Ontario schools seems to be most flexible of all provinces.
They quick to offer admission.
If you another admission for another school you can apply with it and change to your school of preferance.

saxywale: SAIT and NAIT are very very very competitive....They usually have more applications than seats available. Imagine over 100 applications for a course that has seats for 15 students. So they usually consider applications from Citizens and PR as priority and leave few slots for foreign students. To anyone who may want to apply to sait or nait in the future, the trick is applying 12am midnight on the first day application opens so you get pushed to the top of the queue.

That is what I did when I had my application moved for winter 2015, i applied on the day the application started, 1 Aug. That is after being on the waitlist since feb.

I know i have a greater chance to be offered a sit this time but I can't keep waiting while the CIC time closes really fast.
It's almost 7weeks since my application, and they still can't guarantee me anything.
I will just apply with Conestoga, then change School if I am offered a seat later at SAIT.
I am just upset that I should have done this earlier, just hoping the CIC won't ask why didn't apply since June I was offered the admission.

I have been offered admission since June by conestoga but I was waiting on SAIT for an admision for petroleum engineering both for winter start.
After a call to SAIT today with no positive outcome, I have decided to pay conestoga tuition and apply with it.

I just hope I am not late hopefully 3 months wil be enough.

God go punish SAIT, can't say I wasn't warned. Bloody time wasters.

I beg to disagree on Samsung fragility.
I have a sister at home who used Samsung s3, and note 2, and another who uses s4, they both also use iPhone 5s.
All the Samsung screens are broken/ shattered,I repeat, ALL.
The S4 shutdown permanently one morning, and after warranty replacement the screen shattered from a simple fall.
Ironically I watched her iPhone 5s which isn't water proof, fall into a gutter, we brought it out after she stopped screaming, wiped it of and the phone showed zero sign of malfunction.

Funny enough I use a Samsung right now, of course it was a gift and a blackberry z10. Two phone phone companies I dislike most.

What the hell is Samsung?? The only android OEM producers doing a good job in hardware design, innovation and software integration are HTC and Sony.
We have seen features like camera ultra pixel and very cool interactive phone cases from HTC. Sony is doing good with water proof and PS4 play.

Samsung with there tasteless design, poor material finishing and fragility is there to pack processor, ram and 200 mega pixels just to sale phones because that is what people want to hear.
Then they incorporate allien features people have to no need for.
Samsung is on the same playing field with techno, and gionee. Glorified plastic then can't survive a simple drop from your hand.

You have to understand that apples strategy is integration.
Apple tries to integrate there products with your everyday life activities that is what makes there product special.
It's not about packing spec.
When it comes to build quality I must say that HTC is the only android phone I really appreciate there design, the iPhone 6 actually looks a lot like the HTC one M8.
I don't use apple products because of there restrictions and high price, in fact I call them an elitist company, but then i do appreciate there products and if I have to buy the phone it means I have to buy the laptop too, because that is the only way you can enjoy the full potential of there products. (not in Naija away)

So i recently moved into a newly built apartment in block of 6 flats, the landlord had already paid phcn for a prepaid meter for all flats but till today this meters are yet to be delivered by the company.
So we have no meters but phcn brought a bill of 6000 naira 2 months ago for each flat including for an unoccupied flat, they told us to pay this bill or be disconnected. We were also told that failure of any flat to pay would result to disconnect of all six flats.
Firstly we argued that 6000 was high as we never had steady power as at that time,(2 to 4 hrs a day) sometimes we go weeks without power. We also asked to know how they arrived at that amount even without reading a meter, they told us we couldn't contest it we either paid or get disconnected.

We paid this bill and the landlord paid for the empty unoccupied flat.
The next month the bill increased to 8000, despite our previous complains but we still paid it.
Two weeks ago we started experiencing better power stability because a transform was changed on the street and behold the bill came yesterday, it was 19,000 for each flat including the empty flat.
Making it a total of 114,000 for six flats a month.
Obviously this Nonsense has to stop, so we have decided to take our chances with our generators, they can as well uproot there electric pole and go home with there cables.
Until our prepaid meter is delivered then we know phcn is ready for business.
They can't be paying for an imaginary bill summed up by one retard without accountability to individual usage.

This is the reason Nigeria should never break up, our population is good for business.
We just need good leaders to manage our resources ensure this wealth is properly distributed and not in the hand of a few.

Abeg can I use baptismal certificate in place of birth certificate for my sponsor?
Both sponsors are my blood sisters, and they could only find there baptismal certificates.

A question and inquiry, while using two sponsors, do I have to scan documents from both sponsors together as one pdf file?.

You have no idea how much we're charged here in the states for such transactions.

I have been stranded at night with my car overheating i needed to buy coolant and water for my car but i didn't have cash on me.
I had about 3 atm cards on me but guess what, all gas station needed cash because POS was not working or because what i wanted to buy was below 500 Naira. I had to buy things i didn't need just to get water for my car.

I was shocked when i got that text from Ecobank this morning, obviously it was a trick on the masses include me.

I havent been keeping up with this tread for some months now but its because my application has taken longer than normal. For those who are passing through the same please dont give up hope.

I applied to and got admitted into SAIT in Sept '13 and applied for my TRV on the 21 oct 13. i had the mistake of applying via paper base and my application wasnt processed till 31 jan 14 when my classes started 6 jan 14. SAIT refused to defer my admission so i had to reapply and because i did so late i was placed on their "Qualifed Waitlist". Thus my wait began!

The Deputy High Commission of Canada in Lagos called me 4 times in bi-monthly interval for a new admission letter. I almost gave up until JUly 14 when a new admission letter came just 1 week after the The Deputy High Commission of Canada in Lagos had called me and said they wont hold my application any longer and i had to plead for more time.

I picked up my TRV on the 23rd of July 14 and will be jetting out soon. i dont know if the guys who were here when i first started commenting are still here but i want to thank you all and to those applying keep believing.

Bro I remember you. Congrats I have been on Sait waitlist for there Bapt program since Feb, i applied for sept 14, i applied late so the program was already full, so I was waitlisted on but I have asked them to move my app for jan15 start which apps started 1st of the august, so I am waiting for LOA in a few weeks time.

Symphony007: It gives me great joy that there are still countries in africa with a judiciary that does it job without sentiments or personal feelings. No country on earth can have a constitution which protects fundamental human rights then go ahead to criminalize freedom of expression. It is ridiculous and no judiciary will stand for that. Nigeria should take note. Our supreme court must strike down ours if it gets to their desk. If our governments wants it's anti gay law to stand, then it should do a constitutional amendment were fundamental human rights is removed then a law like that can stand. But you can't claim to protect human rights and put people in jail for living their lives because you don't like how they do it. It's a mockery of constitutional democracy. You can't eat your cake and have it.
