Not in all cases
Yankee101:
I started by saying barring natural causes.

I bring up promiscuity because An abortion does not stop the parturition cycle. The breasts grow bigger, lactate and the elasticity is affected.
Romance › Re: Meet Chidera Eggerue: "The Slumflower" #SaggyBoobsMatter Movement Founder by Sterope(f): 11:58pm On Mar 23, 2018
It has nothing to do with promiscuity. Some women really do have natural saggy bo.obs.

Yankee101:
If it's saggy cos of natural causes like child birth and large size fine.

If you are encouraging promiscuity, where a 23 year old lady with no kids and not very large boobs is sagging then there is wahala.

No body shaming whatsoever though, but of course no promotion of promiscuity too.

It is rare? Was your mum.a full-time housewife? What about your mum's friends? Your aunties? Your grandma?

You are a disappointment to your mum!

Luukasz:
They rarely speak up because its rare to see women supporting their male partners financially, especially in our society where women love to be on the receiving end rather than give.
85-90% of commitment/investment in a relationship, especially a Nigerian relationship is done by men.. the only minute thing most women offer in relationships is sex & sex can't fuel a relationship unless its "friends with benefits"

It is her personal belief. They had no right to ask her to force her to change it. You have no right to condemn her actions.

blackjack21:
That's really unwise thing she did, Doesn't she know that God help those who helped themselves. Does she love being raped?

So why are people blaming the government that the Christian girls were not ransomed from the terrorist when they were the ones who wouldn't let go because of the love of their imaginary friend.

This just made things more complicated.

If you've listened to the original version you'll understand it isn't. SIMI's version carries a different tune. It was only acknowledged by SIMI out of respect for the elderly.

SaudiBoy

You need to speak with her sister's husband. Plead with him to stop his wife from interfering in your matrimonial business and if she doesn't stop you might do something drastic.

I feel like the sister has something against your wife. She wants her matrimonial doom and she is working endlessly to see that happen. Perhaps you could use that angle to speak to your wife, her mum and other family members.

No, it is a generic name for what it does.

I will advise you not to waste your money on products. You need to manage it and take your mind off it. You could if you choose to.

Emily22:
Is that the name of the product " face primer"

Health › Re: I Need A Strong Persirant For Facial Sweat by Sterope(f): 8:12am On Mar 16, 2018
Some people use the armpit perspitant on their faces, I will not advice it. The world hasn't come up with one for the face. What we have is the face primer. It helps with the oil not the sweat.

Get a face towel and mop your face as often as you sweat.

Emily22:
Please can anyone recommend a strong facial antiperspirant that can be purchased locally or any alternative way to stop excessive facial sweating.
Its really affecting my social life.
I only sweat on my face.

It doesn't mean that his kid is autistic.

Rokafela:
My son is 5 years old and he doesn't speak either. He has been diagnosed as Autistic have a look at this link:

https://www.google.co.uk/urlsa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=8&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwiJjIGXwNjZAhVKW8AKHTUJAhsQFgh4MAc&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.autism.org.uk%2Fabout%2Fwhat-is.aspx&usg=AOvVaw2aK5ijU0vgMohHR4kwOuOQ

and see whether it is helpful. ASD generally effects our ability to socialise and communicate. There isn't enough support in Nigeria so you will have to do everything yourself. Trust me people with ASD are superhuman with the right support your child will be great

There is no reason for the road to be blocked, Muslim or Christian. Stop deflecting.

These people should not be praying on the road, it is very inconsiderate. Most Bayelsans are Christians, it doesn't speak well of them to cause gridlock because of their personal issue. I am a Muslim and I will think twice before make others uncomfortable. What if there was an emergency?

ybalogs:
Do you know what happens during all these Christians crusades? If you call this nonsense, what do you call that? Learn to respect other people's religion. Even fuel scarcity causes traffic gridlock yet you call this nonsense?

One party can form important when the other party is INCONSIDERATE.

Point of correction, Help is not earned in marriage. It is the reason it is marriage. He is helping his marriage when he works hand in hand with his wife. I referenced the article for you to appreciate how he helps his family. That is what a good spouse does. They make life easier for everyone.

