Nobody is going to heaven because they are good or nice people. Only those washed in the blood of Jesus can be in heaven. To be washed in the blood one have to recognize that he or she is a sinner and accept Jesus christ as their saviour. So only a Christian will go to heaven, only a true Christian. |
ThankGodFriday:First of all the holy Spirit does not work by emotions/feelings, he works by the word. There is nothing like I was once born again, when you are born again you are already born again and the Spirit will keep you except you assumed to be born again in which you were not. But however, the arms of God are always open to everyone. John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. Jesus will never cast you out when you come to him. |
Delusion. |
ThankGodFriday:Do you even know what it means to sin against the Holy Ghost? If you sin against the Holy Ghost you won't even be thinking of repentance, the fact that you still have the urge to come draw near to God is a fact that the holy ghost is trying to draw you to God. |
KnownUnknown:So Abraham returned to his servants by himself means Abraham went back alone? You are truly an imbe_cile. You lack comprehension, the worse is that you have a phobia for sound wisdom. |
KnownUnknown:So where was it written that God demanded such sacrifice or they were done to him? |
KnownUnknown:The burden is on you to prove your case. Where is it written that God demans human sacrifice from his people? |
KnownUnknown:Where is it? Show it |
KnownUnknown:you think insults make you smart? Mr imbe_cile. Seems you have an avarice to wisdom. |
KnownUnknown:You are the imbe_cile here. Abraham demonstrated he was ready to obey God by his actions hence he was justified, it was God that stopped him. To you imbe_cile, how can a God, who you imbe_cile, claimed to have accepted human sacrifice stop Abraham? |
KnownUnknown:you have nothing meaningful. |
KnownUnknown:Go and check the meaning and usage of devoted in the bible. You are an ignorant man. |
KnownUnknown:So, where in that verse show that God like human sacrifice? |
Broveens42:The sacrifice of Jesus is not how humans define sacrifice but how God defines it. |
KnownUnknown:In the bible, whn action is thought to be done in the heart then it is assumed to be done. For example anyone that listed after a woman in his heart has committed sin already as if he has done it. |
KnownUnknown:vs 29 is talking about guilty people that are sentenced to death. |
KnownUnknown:This nothing more than God's judgment upon the house of Israel. Sometimes when God allow some things it can be said God did it. |
This is just a tip of what will happen after rapture. God knows that we are all sinners, we cannot save ourself that is why he sent Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for our sin so that by receiving Jesus we recieve a new life. All false religion teaches you to save yourself by your works which of course nobody can, our salvation must come from God and freely given to us this is called grace. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: |
Jesus is coming back again |
silibaba:The true church is not a building nor a temple. They are people who have trusted solely in christ as their saviour and as a result washed in Jesus blood. |
Valoromega:Your question has already being answered in the book of Romans Romans 3:6 God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world? 3:9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 3:11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. Jesus christ said nobody can come to him except the father brings that person to him. John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. John 6:65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. Nature itself has God's signature, God gave man conscience to naturally convicts and excuse them. All these things are suppose to make humans seek God. But instead, what did they do? Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Acts 17:23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 17:25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: God put all these in place so human can seek him.. God knows we human beings are sinners, that is why he sent Jesus to die for our sins. Jesus died for every human being sin both past, present and future but however there is a condition, that is, anyone who will receive Jesus Son would be saved. All those who genuinely seek God, he lead them to his Son. How do you think Abraham who existed before Jesus early birth saw Christ? John 8:56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. God revealed the day of christ to Abraham, he believed and rejoiced. God preached to Abraham, Galatians 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. Right from the creation of the world God has always make himself known to people who can have faith. Even today, nobody saw christ physically yet some belived while others do not. It has always being like this, even the people who saw christ physically rejected and killed him, so it does matter, whether people before, during and after the coming of christ, those whom the father brings to Jesus are those that who recieve him. |
nencounter10:very irrelevant, if Peter was God he would have accepted worship. Secondly, Peter rejected worship the reason he gave is because he was a man. Meaning a man should not be worshipped. Acts 10:25 And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him. 10:26 But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man. You have no where to hide No one gets saved by worshipping a child of God. People get saved by receiving Jesus Christ as their lord. It is the preaching of Jesus that saves people. It is very relevant, Paul's respond, says it all. Acts 14:15 And saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein: Same response with Peter, Paul said they are just humans like them. What did God say about the prince of Tyre who exalted himself as God? Ezekiel 28:2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God: The scripture is consistent that man is not God neither can he be. It is gnostics that teach that man can become God, this is the very thing Satan used to decieve Eve and he has decieved you too. That reference to Paul is not even relevant. Paul and his partner went there to turn those people from idols to serve the living God. When they saw Paul's miracles, rather than turn from idols, they decided to upgrade their idol worshipping. They concluded that Paul and his partner was their idolatrous gods come in human flesh. They immediately named Paul and Barnabas after their gods and the priest started the process of offering sacrifices to Paul and Barnabas. How on Earth do you expect Paul and Barnabas to accept such idolatrous worship. They had literarily made idols of them. See the scripture below. The reference to Paul is very relevant Paul stated the reason for rejecting such worship, that is, they were just men. |
I said I won't reply you but then, you spill so much babbles that it is mind boggling. nencounter10:Now you have problem Paul because he exposed you. The scripture clearly says those born of God are created, they are not God. |
God's word, the holy scripture supercedes experiences, visions, dreams, human philosophy etc |

Did the apostles ever recieved worship? Acts 10:25 And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him. 10:26 But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man. The reaction of Peter in vs 26 is also clearly seen, Peter rejected worship. How about Paul? Acts 14:11 And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men. 14:15 And saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein: The reaction of Paul in rejecting the worship, speaks of the intent of his letter, Paul never saw himself as equal to God to receive worship. |
the scripture has made it clear that in the last days scoffers will come walking in their own lust. The scripture made it clear that those born of God were created. Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Colossians 3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: |
Anyone who rejects christ would while heartedly embrace the anti christ and the devil because they shall be decieved. |
Anyone who refuse to rescieve the gospel despite the evidence presented to them, this is a not just an ordinary sin, might just be a sign that person has crossed the boundary already. 2 Thessalonians 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: God is the one that would subject them to be delusion. Alot of people are on the brink of this, today in this world. These people who sinned against the spirit of grace would be decieved by the antichrist and recieve his mark. |
How do I know I have not sinned gainst the holy ghost? As long as you can still repent and turn to Jesus christ in faith then you have not sinned against the Holy Ghost but however don't delay. A true Christian can never sin against the Holy Ghost. 1 John 5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. |
The evidence of that someone has sinned against the Holy Ghost is the contious hardening of their heart against God. Such persons continue in sin till the end, they will never turn to God in repentance. |
The Israelities in the wilderness, Psalms 95:8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness: The Israelites in wilderness experience the power of God, right from day one leaving Egypt but they kept on persistent in unbelief till the holy ghost was grieved and destroyed the whole generation of unbelief. Other sins, Like, stealing, lying, fornication, adultery or even persecuting Christians can be forgiven but a rejecting a clear evidence by the holy ghost to bring one to God is the sin against the Holy Ghost. |
