its so pathetic, ive been there b4 working & even sleeping at work @ my very 1st job for months yet often never paid or paid just a third of my salary, thank God i had a side gig, i left them owing me up to 5months. Sadly i currently have an architect friend working in a big archi firm in VI earning a miserable 60k monthly despite his 2.1 grade and Masters degree+5yrs of experience; yet hasnt been paid 4 d 7th month now.
So sad Naija employers get away with murder. I say leave now & later sue them!

And I used 80 bags of cement
it is 3 inch thick.

That is 2.75 bags of cement was used per square meter!!!!

Brabus said he used 120 bags of cement and his house is just almost
the size of mine. But he's was 4" Thick!!!! So I guess my estimate will be
close to his I guess!!!

You know, this is a very large bungalow, I took the pains to measure this house today and discovered it was 73 ft lenght and 36 ft width. This house with the gate house will take us 8 days flat to finish. For a smaller roof size, we can do it for less number of days.

Or just let me know how many finished yrs, d thickness u achieved and yr floor area size, so i can develop an estimate table. pls all contributors R greatly appreciated.

Well from what i see, it seems its gonna be a simple Hipped roof since we dont see any gable walls going up. i wish there were drawings to explin better to those who want to understand and estimate their own costs.

Comming up beautifully i suppose, but pls can u perhaps upload drawings or sketches of d roof design u are trying to achive so that we can easily follow yr progress. Also if u will pls let us know the area in sq metres that u are trying 2 roof to enable us estimate similar works.

From experience, female student hostels are a safer investment due to usual university cult crises with guys, many ladies who opt to stay in such hostels as i have observed usually have rich Aristos to foot their bills. A major challenge however is locating a land for development near campus as this is hot cake, however a development located quite a distance with dedicated perhaps hourly bus service which could be contracted to a transporter might be a good idea

From experience if done wisely its a better option. Ive often advised my clients to invest in building semi-detached 2 bedrm to 3bdrm as against a straight detached 4-6bdrm house. Now as an architect i handle d design & make it in such a way each flat has complete or @least 80% independence. I discovered Dat only d basic essentials need provided while fancy finishings & othrs can b done gradually. Trust me if u get a gud agent ud get people to rent part at a gud price even as semi-finished & live in d other

Its absolutely possible! My flat mate at uni for 2 years during my masters programme was a hot female and we were like siblings, even slept together in the palour and each others rooms under the same duvet when it was freezing.
