We know how some hungry lawyers use to work. Before bishop oyedepo ministries came to otta, the place was literally a jungle. .den of thieves and rogues. The buyer thereafter risk his life, money, and ministries to buy the land at a giveaway price then, now that his ministries have now developed the place, you now come back to ask for an addition. Sentiment aside, this is criminal and should not be condoned.

Covenant University has become the best university in Africa. And has collected so many awards. Some hungry lawyers have decided conspired with the villagers just to milk the church of its financial resources. But they will fail and be disgraced. and peradventure the lawyers should be disrobed of their gown and wig.

Sincerely, one of the worst place to invest on earth is Nigeria. Very useless government. Just imaging he has this investment in Ghana or East African.

Just of recent, the same omo-onile started their problem at Berger in Lagos state ( isheri-magodo-Olowoira) telling people that built their house for the past 30yrs that the land belong to another family, (more than 100hecters), bribe Judge and got court approval. Some of the places affected were banks (Gtb, polaris etc and west gate, de-prince (they are like shoprite).

Government has to stop this nonsense. We need investors and as far the environment is not conducive, they will not come and their won't be jobs
Blame those who bought those lands,if you have bought a land with an ongoing litigation and the judgement came in favor of land owners 30yrs after won't they ask for more money?
Majority of those churches and Nigerian investors are fraudster, they use state Fiat to acquire things in a Greedy manner.

The trial court instructed that the land be sold for 50,000 naira/plot but was upturned by Appeals court since Winners paid the same family 500,000 in 1998. So how do you go from 50k to 18M.

The court should get three independent surveyors and award their average recommendation to the claimants.

Good evening guys, i just want to know which city between Lagos and Abuja is more advisable for relocation.

Now my number one criterial is safety, a residence that is crime free.

I need a location where i know that no matter the political situation of the country, i am 100% save. The Budget is not a problem at all.

All I'm after is safety between Lagos island, lekki and environs and the main Abuja city.
Which is the best for relocation most especially safety from crime.

A city that will give me the modern city feel, security, infrastructure and access to international connect. Like a powerful neighborhood.
Both cities are safe if you keep to basic security tips.
Your preferred city will be determine by Your budget,What you do for living, and possibly your lifestyle

Family › Re: My Wife Is A Thief & Greedy: My One-Month Marriage About To Crash by Solatium(m): 12:56am On Feb 02, 2020
COWBOYFAN:
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen

I just had a traditional wedding earlier this month. I'm not based in Nigeria. I provided all the finances for the wedding before I arrived Lagos. Everything listed to be bought for the wedding I provided all. To my surprise wedding that was suppose to take place in a hall had to take place in a cramped sitting room. No food, no drinks, no DJ etc. What did they use the funds for? I don't know. I asked questions and no answers given. To be fair to her family members, I didn't give money directly to her parents or siblings. I gave the funds to my wife to be.

Surprisingly on the day of the small wedding, her uncle was accusing me of not providing money to organize the wedding properly. My heart sank. I look in the direction of my wife to be and couldn't believe what just came out of her uncle's mouth. Whereas I provided money for everything. The wedding prayers went ahead and we were joined together.

After the dry wedding ceremony I began to ask questions but my new wife couldn't give me explanation. Fast forward to last week I was looking for money I kept in my drawer and couldn't find it. I decided to just keep quiet and watch. I set another trap. I had some US Dollars in my wallet and exposed the money for her to see. I went to the shower and lo and behold my new wife removed the dollars from my wallet. I got dressed after shower and we went outside to go somewhere together as my driver was in the car waiting. As we were going, I opened my wallet and saw the dollars gone. I blew a whistle right there and she denied it. I asked driver to return home. I had my parent and siblings at home on that day but I can bet my life on them. I told them what's going on. My new wife was all over the place and shaken. I refused to talk to her. I confided in my mother and explained how I set the trap for my wife. Surprisingly my wife started making moves. She planted the money all over the place which I saw as she was doing. I pretended I didn't see her. I refused to talk to her. All of a sudden she confronted me and attacked me that I suspected her to be the one who stole my money. She started saying she stoop so low to allow herself to be ridiculed in the presence of my family. I confronted her with evidence and she began crying and blaming devil. She has done series of money infractions that I couldn't list here. She fights me for money on daily basis since we got married. No money ever enough.

