himself? How can one even think of that nonsense towards your father or mother? Especially African parents! Even if the father was not responsible for her school fees ab initio, even if the father is most irresponsible in the whole world! The kind of oscillated mind society is producing now will erode the right to live and let live away, with regrets! The father in this stories will do more than not paying school fees, especially if the mother is also nauseatingly biased (according to OP and the story) This is not about feminist, it is about lack of common respect coupled with sound home training. 15 Likes |

Education / Re: What's The Highest Score You Ever Got In A Course As An Undergraduate? by softy(m): 9:45pm On Feb 24, 2019 |
Nosainwe: Hmmmm, God is ur strength bro. Where can I start now ooooooooooo....? OK. My motivation then: 1. God factor : with God all things are possible. 2. Time factor and Curiousity: how best do u make of ur time.? How well do u want to learn and apply new things to ur current knowledge in engineering or science? Remember : there is time to read, there is time to relax. For example: Those days, I could read up to 9 hours non stop but nothing enters my head after 11pm, even when reading for the simplest course subject, taking my time slowly and making sure I understand the problematic page before I move on to the next chapter. Created time to look for more materials apart from the Lecturers Handouts. Created time to peruse through and connect every dots on the I'd of any difficult topics. Created to play football, laughed harder through comedy movies, watched ICT or SciFi movies to open u up for scientific curiousity. Funny abi? But these funny things made me an OVB student when I graduated. Note pls: what worked for me may not work for u, because of our individual differences. 2b. Be positively passionate and committed, not emotional but constructively be truthful to the matter at hand - being a successful student. 3. Be humble, learn from others, don't argue unnecessarily. Don't think u are perfect. Yearn to learn new things. Create positive environment for urselves not minding the storms of life that could be discouraging. U need to shine forth. Learn from people mistakes. Mingle with people that u are convinced that are better than u. Teach the little u know to those who know lesser than u. For Electrical Engineering books: There are billions of soft copies of Electrical Engineering Books on the internet. Use "wikipedia" to ur advantage all the time. Learn how to draw and remember Electrical drawings, learn how to remember formulas without mincing them. Learn how to meditate on those formulas, this helps slot. Don't cram, u will forget and develop unnecessary headache, at the long run. Finally, Continuos Assessment is usually 30 marks or 40 marks as the case may be or based on the course lecturer. While exam could be 70 or 60 marks respectively. Be strategic. Strive 22/30 or 28/40 or more, if not everything in CA. For exam strive to have 48/70 or 42/60 or more, if not everything. Target to always high marks in 3 unit courses. Target not to have low marks in 2 unit courses. Avoid carry over or repeated course always. Don't have over confidence attitude, it results to outright failure. When u are getting the crown little by little, don't be proud..... Help people solve mathematical problems. Be crazy about mathematical manipulations because it cuts across all ur courses in engineering apart from GST courses. Solve a lots of past questions.Be highly resolved about this, please. Get a further mathematics texbook to understand the rudiment of calculations in courses. Get Engineering mathematics 1 and 2 for easy mathematics calculations. Above all, determine and be focus, to have a very good and excellent grade, then the Good Lord will add better values to ur secret hardworks. Thank u sir. God bless u. We will meet at the top. Nobody has it all. God will make u successful in the journey. Yes u can be the best of what u are! 2 Likes 1 Share |

Precisely, last week of January 2019, I sat down in my office, while my colleagues were discussing the election matters, I felt in my spirit that I should tell them that "the election will be postponed". I told them all and it happened . To God Be the Glory. 1 Like |

intswagga: Just checking through this thread today, then I saw ur mention. First, Information System Sciences sounds like a branch of Computer Sciences, in my own opinion. So u are in line to study Information Technology. Second, it depends on the class of degree u got as a result in 'that' course. First Class to Second class upper has sure entry. Based on the instruction as an entry requirements put up by the school at that point in time u wish to apply or based on the discretion of the course adviser, 2.2 may be considered or not. 3rd class must go for pgd before masters. Thirdly, if u are really serious about this application, go to any nearest NOUN Study Centre, close to u. Then make ur enquiries at the reception. Or, go through their admission requirements seen online or on the school notice board. I wish u God's speed. By God's grace, it will end well. 3 Likes |

babs4090: Based on my experience, ur wife is eligible for Masters in Information Technology in NOUN. Why would she opt for PGD? She has 2.1 She studied computer science Info Tech is a branch of Computer Science She has so much advantages to pull through MSc in IT. She would be offered the admission, whether PGD or MSc in IT. Unless the o level result is not OK. If she hasn't fill the form for the pgd, MSc would be the best shot. Best regards to ur lovely wife, bros. 1 Like |

Liliyann: The more you look, the less you see. Natural beauty, combined with modesty, garnished with simplicity of mind and fear of God is golden. Most of what you said about the wedding day being her day, is the old lies non graceful women had been fed with. Real Christian Women are a 'box of inner beauty, which radiates outwardly' always. A word is enough for the wise! 1 Like |
