everybody now has an opinion on tiwa's marital crisis. it is well. the guy made valid points though. |
it's as if I will also close my windows at night too. no time for stories that touch especially as I wear next to Nada to sleep as a result of this yeye heat. |
Lushka:you did not just say what I just read. it is an intrusion of her privacy for goodness sake. if she kept quiet, na your kind go say she encouraged him and gave him leeway to peep at her. by their posts you shall know them. association of peeping toms. |
Adeevah:stale......try harder. |
Adeevah:bad belle enemy of progress. coming from a woman, later when boys begin to bash your gender, you will be the first to scream blue murder. what a shame. |
crimes more serious than this are committed on a daily basis and they are always scared to arrest anybody. it is now crimes committed in the confines of the bedroom that a public disclaimer is being issued. real wa to the Nigerian police. |
hmmmm why am I finding it soooooooo hard to believe this post. some of them can be verrrrrrrrry agile. *runs away* |
I got the same message yesterday morning. immediately I knew it was a scam. used my ATM card this morning and it wasn't deactivated. then my annoyance grew. called the number, and the background was noisy. explained my mission and the person at the other end was all formal and saying that he needed the last digits of my ATM card. told him straight up that I used my card to withdraw money and it wasn't deactivated, therefore he should try his scam on someone else. called him a thief and hung up. it's Really pathetic. |
marlockj:I barely understood what you wrote. can you reduce the short hand. I use glasses and I can barely read what you wrote. |
I don't take my phones to church because it can be very distracting. let the messages wait. also, sitting with familiar faces can cause distractions as there is the tendency to chit chat. but what's the spirit behind sleeping once the sermon starts? |
marlockj:all this sermon on the mount for a three lined post. Choi. the struggle is real though. I gave him the advice because it happened to my dad few years ago and he replied back through his lawyer and nothing else happened after that. calm down and stop hyperventilating biko. |
write back to your landlord that you cannot afford the rent and the increase is unacceptable. can be done through your lawyer if you have one. |
comparison be it in all relationships, marriage and life generally is one dangerous way to reduce ones sense of worth. why not run your race and let the other person run his/hers. at the end of the day we would reach the finishing line albeit at different times. |
emusmith:I modified my post and added few things. it is nobody's business what she does with her life provided that she knows the repercussions of her actions. we are her yarning and she's somewhere probably catching her trips. at the end of the day, we are responsible for our actions. |
God knows I have stopped commenting on topics like this but I need to make something very clear. why are you guys like this? a woman takes this advice, no show. she takes the next persons advice yet no headway. do you know the kind of pressure she is to conform to what society and your likes say all the time. she decided on the kind of guy she wants to settle down with, you people will be the ones to shame her and her choices. she sleeps with someone, everyone joins the band wagon to slut shame her. she is expected to do this and do that not for her happiness but because of the notion that she will end up in a man's house. she takes all advice given from boys like you on the internet, from her friends, relatives, siblings and parent. she goes on that date and starts acting all fake. haven't you realised by now that a guy can spot a fake person from afar and by body language. ever wonder how she ends up in a relationship and it looks like she's acting out a script based on all the advice she has gotten. tell me how that relationship is expected to last long when she's acting like a robot that has been programmed to take in information both the good and the rubbish. I am no feminist and I keep saying that I am all for equity and not equality because I recognise that there are specific roles for each gender to play. I am an advocate for her to do what she wants provided she is able to live with the repercussions of her actions later and it's what makes her happy. you have absolutely no right to tell anybody how to live her life by way of the non- existent advice you give her. a man who sees her will be with her if he wants to and not because he's doing her a favour. anyhow, I have always learnt not to take anything I read on the internet especially nairaland seriously because more often than not, people would come online and say things to feel good about themselves or contradict themselves and in reality, they shovel and grove for the next girls attention. women, be yourselves. do things because you want to do them not because of what the next person will say or think. for all you know, you have no idea what goes on in their lives. if you keep living according to the dictates of what people think you will be the one miserable at the end of the day and guess what, these same people will be the ones to gloat. I am out. going through the comments on this thread so far, my post is more than justified. |
RoyalRoy:you still dey this planet? na wa oooooo |
SURElee:how I got revenge on my cheating wife by oladimeji ojo. |
this story has been published on okadabooks. is your friend the author of this story? if not, you know this is plagiarism, right? |
jaybee3:Nigerian politicians don't know the meaning of the word resignation especially when the office comes with some good perks. good morning. |
Flets:what nonsense are you talking about. those judges were sacked because of falsification of age as well as abuse of court process. how is Buhari intimidating the judiciary that has an independent body to check the activities of judges as these.. the judiciary will not fight back because they have gotten rid of part of the bad eggs giving the judiciary a bad name. |
jaybee3:start with the badly written English. |
in saner climes, a normal person would have resigned but not in this our Nigeria. like someone rightly said, he dug his grave the moment the plans to amend the CCB act became public knowledge. I believe there is something he stands to benefit, has benefited or will benefit this one he is still holding tightly to that coveted office. whatever be the case, we dey watch. |
Joel3:keep quiet if you have nothing sensible to say. |
delishpot:by now, you should be used to the set of boys we have on this forum. I was told that most of the male/female argument that goes on here is for ego trips. that most of the things they say here are very contradictory to what is done offline. so my dear, simply read take what you can and pass. |
choi. stomach infrastructure. ponmo and booli. fayose should refute these allegations, but I doubt he will do so. instead he will start the character assasination. I am sure ekiti people are biting their fingers in regret for electing this oponu as governor. tueh. |
office politics is something I dread the most. hearing the tales of a friend of mine who works in a law firm where the office politics thrives, it is not something I dabble in. God help me when that time comes especially as I am the kind of person who would want to be overly friendly with everybody I work with. that thing can backfire seriously. |
Naijasinglegirl:somebody has been frequenting SDK's blog a lot. looool. |
but China has given Nigeria the loan na so this your letter is dead on arrival. this man should stop all this propaganda and focus on governing his state. better still, he should become president, let us see what he will do differently I wonder what will happen to this his freedom of speech by the time his tenure in office ends. |