This is a woman that I gave a car to already and spent so much on to be comfortable. I just bought her another car to be given to her on her birthday. On the day she stole the dollars I had just given her 100,000 naira pocket money for the week. She's been crying and begging for two days saying it won't happen again. She has refused to eat.

Here is the bombshell I just confirmed she's now three weeks pregnant. I can't trust my life with her at this juncture. I'm leaning towards divorce. I'm too scared to be with her. She's too greedy.
I am not sure you did your background check on her,I am cork sure you did not even meet her in person before going ahead with the marriage.
My guy,listen and listen good.
GIVE HER A DIVORCE STRAIGHT ON, Chances are that you are married to a an olosho who intend to change, but unfortunately they rarely change.
If she wants to keep the pregnancy, fine you can run a DNA after the bath of that baby to ascertain the father.
but don't delay giving her a divorce, else you might pay with your life in future
Family › Re: I Found Mycoten Vagina Cream In My Wife's Wardrobe by Solatium(m): 3:56pm On Jan 30, 2020
uncastableodd:
Good morning everyone.

In the middle of the night today, I tried to look for duvet to cover up my son on bed. I decided to check my wife wardrobe.

I saw a pack of mycoten in the wardrobe. She already slept this time. So I had to chill till this morning to ask her questions.

So, this morning when I asked her, she said it was her mum that gave her bla bla bla..
I saw a piece of paper prescribing that cream for her in that same bag I found the cream.

I googled the uses of mycoten and I found out it was nothing serious because it is use for yeast infection and vagina odour. My wife dont have vagina odour and I understand yeast infection can be gotten from toilet or could be infection of body skin that spread or so.

I actually know she lied about her mummy giving her. But what baffles me is that I got a whatsapp message from her when she was coming from my son school..

She wrote that I nag a lot. That I should give her space. That u think she can't cope without me. She said she will look for work to take care of our son.She said we have been together for six years and I don't even trust her a bit. She said I think she can't leave without her. She didn't even address the issue of allegation of infidelity I threw against her(i deliberately did that #.I replied her I can't give her space in my own house and if she is fed up, she can pack her bags and go to her parent house. I told her if my son is infected or if I am infected , I am going to kill her and hand over myself to police. Immediately she blocked me on whatsapp and I did same. After an hour, she unblocked me.

Could she have been sleeping around her? Or are there any other uses of mycoten I don't know?

In my mind though, the cream I find is not really something to worry about but the message I got and her reaction is what I don't understand.
You over reacted, you found out the use of mycoten and you are still on your wife neck and still doubting her.
Women are private when it Comes to some issues, you don't expect her to tell you that she got infection when it's not that serious, you even threatened to kill her, what sort of Man are you?
My guy,Go look for that woman and apologize to her and stop your gragra towards her.

Prosper82:
I Feel Like My Marriage Is Falling Apart

I would like in advance to apologize for the long post but I think some background information is needed so you can assess the situation.

My wife and I have two kids. The oldest is turning 8 soon and the youngest is 7 months old.

Since our first child was born she has been co-sleeping with us. And ever since our sex life has been going down hill.

Now since our youngest child was born he has also been sleeping with us in a queen sized bed. But after two months of very poor sleep, I decided I couldn't follow that arrangement anymore so I went to sleep in the next room.

So since our kids were born my wife has been sleeping with them and now I sleep alone.

As you could imagine, you can't really have sex with two kids on the bed. We have gone weeks and even months without having any sex.
So my wife says that we should have sex in the room where I sleep after she puts the children to sleep.

This to me sounds like making an appointment to have sex. It isn't something you can have if you have to set up a time in advanced. I also miss cuddling with her and sleeping in our bed.

I feel like us sleeping in different rooms and beds has been the biggest hurdle to get back to the point we were before having kids.