I really don't know what you mean by belittling and neglecting and I am not interested in figuring it out. I am not a helping hand so far I have as much stake in the marriage as my man.

Of course, I am a good person smiley

princefunmmy:
Notice his opening statement, marriage will be sweet when one party is not forming my duty is more important or stressful. Like i said, the help you need from a man as a lady should be earned, i guess the wife didn't call a round table discussion on how to share the house duties but the fact that the husband know she has a job and she must not resume late made him to assist the wife. But did you notice that the guy didn't talk about what happens after they're back from work? That means the wife does the needful! Don't try to neglect or belittle your role as a woman in the house but you can earn a helping hand from your man,
I believe you are a very good lady at heart and you're gonna be a good wife and a great mother

Good and virtuous woman? Bleh!. Cute little words that I don't care about grin

You can't have a positive attitude when your spouse is determined to be inconsiderate. Check out this post

princefunmmy:
Keeping a positive attitude towards your responsibilty and looking away from the sacrifice but consider the greater good, the love and peace it will fooster and build in your home should put a smile on your face and a feeling of satisfaction to you as a good and virtuous woman

Routine doesn't demand less. For house chores, It doesn't get easier unless it is something you enjoy.

All these men talk are merely what you think should be. It is not what it is in real time. Men will still be stuck doing the same old boring jobs like their wives. Nothing is going to change. Both parents will continue to adjust their income relatively to their expenditure. Your average home consist of parents who either holds a 8-5 job or runs a business.

I am tired. You have no argument!

princefunmmy:
Do you know that when something is a routine, it demands less from the person? So does house chores. But the demands on a man is not a routine, demands increases and a man must be able to measure up to the standard demanded of him

She must also be willing to fulfil her sexual obligations. Everything on top one human being.

Proudgorgeousga:
dont mind these people. they talk as if in their various work place there is no married woman that works the same hours as them.

they should imagine how tired they are each day from work then going home to do another round while the husband goes to watch tv and press phone.

How about those that sell fish under the sun and still go home for another round.
Family › Re: "Being Married In Nigeria Is Inconveniencing" - Lady On Twitter Says by Sterope(f): 2:54pm On Mar 02, 2018
House chores don't reduce over time with kids until they are adults. My scenario also covers a situation where there is no kid.

House chores demand both mental and physical energy.
You need the will power and physical strength to fold those clothes.

princefunmmy:
Over time house chores reduces either by kids or house help but this will affect the man more as more responsibility will be added.
Like i said, it is more of mental stress for the man not physical stress and you already know that mental stress drains strength than physical stress.
Family › Re: "Being Married In Nigeria Is Inconveniencing" - Lady On Twitter Says by Sterope(f): 2:24pm On Mar 02, 2018
It is not relaxing for ladies. House chores is not for the weak, it is demanding on its own. Then try doing house chores with a proper job and see if you won't cry all night.

I don't know the ladies you are talking about but I know that in most average homes I am familiar with, the woman carries the financial burden of the home equally. By equally, I am not talking about the amount she spends but the fact that she spends the same percentage as her husband. Basically, her life is not financially better sunless she is married to a rich guy.

Which hustling more? Where both couples 've the same work schedule, the wife is still expected to do more house chores! Where the husband may have more time in his hands, the wife is still expected to do more!

princefunmmy:
Its a two~way thing and couples are meant to compliment each other.
Life don't get harder for ladies it only becomes more of relaxing with less financial burden. But for the guys they have to hustle more and harder to make more money to care for his family and the demands. And you expect that same man going through such mental stress to still go through the stress of getting good food when he has a wife who doesnt go through that stress?

When she is alone, she cooks whenever she likes or don't cook at all. I really don't know what your problem is, is not like the guy doesnt eat or clean either when was alone.

I really don't see the essence of marriage if my life is going to be unnecessarily harder than it was.

princefunmmy:
I think she's a lazy and dirty girl. If she was alone, wont she eat? Abi how does cooking for two become so difficult? Before you do cook 1 cup of rice, now you're gonna be cooking 2 cups! What's the big deal when it is not like your cooking for like 5 Persons?
