@hayqinsbFX, dont i need to submit originals of every thing for paper route? I don't have the original documents for my sponsor's company registration. Can i still submit without the original? What document must I submit originals? hayqinsbFX: Hmmmm @team12...
U have a different case from everybody as u have ur child going with u.
I don't know where you stay, but I would just suggest you save yourself the stress of scanning and go and submit you hardcopies.
You don't know which document will swing the pendulum iin your favour. My own small advice is you should pile your full documents and take to VfS. |
Travel › Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by Team12: 11:54am On May 15, 2015 |
Thanks. I am re-scanning becos I want to remove some docs and split the file. kol1234: @team12: I think you dont have to rescan if you already have it in a format, just convert the format to jpg and follow the same process. |
Travel › Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by Team12: 2:25am On May 15, 2015 |
Thank you. Mehn this thing no easy ooo. All other documents uploaded and very clear, just the proof of funds...149 pages...reduced it though. I have removed all employment and promotion letters and Memart. I really wanted to submit yesterday so I can do Biometrics today, but as it is, I will have to split and re-scan. Hopefully, I will submit today. kol1234: @Team 12: going through your list of docs I knew you would have this problem, because I did too. Ill be on the phone now u may pm me if after you are unable to compress further.
so this was what I encountered and did.
I have my docs compressed initially in PDF format, merged and re-compressed: no significant compression so you might want to convert to jpg, compress, convert to Pdf compress, merge and recompress |

Thank you jare!!! I have removed other employment and promotion letters. God bless you! Although the file is still large, I have decided to split the proof of funds into 2 places. The one from me and my sponsor will go into my "Proof of Funds" section online and the one for my daughter's sponsor (Hubby) will be uploaded into the space for my her "Letter of Explanation". I don taya... berexio1: You dont need to add all the four places u worked...As long as u are submitting your CV which will do justice to that. IMO save ur sef the stress of attaching extra pages(this is online route), u need to be as straight to d point as possible. You mean you are submitting all the employment letters from ur former coy? if you are currently working, why not just submit the recent one(my tot), try not to make ur application too cumbersome pls... |

Travel › Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by Team12: 7:49pm On May 14, 2015 |
Thank. Done that! Taike: Hi,
I had the same issue. What i did was to download another form, fill page 3 ( the employment section ) with my extra employment details, and then i proceeded to extract page 3 from that form into a separate pdf file. I tried to merge the page 3 with the main form but i couldn't, so i just added the page 3 to my explanation section and stated it clearly in the letter. |

Thanks... MY file size is still 12mb ooo. Please help!!! kol1234: @Team12:
I think since you have an updated CV attached to your doc its fine. You may just note it in your SOP to find updated CV attached.
Did mine that way. Just my thought. |

Guys abeg answer me na...I need to submit today... Team12: Quick one guys, for online routers...I have worked in four places, but the column for employment history on the Application form can only contain 3 companies. However the section states that you should list every where you have worked in the past 10 years and that an additional page should be printed for companies above 3(This is easy for paper route).
The issue now is that I don't know how I will merge the extra page with the Application form itself without affecting the format of the pdf application form to be uploaded.
...My question is that since I am submitting my CV and employment letters of all companies I have worked, should I just upload the form with the 3 companies listed? Please anyone with experience kindly share.
Btw, I am still struggling to reduce my proof of funds docs of 16mb to 4mb oooo. I have succeeded in reducing it from 29mb to 16 already... |

Please is it possible to submit documents scanned in black and white? I am having issues with my proof of funds docs - It's a lot! I have done all the compression I can even with d bad as software recommended by @SeyiMilan (works wonders). I don't want the clarity to be affected...don't want to submit docs that VOS can't read. Black and white scan is usually less in size than coloured. Any one that has gotten TV with black and white scanned docs pas reply. |

tnuola: Hello Lucky12g
Its nice that you've been doing a little bit of research, but you should keep reading this thread, u can start from part5. From the looks of things you have very little idea of the entire process, so my advice is don't be in a hurry to apply, take your time to study and understand the process, so the moment you try, you'll get it.
If your intention is to remain in canada after your sudies, I'd advice you take a 2year prog, instead of 1year.
Unfortunately I have no idea what sheridan college is like.
For the visa application process, the 2.5m is a little low, you might need a sponsor/co sponsor. However the case may be you'll need to read the thread more for better understanding. |

Hello, I must say you have a very good package. I believe you are working based on the (Past Work Offer Letters stated). Please include your personal SOA no matter the amount. Add your pension statement if you contribute to one and promotion letters (if any). Payslips (at least 4 months) will also do. This should tackle the issue of "Lack of Personal Assets" and "Employment history". Also, your mum needs to write a sponsorship letter since she is a co-sponsor. Your brother's sponsorship letter can not stand in for her. Is it also possible to mention the balance in the SOA so the house can confirm if it's fine (To avoid issue of "lack of sufficient funds) Cocosmite: Hello NLers,
Cliche! buh i will go with it. You guys are doing a great job. I'll copy a few names i have seen quite too often. cc: hayqinsbFX, cc: Team12, cc: Solo8, cc: pchax, cc: ekpblues8 Last and certainly not the least, cc: tnuola (the lady boss) I throw way salute.
Now i have collated all documents for my student visa via online route. Adm. is in Fall, 2015 Here they are
B. Proof of Identity 1. Valid virgin passport; Data page of national passport 2. Drivers Licence 3. Previous Offer Letter 4. ID card 5. Past Work Offer Letters 6. Resume’ 7. Academic Journal 8. National Identity Card
3. For Co-sponsor (Mother) i. Statement of Account ii. Letter and declaration of sponsorship from my Brother iii. Payslip iv. Passport data page v. Employment letter and Redeployment Letter.
Kindly go through and guide me appropriately.
Thanks Regards |

Thank you bro...I appreciate. Unless u are a not a bro in which case, thank you sis!!! Onyeoma3: At the helm of affairs of any organization, there are active directors and passive directors (executive and non-executive per se) , some are professionals in related fields of the organization's activities while others are not.... You might not be actively involved but you still contribute indirectly to the success of the organization cos the MD is your hubby and you're an Economist(always looking for ways to cut operating costs of the organization)... The way you structured your SOP is cool though, you don't necessarily need to start changing the contents. The CAC2 & 7 will do the whole underground jobs.
Since you're yet to hear from them, I feel you should leave it out to avoid raising any eye brows... |