We have a crib for the baby and a bed for our oldest daughter where each of the children could sleep separately but she's into attachment parenting so if the children cry (which I suppose they will when adapting to a new sleeping arrangement) is something that she wouldn't tolerate.

I also I understand the 7 month old might need to be breastfed in the middle of the night so she says it's more convenient just to have him nearby in bed than having to get up to breastfeed him but I feel that my daughter should be learning to sleep independently.

Anyway, it's been quite a while without sex and I don't know what to tell her or do.
We have a lot of fights because of this.

I feel that attachment parenting might feel like you're doing the best for the kids, but if it also ends up destroying the marriage and we separate what good would that do for them?

What do you guys think?
You are a selfish man,you made it look like your wife turned down sex completely, she is willing but you aren't cool with the new and temporary arrangements,so what do we say to this?
ọga accept the new arrangements for now until your children are old enough to sleep all alone

Business › Re: I Released My House Document To My Cousin To Obtain Loan, How Can I Get It Back? by Solatium(m): 3:52pm On Jan 23, 2020
I gave my house documents to my cousin to take a bank loan of 3 million naira but I like to retrieve my documents back because of the way he and his wife have been doing things since October, 2019.

He is involved in sales of agrochemicals. He discussed with me on how profitable the business is but that he didn't really have money to put into it.

The wife lost her job in the bank and had to join him in the business. Being a close cousin and friend of mine, I gave out my house documents to him as collateral and the bank actually came to do some inspection in my house and I signed some documents.

The big issue now is that my cousin have not paid a dime back since August last year when he got the loan and between then and now he has done 3 parties that I'm sure gulped lots of money. The wedding of his younger sister in October, wedding of his brother in law in December and 40th birthday of his wife in January. These were serious lavish parties which I think could be done modestly.

I asked him on Monday about the loan and he said his moratorium will expire in February and there's no cause for alarm. This is different from what he told me before I released my documents, he said he will have gone far in repayment even before the expiration of moratorium. I reminded him about this but he said there is no problem about his ability to pay back since the business is lucrative.

I also discovered that one of our uncles actually borrowed him 2 million naira in 2017 which he hasn't paid back till now, he hasn't paid a dime back, I didn't do due diligence before releasing my documents to him.

Uncle told me yesterday that he would have discouraged me from giving out my documents if I had informed him before the loan was granted. Uncle also told me that he disagreed with him about his clubbing and partying lifestyles as a struggling businessman but that instead of appreciating his concern, he and his wife fought him and boasted his 2 million naira will be paid back before mid 2018 but till today he hasn't paid a dime. Hope I haven't shot myself in the leg with this help which I think I rendered to a friend and family?

The worst part of it is that my wife was not fully in support of my intention to help him then.

Where do I start from good people?

He promised to start paying by January ending, if he fail to do this, is it possible to break that bond and retrieve my documents from the bank? Can I tell him and the bank that I'm no longer interested in guaranteeing the loan? I'm afraid, kindly help.
Wait for his first payment and if he doesn't pay,go to the bank and pay the first 2 to 3 payment.
Get a better police and some boys, put on your street smartness, invade his shop and warehouse impound all the goods in it,sell it off even at reduce Prices to recover some cost which will give you enough money to pay part of the loan.that will buy you time to look for the balance.
No do gentleman for here ooo

If I start engine in the morning to go out everything works perfectly but once car has work for long or travel for like 20-50km and on say 120km/h the car will just automatically slow down to 0km/h, no matter how much I accelerate it won't speed up but gear will be struggling to select. But if I pull over, off the engine, allow for like 2-5minutes the gear will pick up normally and start working normally again but continues again after some distance and this will go on over and over.
The number one issue is the Gear oil in your gear, what you have is not the recommend gear oil, once it gets hot to a certain temperature it won't be able to lubricate your gear again and the gear stalls,You are still lucky that the gear works.
Drain that gear oil as ASAP and replace with the recommended gear oil.
If you still have your car manual, the type of gear oil to be used will be stated there, and if you don't have it,go online and check the recommended gear oil for that particular model and your gear should be fine.
